The support team has been very helpful and responsive in addressing comments/questions/fixes. I also like and appreciate the overall look and feel of the system. Cons Several system limitations exist (none that materially impact the purpose Protecht is supposed to serve) and it isn't easy for users to learn how to make edits/changes to workflows, reports, builds in the system. Typically I've had to reach out to the support team (even to make the simplest changes such as editing the width of columns in reports sometimes). Cons The compliance module is quite rigid e.g. limitations to what can be put in and is cumbersome to use and navigate e.g. library and assignment. Cons For users who do not use ERM extensively the system can seem cumbersome and training staff can take some time particularly as we are in a regional area.
