It is a fantastic low cost solution to getting online learning experiences to customers.

Pros

It is very easy to use and configure I was able to configure most of the system in only a few hours. The FAQ support is fantastic.

Cons

If I had to pick anything it would be the limited customization on the course catalogue page. It shows everything a potential customer would need but you have no control over how it displays the course lists, especially the bundles.

### "Talented approach to T & D"

From the moment I began to investigate TalentLMS I knew this was a fresh approach to an age old problem: How to motivate employees to compete with themselves. The platform is simple and powerful. Reliable and refreshing. It's my favorite and I've seen way too many learning platforms. It's built on an engine, but it has the flexibility a good instructional designer needs to customize the learning experience. Mobile friendly and robust. Great detailed and customizable reporting...and badges and progress infographics. I could go on, but I gush. I'm just a client, but I feel part of this great team. The best.

Pros

Great design. Powerful LMS administration tools...easily accessible. Intuitive for the learner, instructor and administrator. Highly customizable, with branches that can be branded for teams, departments or even different products. Easy to replicate learning objects for different users. Personalization for system and course communication. Responsive support. Great culture.

Cons

One of their strengths is a weakness. The platform is cloud-based so updates are easy and keep the platform working effectively with little or no administrative intervention. But some of the updates can affect third party integrations. When updates come through, administrators should be informed of potential incompatibilities and plan for the update. I am confident that updates will be done with advanced notice in the future. They are responsive to feedback too! One more thing, I wish it could read my mind.

### "The best LMS platform comes at a cost."

It is always a pleasure to use TalentLMS both as a student and as an administrator. Its ease of implementation is its strong point. Instructors can create training content quickly with the powerful tools available. Cost is the only weak point, in some situations it is not possible to implement this solution due to high costs. In general, however, I would like to recommend TalentLMS

Pros

TalentLMS is the best e-learning platform I have used. Simple to implement and use. The user experience is pleasant and intuitive for both administrators and students.

Cons

The price is quite high. In some projects I was unable to implement this solution because the maintenance cost was higher than the available budget.

Everything is clearly organized, making it easy to navigate and find resources. I also appreciate the wide range of tools and features available, from testing and assessments to tracking and reporting.

Pros

Its incredible ease of use and intuitive interface helped me start creating and managing courses quickly and easily. But in addition, the platform offers a wide range of tools and features that allowed me to customize the learning experience according to the needs of my team.

Cons

The lack of customization options regarding the platform design should be improved. While I can add my logo and adjust some colors, I would like more control over the visual appearance and the ability to fully adapt it to my company's identity.

A good all round experience.

Pros

We provide training courses and needed a learning management system so distribute tests and assignments to students. Talent LMS fits the bill. Its easy to use, has all the functions we currently need and is relatively well priced.

Cons

Recent subscription changes have removed "branches" from the packages. I would love to see better design options when creating content.

### "A Complete Online Training Solution"

Overall the experience has been great, I have already recommended TalentLMS to several of my clients.

Pros

This software is easy to get started with. The ability to build courses including tests and certification options is seamless and is a great compliment to the training we currently provide offline.

Cons

One major restriction I have found is the limiting of videos to 600MB (maybe 3mins long at best) which means the videos have to be held on something like Youtube making them less secure from an access perspective. Also the home page from a marketing perspective is a little limiting with what you can do with it (but it is a learning solution, not a marketing solution).

Our experience with this platform has made a huge difference for our organization. The team at TalentLMS helped along the way if we needed it and they are so responsive!

Pros

This software has allowed our organization, which is a highly regulated and audited based on employee training, to increase our average monthly compliance by approximately 25%. The platform, the reporting features and ability to cater it to our company has made this the best choice we could have made for a learning management system.

There’s just a few additional reports I would love to see available out of the system.

That it's easy to scale along with your business growth and that you have so much control over how the courses look and feel to the user.

It took some getting used to the dashboard functions and features. It can sometimes be difficult to navigate to certain features, like the timeline.

### "Everything you need from a LMS"

In this time of pandemic, having Talent LMS implemented was a great advantage as we are able to continually educate employees at home office, additional Talent allows the use of all types of files to generate fast content. It is also compatible with some videoconferencing platforms such as zoom. It is a great tool that all companies must have.

