This helps me stay organized with different tasks and projects. I like that I can make notes about conversations I've had on specific deals I'm pursuing.

Pros

I like that it helps me keep organized in all my tasks. I also like that it integrates so well with Gmail.

Cons

The mobile version is hard to navigate and as a result I rarely use it.

### "Pipedrive customer service is so bad, that it ruins the product"

not good, I have spent a long time using it, and for example I had accidentally set up an account that i did not use, and it was obivous, and they would not refund me even though they could see that I had an account I was using under the same email.

Pros

pipedrive has a lot of features and is easy to use

Cons

pipedrive customer service is utter garbage, I have been locked out of my primary account for days. They will not call you and if you cant log in then you cannot chat. and their AI support is idiotic at best.

It is easy to use and intuitive to set up. It actively reminds me of prospects that are stalled and can set up automations to help progress prospects forward

Cons

Reporting on efforts within Pipedrive can be difficult and wish I could customize more within the system. Live Chat features are a paid add-on and adds up

Great I love how easy it is to use. I would highly recommend it to someone who’s beginning a new CRM.

Pros

I like that there’s multiple ways to document details for a client. I like the note section I like being able to have a source ID to connect my account to a wrap easily.

Cons

I would like better reporting availability options so I can see different levels of how the pipeline is being done, especially in the won my section

I find it very user-friendly. The documentation is thorough and helpful. The few times I have a question I can chat with support and they are quick to help me.

Pros

The search function at the top is great. I use it all the time to find contacts, deals and organizations. I like how the data on leads, deals, persons and organizations all are can be customized and linked together.

Cons

I use Pipedrive as a marketer. The basics are covered (what we need for now) but I miss good reports for newsletters and the ability for tracking clicks from newsletters to our website.

Hubspot Marketing was limited to one domain. We have several software products with different domains and target audiences. We needed to be able to handle communications from all our domains. Pipedrive did not have any domain limits in their price plan.

Very easy to get going with the must have features.

Pros

Does everything I need without having to do massive amounts of configurations. Great UI/UX, Fast and intuitive. Data can be in easily managed in bulk and exported and imported back in. Automation Tools and Integrations with Make.com, Zapier are relatively easy to setup Smart Documents, great inclusion considering the alternatives out there are priced so high. Email Integration is pretty solid, if you team are able to be transparent adds a lot of clarity to deals/organisations.

Cons

Missing some customisation features which could help with business rules you want your users to follow or understand. Not all data is easily accessed via API or Excel. Price, Product models to simplistic for my particular use cases.

A definitely leap in use cases from the previous CRM I was using. Being able to integrate with my Google Calendar for tasks/events, and entering in a number of custom fields that I can filter by is very useful.

Pros

There are many ways to customize and complete tasks that can be set for each user. I can grow with the service, upgrading to higher tiers for more tools.

Cons

All the customization can make it difficult to decide how to best implement the services across the company. The base tier restricts the use of certain tools that would be extremely beneficial to a small start up, such as automated cadence emails.

Im happy becuase its a smooth experience ideal for us (small sized sales team) It’s simple and powerful for managing leads, automating tasks, and improving follow-ups.

Pros

really like that it offers an easy interface with customizable pipelines, fast onboarding, good reporting tools, mobile accessibility, and seamless integration with email and calendar.

Cons

Reporting lacks depth, and costs increase with essential add-ons. tools are minimal, which may require additional costs to implement

### "Great software for our start-up"

We have been looking very closely at various CRM solutions. In the end, we opted for Pipedrive as the best software for a start-up and haven't regretted this decision for a second.

Pros

The ease of use, the clarity, the many functions. The user interface is really easy to use and you can always find your way around.

Cons

I am very satisfied with everything. The only thing is that sometimes integrations with other software are not possible because there is no predefined interface. You would have to be a customer of the largest CRM provider. But we hope that Pipedrive will continue to grow and that there will then be more predefined integrations.

Pros

Pipedrive made sales tracking way easier for me, I used to lose deals just cause I forgot to follow up. Now with this thing everything’s in front of me, and I just drag deals from one stage to the next. Super visual, super simple, that’s what I like.

Cons

Only thing is, sometimes it takes a bit long to load when you’ve got too many deals open or switching between pipelines.

I use Pipedrive to track opportunities, set deadlines for follow-ups and get a thirty thousand foot view of how, when, and from where my leads are generated, signed. Once signed, Pipedrive allows for a Kanban project management.

Pros

You can track a lead from opportunity capture all the way project completion.

Cons

To really get the most out of Pipedrive you do need to add-on services. The cost is not too high, just be ready to spend more if you want to do more.

Pros

Pipedrive is simple to use and doesn't require extensive reading to grasp how it works. They offer some wonderful tutorials to aid with anything that may arise. It's an excellent tool for anyone looking for something easy to use and inexpensive. The tools allow our small team to keep track of emails, leads, and lead stages all from a single dashboard. Pipedrive is designed specifically for sales professionals. The management reporting tools are there and improving every quarter, but Pipedrive stands out for its ease of use for salespeople.

Cons

One disadvantage to using Pipedrive is that you have to pay extra to use some custom fields in the reports, and the fee can be rather high, especially if you want to unlock all of the features.

### "A dream to work with as an admin/IT"

Overall Pipedrive has been a success in our company thanks to the great integration into our lead generation and updating, plus the call planning tool. We can have our Sales team use Pipedrive almost exclusively and talk about looking for an alternatives hasn't come up yet, neither from the IT nor the Sales team

Pros

The API is the cornerstone of Pipedrive for me and my company. We have a very fluctuating target group and update our Leads every month, which was a pain in the past but the API makes a breeze. All around the API, the Automation and Filters allows our sales team to really concentrate on sales instead of checking leads and making decisions, they can just go down the prepared list and call.

Cons

I'm only reporting/reviewing from the perspective of an admin user, and the only downside I can see is that with the mass of our leads we need to temper ourselves when updating because of the 10k a day rate limit.

CRM platform is good but lack of good and active customer support, you can run your show for longer and waste your money.

Pros

The most economical CRM platform. Good and handy tool. One can segregate the list by creating unique label, field and filter to it. Also, very easy to keep track of the activities. Wonderful features.

Cons

Customer Support, CRM's customer support is of no use. When you explain your problems to them, they keep on asking 1000 question more, share print screen more, but unable to solve the problem. I requested them again and again to come online and support me, but they are unable to do it.

Pros

The layout and design setup. It displays our deals and messages in a smart style.

Cons

Sometimes the settings messes with the integration of other systems we use.
