July 18, 2019 5.0 We are able to track our members and visitors with ease. The calendar feature allows us to track attendance, volunteers, and works well with our website, and other media. The online giving has made data entry so much easier! I highly recommend this product. I worked with another company for over 10 years, and thought they were the best. Breeze changed my mind. They by far have been the best solution for our church software needs. Pros The software is easy to use for both staff, and church members. It has features that allow us to work with other software programs we already use. The online giving portion is my favorite! It was an easy transition from our old church software and from our online giving software. The support team has helped me figure out creative ways to use the software, and they always respond quickly to my requests. Cons I wish it had church financials built in. Having used it across different ministry contexts, I’ve seen firsthand how it can scale with a church plant just starting out as well as with a more established congregation. Pros As a pastor who has been using Breeze since 2017 with two different churches, I can confidently say that what I love most about Tithely Church Management is its simplicity and focus on people. It makes loving and caring for others so straightforward. From tracking attendance and following up with new visitors, to organizing volunteers and handling giving, the platform keeps everything in one place. I especially appreciate how Tithely is moving toward being a one-stop shop for all things church, which means less time managing multiple systems and more time investing in people. Cons The fees could be more competitive. However, I’ve also come to believe that you get what you pay for. What Tithely charges seems to be reinvested into innovation and development, which benefits churches in the long run. While sometimes I wish certain tools were even more customizable, the platform is steadily improving and expanding. There are plenty of tutorials to help along the way and usually any issues you have or questions you have are answered within 24 hours. Pros It is very easy to use and services all the needs we have for a church. I love that we are able to customize the use of it for our church. Our volunteers use it to help make sure guests are followed up with as well as church members are cared for. There were other options that we considered but in the end what we found most beneficial was the value for the price. I especially love the feature of being able to keep track of monthly and weekly donations. Cons The only negative thing that I have found is it is a little hard to customize. We have also recently come into a place where Google Chrome has had issues running the program. July 8, 2025 5.0 I have been with Breeze for the last 7 years and have loved my experience with them. Customer service has to be one of their best features. They also assign you a customer service representative who checks in from time to time and gives you updates on new product features, which gives it a next-level feel. Pros One of the biggest pros of Breeze ChMS is that it is built and designed with churches and their unique needs. Their customer service is top notch and I have loved using this program and seeing the future of this program. Cons My one complaint is the lack of integrated external printers that can be used with the program. The printers that I currently use work fine, but it feels limited. There are little things like additional fields I'd like to see ... add an option for "mailing list" for members who don't want newsletters but do want other mailings. Pros I love the expanding reach of Breeze, which includes planning and other elements of ministry located all in one place. Rather than integrating several apps from various platforms, we are more and more able to do everything we need, right within our Breeze platform. Thanks Breeze, for continuing to meet the needs of the Church. Cons Sometimes it is not intuitive to navigate around. For example I would not expect to have to open a calendar and click on a single already scheduled event in order to contact volunteers or create a schedule for that event. Having said that, for the most part, it just takes time to learn where things are and how to navigate around. As a pastor, I find it hard to live without all the tools it offers. Pros I find Breeze easy to use. The app makes it very easy to access information whereever ministry takes me and to collaborate with others on our church leadership team. The free installation process is a gift. Cons Stewardship letters are not Breezy - acknoweldging pledges and such. Statements are fine, but trying to use the information in other communications is more complicated. Volunteer sign up is also limited to those who are specifically invited rather than a general link that can be shared in a newsletter. Cons It may just be something I haven't noticed yet because we haven't done online payments for an event yet, but would love a way to automatically factor in the amount to cover processing fees, for it to be made optional or not. We are now using it as our church directory for our congregation. It has been accepted well by our congregants. Pros Ease of use. It has all that we need. Cons I wish we could put in anniversaries and birthdates without a year. If someone does not give us a year, we put in 1900 which makes them very old! Pros The database had a lot of very good information, very easy to monitor and update as a user Cons Many members (older, or people who don't realize they can change things) do not maintain information. We are a 5 year old church averaging a little over 200 people each week. I loved that Breeze was built on the idea of being simple, which is one of our core values as a church. I found that it was not only simple but also well-suited to our needs. I love that Breeze is built on a responsive platform so I can access all the features from my laptop, tablet, or phone - so its always at my fingertips. As awesome as Breeze is, my favorite feature is the customer service! They are quick to answer any question. It is how people communicate these days, much more than emails, so I think this is a miss for Breeze. the new filters have some glitches but I trust things will be worked out. Our office is staffed by volunteers only and Breeze CHMS has been so easy for them to pick up. Pros They transferred all our data over. It is much cheaper than our old software and online giving platform. It is so easy to use compared to our old system. There technical support has helped me whenever I couldn't figure things out on my own. Cons There is so little wrong with it that all I can think of is that the pictures from our directory didn't come over with the data.
