December 16, 2019 5.0 We solved not knowing how much time we were spending on each project, and which clients were profitable or unprofitable. I've used it to determine our cost to provide services and further optimize pricing for our digital agency's services. Pros I love that I can dial down to exactly how much time we spend on each project, client and task. It allows me to create money or time budgets for each client per month, which is how I set it up. We need to keep our staff time to a monthly limit to ensure we're not losing money. I've been able to create time benchmarks using Everhour, which is a beautiful thing. Cons Nothing to dislike. I love the option of the timer or manual entry of time, giving me a simple way to add my time to my timesheet. I also love that you can add time by minutes and hours versus a decimal. I had a spreadsheet solution earlier, but Everhour will likely have me never going back to that! Pros Everhour it's easy to use and it's designed so you can immediately visualize what your team is doing and how you're investing your time. This is what I like most about the tool, as a quick look is enough to know. Cons I don't like its homepage, as I didn't need some of the features and I found it unnecessarily complicated. But some other people may think differently, that's my take because I only needed the time tracking and project management section. June 1, 2018 5.0 This software allows me to track my time without having to use a separate setup or window even. It seamlessly tracks time through the browser extension or through my Asana enabled timing. I love it! It keeps me working and on time! Pros The ease of use- with the Chrome plugin enabled, I can simply track my time from my browser, start and stop time as needed, and see what I've been working on throughout the week and even month. We also use Asana and the compatibility features there are simply wonderful- the integration is seamless and allows me to complete work without having to toggle back and forth between apps and windows. Overall, it's an easy to use, simple platform that works really well. Cons I can't see the individual tasks I've worked on to build my time, but I can break it down to projects, so that still works well for me. Everhour is pretty simple to use and between the interface being easy and the reporting tools being very intuitive its a winner Cons I wish that there was a way to work when I am not online. October 11, 2019 5.0 Pros A great thing about Everhour is that it understands the business need for time tracking and it satisfies that need very well. With integration with major browsers, Everhour is easy to use and not a bother. But my favorite thing about Everhour is that it understands the tendency for people to forget to track their time, which is why I really appreciate the edit time feature. Cons There have been moments that attempting integration didn't go seamlessly. You can stop or just add time. With this we don't have any issues that people track their time. The itnegration in Asana was most important for us. Everhour can also track subtasks and their tasks above. With this we don't have any issues for billing. Cons Everhour would have great tools to not track only our billable time, but unfortunately they don't have tools for vaccation days and overhours. Our employees always need to see how many overhours and vaccation days they have to take days off. This is so far not planned to be released. If those two features would be there, we would also use the timecard feature which at the beginning we loved, but then saw the limitations. So far we use still our old software parallel. July 30, 2018 4.0 Pros \- We can easily add time for the tasks we do and helps to bill the customers. - Integrations are good to track tasks from various other sources like trello, Asana Cons \- The UI is bit tricky and needs some learning to actually get the full product out of it - The pricing is bit costly and there is not free available for small teams. For keeping track of billable hours on multiple projects a day, Everhour makes tracking time super easy and not another chore. Its Asana integration is perfect. Cons The only thing I would change about this software is making it so that if I type in a number for my time tracking without adding a “h” for hours or a “m” for minutes, that it would default to minutes instead of hours. Pros It integrates seamlessly in Trello, and it so easy to start tracking. It displays the time right there. It also allows you to set and view time allocation for a project or a Trello board. When you log in to the software, it is set out very logical and straight to the point. The tools works, and does not bother you with useless features or overly pretty stuff that does nothing. This tools does everything we wanted it to, and it very easy to use. Highly recommended. Cons We have mostly used this tool integrated with Trello, and it works great. If I had to pick one thing it might be the ability to allocate time per card perhaps. But really that is probably nitpicking. Their reports are very intuitive and allow me to very easily pull time reports for billing or just to analyze and understand where we are focusing our efforts. Cons I don't have any complaints about this software, other than one of my colleagues uses Safari and was disappointed when he found out that he could only use Everhour with Chrome.
