Pretty good overall. Simple to use and performed its function well when applying to jobs. Post-application, with interviews and processing was easy as well.

Pros

Easy to use for applying to jobs. Candidate interview and recruitment process worked well and did not have issues so customer support wasn't needed. Not sure about value for money or security as I was only a user.

Cons

Performance and speed was a little bit slow and the overall UI and functionality felt outdated and led to slow loading.

The product is easy for people to apply to jobs, and it makes it a clean and simple process. Information is shared with recruitment team easily.

Cons

When reviewing candidates, you do not have many options to include where the candidate is in the recruitment process.

Good! I like it as someone who has technology experience and grew up using technology but I think it can be challenging for people other than me

Pros

It is super easy to communicate with our clients and we use this system to communicate about billing issues and more!

Cons

It can be complex when doing the onboarding experience so it's important to reach out to a rep with any questions!

What i like most about Oracle Taleo acloud is the way it simplifies screening of applicants and making it less stress

Cons

What i like least about Oracle Taleo Cloud is nothing but how it integrates its training tools for staffs upskilling

Overall I feel like Taleo leaves a lot to be desired and has caused us to purchase and implement a new ATS for our team.

Pros

What I like most about Oracle Taleo is the applicant tracking. The workflow allows for an efficient way to progress candidates through the recruiting funnel. Additionally, the line-of-sight for all parties involved in the hiring process is great.

Cons

The area where I'd like to see strides and improvement is the reporting within Taleo. It is unreliable and a chore to capture causing us to have to purchase a plug-in to produce insightful and accurate reporting.

I administer TBE for my organization, and while Taleo has some clunky-ness, it is consistently available (no down-time experienced during business hours) and can perform most basic ATS tasks required.

Pros

Taleo Business Edition is an easy-to-use application that serves basic ATS functionality that most small to medium sized company could benefit from.

Cons

Ad-hoc reporting can be frustrating due to the way the data is presented in the reports. Table joins are clunky and can cause duplicate data to be presented in the reports.
