I had to join Kit and couldn’t natively use my other platform to automate sending emails. They deserve to be penalized for being an over priced money machine. Pros Customer support was great when I first began using Thinkific. Although there is no free account option publicly, I asked if they had a free plan and they set me up with one so I could test the features indefinitely because sites like this can take a while to learn. This was great! I had time to relax and tweak until I couldn't tweak any more! Cons It's virtually impossible to cancel a subscription! I tried closing my account by contacting support multiple times and they just don't get it! I disconnected my domain before closing the account leading me to not be able to access my account. I have contacted them several times and they just don't get it! I'm sorry - thinkific support has this coming - collectively they are dumb as tree stumps!