Pros

It supports a wide variety of files, including SCORM, ppt, pdf, youtube videos, and even text with images. It allows you to divide your students into groups and track its performance. Gamification is also a great feature.

Cons

Its custom reports, the software generates very nice reports in an infographic view but the information is a bit limited, the pro is that you can always export to excel.

I've had an excellent experience with TalentLMS. I plan to continue to use this LMS with future clients simply because of the pricing structure, awesome support and the features it offers.

Pros

This is a great and easy to use LMS. You get a pretty big bang for you money. As an administrator, it gives me enough tools to provide what my clients need. The ability to customize branches is a helpful option. My clients like the dashboard and the reporting features. They tell me the system is simple and easy to understand. They like the formatting and structure. I needed some tech support to figure out how to do a few things. The support was prompt and very helpful. They did follow-up to make sure I solved the problem. The video tutorials are an excellent way to problem solve for yourself. The pricing is excellent for the number of features and the ability to customize.

Cons

Any problems I encountered were the result of my own mistakes.

TalentLMS helped me a lot with training different departments as they have courses relevant to each of them. It also eased my life with the built-in reports. I am really grateful that I found TalentLMS and my superiors are also happy with the result we are getting.

Pros

TalentLMS is very easy to use both for Learners and the Administrators. It has built-in Library that you can use immediately for training while you built your own course. Adding courses from the Talent Library is also easy as well as your building your own courses. Tracking the progress of individual learners and the groups is also very easy with their infographics and other reports. This is great value for money.

Cons

The Talent Library needs to add more courses. When I made this feedback after I cancelled my subscription, they actually added new courses when I checked back after renewing. They did take note of my feedback. Great customer service. Hope they add more courses soon.

It's been excellent overall and it has helped us to build a successful online business and respond quickly to our clients' needs.

Pros

The software is easy to work with and simple to deploy. One of the most important features for us was the ability to create separate branches for our clients. We can customize the branches to our clients' needs and it is fast and easy to set up. This enables us to be very responsive to our clients. The customer support has been excellent throughout our two year experience of using this product.

Cons

It's hard to find anything to add here. A small thing is that we'd like to be able to turn off or on the gamification feature at the branch level.

This is a cost concious effective solution that has so many of the bells and whistles of other software for a lot less money.

Pros

The flexibility to create groups and branches - even set up training for profit and outside use without interfering with our internal use, is so easy and intuitive. It works well with our BizLibrary content and is easy to upload and create courses, automations and notices. It has a vast array of runnable reports for anything you could need. The dashboards are easy to use and the catalogs have different viewing options.

Cons

I can't use AICC files and they're pretty common with external content builders.

Our overall experience with TalentLMS is amazing. The timely customer service provided by the TalentLMS team is extraordinary. The features in TalentLMS allows us to create course, conduct tests, we get the infographics,defined user roles and what not. The subscription to take TalentLMS is not very costly.

Pros

The feature that could be said as the best of TalentLMS is that, it does not require install, upgrade or backup anything. All the features in TalentLMS are easy to use with the guides available. Talent LMS gives the best blended learning experience. As we uploaded our courses on the TalentLMS portal it has been really helpful, as we are able to access the course contents from any part of the world.

Cons

I think the payment method for each category could be improved as it is little bit difficult to understand.

### "Great tool to automate your staff Training!"

Pros

I like that we do not have to manually advise staff/ providers what trainings they need to take. Once you set it up, the system sends out notifications via email/phone. this lets them log in and train at their own pace. each profile is unique to the staff and they canlog in before their training expires and complete their training. it's absolutely a burden-lifter.

Cons

Only thing I can say is that the work you put in to do all the training presentations is a headache, but once they are done, you no longer have to worry about them.

### "Phenomenal LMS"

I used it as a trainer and an end-user. It was how I learned the software that I am now in charge of and the classes were all interactive and less than 7min. This kept me engaged and did not seem like it was an insurmountable task. Quizes at the end really helped to reinforce the knowledge I was taught.

Pros

I enjoyed how it was able to be interactive and can be set up to have the end-user perform tasks that were just discussed. Being able to put quizzes at the end also helped to reinforce the knowledge. The ability to get reports on all of my end-users and how they are progressing is a great boon to the software as well.

Cons

The navigation is not the greatest. When I search for users to see class progress it does not hold onto filters when I leave. Also some issues with trying to delete old users or secondary accounts.
