Pros Very easy to see my upcoming pay and split my paychecks. I love how it will even show estimated taxes so I know im being taken care of properly. Cons I have to say, its a great software BUT I usually get emails and notifications and everything hours after I have already been paid. It just seems like a nuisance and I have my notifications off due to it. However, as my business has grown, I've felt that costs have increased since pricing is per employee. Overall, my experience with the software has allowed me to have frictionless payroll management, which has been key to business growth, although I might be evaluating options to better manage costs in the long run. Everything you need is on the left side. I sign items and review items with ease. Logging hours is easy, but you can accidentally click off the pop-up easily, and everything you typed is gone. Cons Logging hours is easy, but if you accidentally click off the pop-up where you are logging hours...poof, it's gone! Everything you had typed in the notes of what you were working on is gone! I have been on the phone with them for over 11 hours 15 different times about a simple payroll set up. Everyone I talked to couldnt figure it out. Talked to a supervisor multiple times who told me they would call back. Of course never received a call back. My problem is so simple. Pay week is Monday to Sunday and paydate is 2 weeks later.
