Pros

Easy to use and effective at what it was designed for. All appointments, patient care and various organisational nightmares in the past are now an easy task

Cons

Return phone calls should show our phone numbers when the appointment reminders are sent out. Patients are sometimes confused by who is actually calling them.

The customer service with Doctor Connect is second to none! There is one person assigned to our account. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] handles our calls and questions quickly and efficiently. If we have a more complicated IT issue she follows through with all team members until problem is solved or we fully understand how to best use a feature of the program.

Pros

The dashboard allows us to monitor scheduling, appointment confirmations and patient feedback/surveys all in one place. We use the dashboard as an adjunct to our EMR software and reference patient appointment status frequently throughout the day.

Cons

That it is an additional software for EMR and PM.

Cons

Did not integrate into my existing EHR, though the Sales Rep assured me it would. I have had the software for 3 days and never used it. The sales rep refuses to issue a refund. He states I am locked in a 1 year contract.

Customer Services and implementation. Rozell made everything easy and was always available to assist.

Cons

I'd like to see a more robust texting capability that's easier to use. I'd like the texts to be able to go to a practice phone # and not a generic # not known to us. Capability of doing time-sensitive to emails to patients. The import isn't clean when sending recall; we've found ways to work with it, but would like to more easily import things for texting. I'd prefer to not have someone have to click on a link when confirming text appts.

Cons

I don't like that we have to delete and create an appointment every time. We drag and drop a lot of our appointments that need to be rescheduled so I wish it had the capability to recognize that.

The DoctorConnect Support team has been outstanding to work with. They helped us customize our Survey eMails, and they were easy and excellent to work with.

Pros

DoctorConnect syncs with our web-based PM system, and has delivered outstanding appointment reminder and review/survey collection for us for several years. We've not any a single technical glitch in since we converted to them in early 2016.

Cons

We knew going into the selection of DoctorConnect that it would not be a bi-directional interface in the short-term. The 1-way interface presents 1 or 2 predictable problems but it is not a major issue.

Pros

The software is simple to use, as it's completely automated! Any changes I want to make are easy to do myself, but if I find myself stuck, help is a quick email or phone call away. It has removed one of the most-frustrating tasks from my front desk staff-- calling patients with appointment reminders! You can do so much with this program, not only reminders-- you can ask for and display patient reviews, set up recalls for future appointments, send emergency calls/texts when the office is closed due to inclement weather (or if we're running quite behind), and more. It has saved us money, and is well worth every penny.

Cons

It'd be nice to have more customization options when it comes to the Recare setup. Other than that, it's great!

Overall a very well thought out software that has improved our organizations communications with our patients as well as a time saver for our staff.

Pros

Improved customer communications. Improved staff time management. Less overtime. The ability to reach out to a specific group of patients (individual physicians and/or locations). Example: Inclement weather, unforeseen delays or absence of physician, etc. Very reasonably priced. Superb Customer Service as well as support. Less incoming phone calls allowing more time to focus on the daily tasks. Improved No-Show Rate.

Pros

It saves so much time by doing the reminder calls for you! It makes communication between patient and staff so much easier with text or email options. DoctorConnet support staff does a fantastic job of training, explaining and helping you with customization of the software. It is nice to be able to open DoctorConnect wherever you are, not just in the office.

Cons

You are unable to ''edit'' an appointment. It must be completely deleted and re-entered if there has been a change of any kind (time frame / service / etc). It is not visually as good as other scheduling software I've used. It would also be nice to have a print feature, to print out the daily schedule.

Excellent and we have been very happy with DoctorConnect and their product, service and support. For us it all started with \[sensitive content hidden\] who was our 1st point of contact and it was nice to have the same person for a contact for sales and support. It is nice to get what you are truly sold and not passed off between sales and support. \[sensitive content hidden\] is very pleasant and easy to work with and she is proud of the product she sells, which is obvious from working with her.

Pros

Great product and very easy company to work with to get things setup and implemented. Our sales and support representative \[sensitive content hidden\] was amazing to work with. She is always very responsive and gets things addressed in a prompt manner. The DoctorConnect solution has greatly help reduce our no-show rate and made communicating with our patients much easier. We also like beaing able to use DoctorConnect for mass communication to our staff.

Cons

We had a few challenges, when a number is shared by multiple family members/patient when they would have multiple appointments on the same day. This has been a challenge with other solutions as well.
