It is clear that it is a very mature tool, where a lot of work has been done on both the technical side and the related business side. My plan has been to create a free public directory and then monetize it through advertising and donations, and the tool has supported all of this easily. Also, if I had wanted to start, for example, by charging businesses directly, I could have done that very easily because the tool has those features integrated. It has so many options that I don't even know how to use them, but I started with the basics, and over time I will integrate new functionalities as I need them. Pros What I like most about Brilliant Directories is that I have a team that is constantly supporting my activities: there are regular webinars to clarify doubts and show new features, there is very good documentation, and the technical support team is always willing to help. The team is constantly creating resources that make it easier for us to build our sites and turn them into a truly profitable business.
