Our transition was to include 5yrs of history - which only came as P&L level, no detail for drill down - so we will need to retain our QB for another 3 yrs. Key management reports that were supposed to be duplicated are "not possible" in AS. Pros Transitioned to AS to streamline since our Transportation Mgmt System is built on salesforce. "Integrated" is overstatement -- however, daily accounting transactions are easier for the accounting team Cons Financial management reporting is horrible. No gross profit lines, no cash flow reporting, and only recent capabilities to view financials by cumulative time frames -- a HUGE step back from QB. There is a bit of learning curve in the beginning however once everything is set up it becomes reliable and efficient solution. Pros Accounting seed has been the most important tool in our company for accounting. It keeps everything at one place which makes it easy. I like the customization of the app. Cons Setting up for the first time is time consuming especially for beginners. Some of the reporting can be improved.
