July 18, 2019 5.0 We are able to track our members and visitors with ease. The calendar feature allows us to track attendance, volunteers, and works well with our website, and other media. The online giving has made data entry so much easier! I highly recommend this product. I worked with another company for over 10 years, and thought they were the best. Breeze changed my mind. They by far have been the best solution for our church software needs. Pros The software is easy to use for both staff, and church members. It has features that allow us to work with other software programs we already use. The online giving portion is my favorite! It was an easy transition from our old church software and from our online giving software. The support team has helped me figure out creative ways to use the software, and they always respond quickly to my requests. Cons I wish it had church financials built in. Pastor Religious Institutions Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Excellent Church Software" August 27, 2025 5.0 I highly recommend this service based on the affordability and ease of use. There are plenty of tutorials to help along the way and usually any issues you have or questions you have are answered within 24 hours. Pros It is very easy to use and services all the needs we have for a church. I love that we are able to customize the use of it for our church. Our volunteers use it to help make sure guests are followed up with as well as church members are cared for. There were other options that we considered but in the end what we found most beneficial was the value for the price. I especially love the feature of being able to keep track of monthly and weekly donations. Cons The only negative thing that I have found is it is a little hard to customize. We have also recently come into a place where Google Chrome has had issues running the program. July 8, 2025 5.0 I have been with Breeze for the last 7 years and have loved my experience with them. Customer service has to be one of their best features. They also assign you a customer service representative who checks in from time to time and gives you updates on new product features, which gives it a next-level feel. Pros One of the biggest pros of Breeze ChMS is that it is built and designed with churches and their unique needs. Their customer service is top notch and I have loved using this program and seeing the future of this program. Cons My one complaint is the lack of integrated external printers that can be used with the program. The printers that I currently use work fine, but it feels limited. We were previously using a system that was NOT intuitive so it was hard to figure out how to use it and there was NO support team available to help. We love Tithely! Pros I have used Breeze/Tithely at two jobs now - in fact, I recommended it for my current position. It is set up to be intuitive, has everything we need, and the customer service team is always great when I've needed help! Cons There are no big cons I've found. There are little things like additional fields I'd like to see ... add an option for "mailing list" for members who don't want newsletters but do want other mailings. The staff have all been super helpful and have made it very stress-free for us to get started in using it! Pros I love the ability to use Breeze and Tithely together. It helps keep track of everything, from giving, new members, creating forms to enable easy sign up for groups and events, as well as managing a website and app with ease. It is all around, fantastic! Cons There really isn't much. The only thing that I think would be nice, as a church planter, is the ability to use the "Plan Your Visit" function on our website for monthly preview services. Otherwise, though, there's nothing of note. When I need help, someone gets back to me fairly quickly. It does what it said it would do. Pros So simple to use. Easy to get church members signed up. I even have senior adults using it. Cons Reports. I have a hard time running queries. For example, running a list of people who attend an event 50% of the time. It keeps everything all in one place so that it's easily accessible. And all for a great price! Cons It may just be something I haven't noticed yet because we haven't done online payments for an event yet, but would love a way to automatically factor in the amount to cover processing fees, for it to be made optional or not. Pros The best thing about Breeze ChMS is giving staff access to all members and visitors. Beyond that, the management of donations is critical and data entry is very clear. The support is unmatched anywhere. Support personnel even make quick individualized help videos for your particular issue. Cons The email template interface is a little clunky. Using HTML is necessary, but previewing it and sending it can get tricky. We mostly use it just to record giving and send out end-of-year statements. But it has been useful for looking up contact info when needed. Pros Breeze is very user friendly. Should be able to name it on the "Add Giving Transaction" page where the Batch number is. For a smaller body, the cost can seem a bit much, but the bundle of services provided by Breeze makes it worth the cost. Pros I like the capability of communicating with our church easily and quickly. I also like the ability to create forms, which I've used to create ballots for online voting and make seating arrangements during the pandemic. Being able to manage our members and receive online payments are also pros. Cons The cost is what I like the least. However, as I've searched for other products that are comparable to Breeze, I've become more appreciative of what we receive for the money we pay. I love the ability to track giving and also graph attendance and giving through periods of time. I love the customer support that responds within minutes if not immediately. I love the photo integration, quick searches, filters and tags available, and I LOVE the cost! Cons The volunteer scheduling section is a bit clunky. It works but there are elements that need to be developed more in order for it to be a robust product in this section. Our office is staffed by volunteers only and Breeze CHMS has been so easy for them to pick up. Pros They transferred all our data over. It is much cheaper than our old software and online giving platform. It is so easy to use compared to our old system. There technical support has helped me whenever I couldn't figure things out on my own. Cons There is so little wrong with it that all I can think of is that the pictures from our directory didn't come over with the data.
