"Good property management software"

**Overall:** Great experience overall it’s a very good property management software. Been utilizing them for the last 10 years.

**Pros:** Ease of the operating system. Available application for both Apple and android. Payment processing option.

**Cons:** No text message notification to Tenant, does not allow reminders via text to tenants. I think it’s a very important feature to add. Also speed up. The payment processing will be good.

"Great Software "

**Overall:** Overall, I still love the price and experience with TenantCloud. My tenants also say they love the ease of paying their rent.

**Pros:** I love the ease of using tenant cloud, the many features available on the mobile app, the listings, management

**Cons:** The only thing I don’t like is the payment method to pay for the subscription, if it fails, then the whole use of the app fails, there’s not grace. I also struggle to change the payment method which isn’t convenient.
