Customer support is amazing, implementation of the system was smooth, and overall I love TalentLMS and am glad we migrated.

Pros

TalentLMS is constantly evolving, enhancing, and offering new features. I look forward to release notes on the latest bug fixes and add-ons! It's extremely easy to use and has sped up my reporting time tremendously.

Cons

There is currently no capability for leaders to see their direct reports progress. In an organization with over 300 people leaders, the only option is a custom report and the last thing I need is 300 individual reports for each leader.

From Day One, the sales and customer support team have been so helpful in making our training effortless. Everything is so instinctual and runs smoothly.

Pros

The ease of uploading courses, enrollment, and managing courses is so smooth. Plus, running reports is just a few clicks away.

Cons

Not many bad things to say, other than only wish we knew about TalentLMS years ago as the old LMS was so clunky and hard to navigate.

Pros

TalentLMS has been fantastic for our team. It is easy to use, customizable, and simple to navigate. I appreciate the ability to switch easily between branches or roles. I also like that they host webinars and regularly introduce new features. I also enjoy the ability to provide customer training in addition to internal training. The scalability and value we receive for the cost is excellent.

Cons

My only complaint is that sometimes I encounter a glitch, which can happen with any technology. However, their customer support team responds very quickly.

Overall, I have been very pleased with the results. The gamification aspect helps to keep employees engaged and understanding.

Pros

TalentLMS has one of the best gamified employee training solutions on the market. They are ideal for small business that need to have a big impact on security. Our purpose was for cybersecurity. We found the library of information available to be very abundant. The use of simulated phishing attacks made this ideal for our situation. We received a high level of attention from onboarding to customer support.

Cons

Some of the training modules felt a little too cheesy and not as attention grabbing as I had hoped. Despite that, the training is still important.

I like the talent library and list of courses there for soft skills. I like security features specifically ability to use SSO login. ease of use is a also important, its very intuitive.

lack of api support for setting course content. it would be great if we could publish are policies in a formal process

Really great! Lots of great features, and the support team has been great. Haven't run into a single bug.

Pros

Easy navigation and no added fluff. It does exactly what we need it to. Value for money is great and we are excited to use it more.

Cons

The home screen is not as customisable as we would like it to be. This would be great for our external users to still see our branding styles.

We have been TalentLMS users since 2018 and every year the product keeps getting better. The functionality and customer service have improved greatly since then.

Pros

My recent experiences with the Help Desk have been great - they are quick to respond and will help work through an issue until is it solved. The new AI feature to create courses is pretty impressive - still needs work but it's definitely improving our courses.

Cons

The functionality of the emerchant does not allow an external client to place one order for multiple participants or courses. This means we have to do manual signups.

We've loved using TalentLMS on multiple projects for over 13 years. It has by far the best API in the industry. Their team is incredibly talented and they care about the success of their customers. Further, the team is socially-minded and finds ways to positively impact all segments of society through TalentLMS. I can't recommend TalentLMS enough.

Pros

An amazing platform which is technically robust and has a great, pro-active support team. The only intuitive option for managing multiple localised courses across multiple business segments. The dashboard controls are simple and elegant.

Cons

An organization's value rests in how it responds to issues as they arise. TalentLMS excels at this.

It is very simple which made it relatively easy for our non-LMS experienced users to manage.

Cons

It didn't have more advanced features like multiple white labled portals, they seem behind others in the projected use of AI, and didn't give us the ability to set up groups for individual management.

Overall, quite good. We've been using it for a few years now. It's good that they continue to update the platform and offer training on how to use new features.

Pros

I appreciate being able to create separate training environments through branches. There are also quite a few options to design courses within TalentLMS, especially with the addition of AI-integrated services like TalentCraft.

Cons

There are quite a few glitches with the new interface and it is taking quite a lot of time to get them sorted out from TalentLMS's side. The mobile app also desperately needs an update.

### "I'd highly recommend TalentLMS!"

The experience of moving to TalentLMS was great. Even with my plus package, which doesn't come with an assigned sales rep, the customer support has been very efficient and helpful. All the features work as expected within the platform and my users love their experience as well. Our company loves the app and browser options, as well as having branches to create other learning environments. Even without automation, the notifications are very useful and pretty much automated themselves. You cannot beat the features and functionality of this product for the price with other LMS products. I love it.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. I pair it with Articulate360, and the ability to add SCORM files and create additional lessons in a course is awesome. I didn't have this feature available in other LMS platforms I used in the past. It was either a SCORM course with no additives, or purely made in their authoring tool which lacked features. TalentLMS has integrated SCORM packages into their course authoring tool as well as provided great authoring features in their own product.

Cons

There isn't much, but I would like it better if some of the features were not tucked behind some of the more expensive pay structures. For example, having AI assistance and automation locked behind the highest tier.

I thoroughly enjoy our Talent LMS Account Manager. He is always pleasant to work with and willing to help. He is quick to respond to any questions me or my team have about the platform. Again, I really enjoy how user friendly the platform is. I also like how, when using the new interface, you can create courses with AI.

Pros

The ease of use for the admin, learner and instructor. I also like how TalentLMS is always adding new courses.

Cons

The courses are very basic. For example, I work for a tech company that integrates AI across our products. For non-technical roles, it'd be nice to have a deeper dive into AI and what it is. There is a basic intro to AI course but nothing past that. I wish the reporting was more specific. The reporting isn't terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement.

TalentLMS provides a robust set of features for the cost compared to its competitors. We have been able to scale up our user base without incurring significant cost and it provides the core features we need to deliver a positive learning experience. They recently overhauled the entire interface so that it is modern and fresh.

Cons

I wish there were the ability to include more types of content on a single page. For example, using their rich design interface you can include videos, but only those from YouTube/Vimeo, not your own uploaded videos.

Experience has been great, the LMS is fairly straightforward and it’s met all our needs. Tech support has been there all the way.

The ease of use and unparalleled tech support. It’s affordable and customizable to meet all our members’ training needs.

Cons

Modules created using the talent craft feature don’t offer customizability re embedded videos (eg adding subtitles) like the ones found in making video-only modules. It would be good to have some minor editing features for videos and the ability to add more than one subtitle file at once so you can add multiple languages.

I like that our company can create self paced training using TalentCraft and provide options for additional training through the TalentLibrary that are short and interactive. Also, their Support is exceptional and always willing to help guide you.

Cons

I would love to see more features on TalentCraft, such as narration tools and accessibility tools to assist those with disabilities can easily run through self guided training. Reporting in some areas, such as customized filters could be improved.

### "simple and efficient lms"

Great! i think it's very commfortable manage people and courses on it

Pros

it's easy to use and have a lot of tools to configure, specially the groups and mailing

Cons

i dont have any space where to built a library like a repository of videos or documents, this space dont have to be asigned

### "Small Company Solution to LMS quandry."

I'm very thankful to find TalentLMS for our small manufacturing company. The company had been looking to implement a learning management system for some time and TalentsLMS has provided a high quality, standard-compliant solution, at an affordable price.

Pros

TalentLMS is extremely user-friendly. I am the sole system administrator for our company and the system makes for easy uploads of documents and groupings of employees according to department.

Cons

The only flaw I have noticed, which is very miniscule, is that occasionally the quality of pictures uploaded is poor. That has only happened on 1 or 2 occasions and could be a result of the document?
