I can promise that you will not regret it . Pros \- This program is super straight forward and easy to use. Setting up properties is easy and intuitive. Customer service is helpful especially when you are first learning the software. Cons \- There is nothing that I do not presently like about Greenhouse PM. It makes daily tasks simpler , this enables me to take on a larger work load. Adam has been excellent at addressing any concerns I have with the features and application. The interface is easy to use and offers great options for tenant portals, workorders and lease information. Pros The platform is fairly simple with features I have been seeking, price is affordable without a lot of addons. Cons Interfacing with Dwolla has been confusing for tenant and seems to take several days for the money to transfer to greenhouse. We're using a new email provider which makes automated notifications much simpler. I reviewed several different pieces of software, and I chose Greenhouse because of the ease of setting up the properties and different locations, posting rents easily, and tracking expenses by unit and building. When I have had an issue either fixing a mistake I made or could not figure how to account for something, their response time in getting me an answer has been very quick. I have been using the software for nine months now, and they have made several upgrades to the software. It is very nice to be able to go and review old leases that have expired. It is also very easy to renew or extend leases, since we have many tenants who have been there for years. Cons The only negative thing I would say is that the online documentation didn't provide a detailed process in getting started. But once you learn the system, it is extremely nice and easy to use.
