Pros

\- Time tracking and totaling inside of Trello. - Track team member time. - Allows for Estimates and Actual Hours. - Allows for Manual time entry and stops/start tracking - Dynamic Drill down Reporting of anything on your Trello Boards

Cons

\- Base cost is relatively expensive. - Cost per user is over and above base cost and should be part of base cost, i.e. either base cost or total users. - No ability to allow for "observer users" at no cost, currently all users are paid for per month, i would like my clients to view but not pay a per user fee per month. Happy for my team to pay per user.

Easy to use, high cost-benefit, collaborators do not spend to much time putting their info.

Pros

Easy to use. Pretty straight forward. Our collaborators can put their time very easily. Which saves time for them and also for Us and our clients. The cost-benefit is huge.

I recommend using Everhour.

Pros

Calendar, tasks, and time management - easy to see how much hours you have spent on a certain project - in a daily, weekly and monthly basis. It makes organization of things easier and its integration with Asana is good.

Cons

So far I love it and nothing to say more about it

Bad. I hate it. I wish we have a different time tracking app. When HR/mgt survey's this is my opinion.

Pros

Online cloud connects with asana

Cons

such a hassle you have to monitor if this app is really tracking your time properly. In a day when you check your time you'll see missing hours worked. Or in a week you'll see past days have missing hours worked.

ease of use and correct implementation in the organisation

Cons

things you could implement in Everhour:- upper as well as lower estimation (min h, max h) rather than only upper + the possibility to import these estimations from other systems, e.g. Asana,- a more developed tab with holidays, remote working, flexible working hours, so we could move away from our internal excels

We've just really scratched the surface so far with how we plan to implement and integrated Everhour long-term through the API, but I'm loving everything so far.

Pros

Very modern interface, useful reporting, deep integration into Asana, and open connections into other systems.

Cons

There have been a few things here and there that I've had to work through, but overall a very positive experience. I think my one current challenge is that Everhour and Instagantt use two separate Estimate fields in Asana, though I'm working with support and think I'll be able to find a solution that works.

We can track and see who is working on what and when. It's our only way in monitoring our remote team's activity.

Pros

Pleased with the real-time logging transparency and integration with Asana. I like the way it shows the time log used in our projects. It's great for remote teams (as we are), and see who is working on what in that specific moment.

Cons

It doesn't have a mobile app, but we're using the website in the mobile browser when we're away from a computer (this would be an advantage for the sales team or other offline tasks). Apart from that, we didn't find anything which would make us change our minds.

Pros

Tight integration with Asana works perfectly. Stop watch button in Asana and browser is handy. Budgeting is awesome. Very clear UX on the Everhour site.

Cons

Some parts of the reporting take a little training to understand, but all the features are there. Not really a con, more a feature request: we would love to be able to schedule time for tasks over a 1 to 2 week period, in a very flexible way. No time/project app we've tested does this scheduling is usually blocking out large chunks of time rather than scheduling various size chunks for tasks.

Pros

Interface, reports, integration and support.

Cons

I'm implanting agile methodology in my company , so I'm looking for a software solution. It would be great for us if Everhour evolute to a Project Management software

It's easy to use and works well with everhour. New employees find it very easy to grasp.

Cons

I dont think it's a con but, I wish the was a way to copy a whole row of tasks? And not just single tasks? Maybe I missed it on an update..

I like the software. It keeps me and others accountable with screen shots and keeps track of time to the penny, Customers budget is never wasted

Pros

Its easy to use and keeps track of things on varying levels per project which I like. I have options and thats good.

Cons

Not sure yet because there are some things I haven't used as of yet. But adding to a client budget can be tricky!

Clean, sleek, links to Asana which is very helpful in creating a smooth timeline for my day. I like the interface a lot.

Cons

Annoyances with needing to specifically put in h and m for time, and sometimes the autofill isn't what I want.

Conection between apps like Basecamp or browser sometimes is not working properly. I miss an extension for Firefox

Chrome extension to start/stop my timer with ease and the asana intergration

Cons

No support of the timer in asana desktop app. I would prefere to have asana opened on my win10 system and track my time using the ererhour plug in rather than having another tab on my browser

Everhour saves me hour every week. I no longer need to maintain a manual time sheet in an excel spreadsheet , and I can generate invoices directly out of Everhour and send them to Xero. This feature alone saves me heaps of time.

Pros

Cloud, integration with Xero, integration with Asana

Cons

More comprehensive and customisable reporting would be appreciated. I can also no longer view my scheduled work. I used to send a copy of this to my clients to verify my availability for them, and I can no longer do this.

Everhour has been a great tool for me personally. I know how much time I invest in each task that I perform per project and have the ability to manage my workflow accordingly.

Pros

\-Integration with Asan and other tools -Reporting and budgeting aspects -Overall timesheet per task allows user to calculate time invested in each work.

Cons

The only downside to Everhour is (not the software itself) the adoption resistance from the users at any given workspace. This can be a great tool or can be a tool that is disliked by all. Some might feel timed/watched/tracked at a very micromanaging way.

Well, benefits is obvious. We are using Everhour as a core business software, because our business is to sell our time :) When you use such software, what you care the most is speed, flexibility, ability to integrate with all major project management software. And Everhour is exactly that kind of software.

Pros

Actually, the most interesting thing about Everhour is integration with all major Project management software. We using Everhour with Asana and Trello and having great experience with it.

Cons

We would like to see more flexible reporting system. (Despite the fact that it's already very flexible). For example we need ability to group tasks in report by asana project section. It would be great.

The software does what it should and tracks time. I think it's nice that it can integrate with a variety of platforms. The integration is very smooth, at least with Asana.

Pros

I like that this software integrates well with Asana, my project management tool of choice.

Cons

I wish that Asana had built in time-tracking software so that I didn't need to use Everhour. But that's not a fault of Everhour, it's a fault of Asana.

I think it's super simple. Its integration with Jira is excellent. I can track time under tasks effectively. I love it.

Cons

I really don't have anything to complain about. Maybe just nitpicking. It would be nice to personalize the dashboard to maybe colors I like. Again love the product.

Everhour's integration with Asana is wonderful for a Remote team. We track all activities in Asana, but before Everhour I often wondered how long it was taking to do a task, now I know exactly. I can see who is working right now and a summary each day.

Cons

Need to have an easy way to turn off timers. Frequently, I walk away from my desk and forget to stop a timer. Currently, I log on to the website and stop it, which is not a bad workaround. Ideally it would be something simple like send a text msg or push a button on an app when not on a desktop.

With the switch to remote offices, we needed better visibility into where people were spending their time. We also needed visibility into upcoming work so resources could be better allocated. Lastly, our accounts department processes were highly manual, Everhour was the first step into automating those processes.

Pros

Easily sync to basecamp, so I can create and update time in either software, and it syncs to the other. We've effectively replaced MS Project and are using the schedule feature to improve our overall visibility of projects coming up and where people are being allocated or overallocated.

Cons

Occasionally the UI doesn't refresh and requires F5, and the schedule interface can be a little slow.
