### "PandaDoc saved us during the Pandemic"

This has really been a blessing to us - especially when the mandates are back in place for not allowing verbal signatues.

Pros

I love how easy it was to implement this product and all of the training we received. It was perfect to train the trainer and everyone we came in contact with at PandaDoc were so helpful and quick to lend a hand. Since there are still clients who aren't comfortable coming into the office, PandaDoc really helps us with obtaining the necessary signatures from our clients without having to have laptops or computers. They can easily sign from their phones.

Cons

It is a bit difficult if you don't use it for a bit and then try to set up a form to be signed. Or if we have turnover and we have to train a new person to use it.

### "Latest software update is a debacle"

Customer support is excellent and the agents do everything in their capacity to assist. I give them 5 stars. Unfortunately the so called "Customer Success Team" gets 0 stars from me. They are the ones who assist with more complex issues. Unresponsive and unhelpful. A content library that I built over the course of 2+ years for my business was invaluable and a huge time-saver. PandaDoc just decided to delete it without any notice, or opportunity to back up. My order of quotes is in a mess as they are all dated 22nd May 2022.

Pros

Version 1 was relatively easy to set up and use. I could duplicate documents, build a library of images and commonly used sub-headings and sections, resize images. In Version 2 it is easier to create tables and page breaks.

Cons

Version 2 was launched without any communication and/or notice. The team decided that it was okay to delete my content library that I had built over the course of 2.5 years. All quotes were automatically updated to a single date. So I am unable to sort quotes and proposals based on newest to oldest. The functionality to resize images is lost. The documents are clunky and useless.

### "Very Disapponting - TIME and MONEY Wasted"

I’m extremely frustrated with PandaDoc’s lack of support. The have taken absolutely NO ownership of their performance issues and claim they cannot troubleshoot my problem. Funny that this all started after they rolled out some product updates early in 2019. Stay away!

Pros

I purchased this software for its integration capabilities with Pipedrive. I spent weeks building out templates and entering tokens for seamless connection with our CRM.

Cons

This software has serious performance issues. All was working well until about 6 weeks ago, when the platform started to move painfully slow. I’ve literally had 50+ customer complaints as they are unable to use the software to sign documents that we send. At this point, we are using PandaDoc to merge the fields only. We then download the proposal and upload in DocuSign to send to our clients.

### "PandaDoc beats out Docusign for the win!"

It helps me provide a service that I would normally have to pay a lot more for. In these times of economic uncertainty every dollar counts. I was introduced to this software by a bank. They sent me a document and I said "what the heck is PandaDoc". To my surprise it was not a bootleg version of Docusign which is what I thought it might be. Then I started to notice a few other began using it as well. After then I was sold.

Pros

It's free version is great! I really only ever used docusign for the signing features. This gives you this at no cost. It's a must for any business looking to add legitimacy to their business.

Cons

Nothing really. It did what I needed it to do, and for free no less. It's effective, and both in terms of cost and functionality.

### "Issues With Product, No Refund"

Customer support was hard to get a hold of and issues were left unaddressed. We used PandaDoc for a year we had decided not to renew but missed the deadline, so the product auto-renewed. When we notified PandaDoc they said they would not provide a refund due to the terms of service. This after we documented and presented the issues we were experiencing. The request was made twice and both times it was denied. Bad customer service, and slow response times. I cannot reccomend the product based on our experiences

Pros

On the surface it appears very easy to use however it is challenging to truly create print ready proposals, contracts and documents. Staff would invest considerable time attempting to add page breaks, and ensure formatting worked but then items would shift and the end product would present poorly.

Cons

PandaDoc fails if you or your client ever intends to print the document. For us contracts, proposals, etc all need to be printed and when they come out with formatting mistakes it reflects poorly on us as a company. The customer support is also not easy to get a hold of and they denied our request for a refund when we shared the issues we were having which was disapointing.

While there were limitations in the lower-tier plans and occasional performance issues, the overall functionality and value provided by PandaDoc software were commendable. It played a significant role in simplifying document workflows and improving the professionalism of our business communications.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about PandaDoc software was its user-friendly interface and intuitive document creation process. The software offered a wide range of templates and customization options, allowing me to easily create professional-looking proposals, contracts, and other business documents. The drag-and-drop editor made it simple to add elements like text, images, and signature fields, while the collaboration features enabled seamless collaboration with team members and clients. The ability to track document status and receive real-time notifications for document views and actions was also a valuable feature.

Cons

One thing I liked least was the limitations in the lower-tier plans. Some advanced features, such as the advanced analytics and integrations with third-party applications, were only available in the higher-priced plans. This restricted access to certain functionalities for users on lower-tier plans. Additionally, there were times when the document editor experienced minor performance issues, such as slow loading times or occasional glitches. ### "Jumping From RightSignature to PandaDocs"

We were previously paying RighSignature somewhere around $600/yr to essentially send around 4 documents per month via API to Podio. I took a deep breath and looked at that renewal cost during a pandemic and decided to look for options. It boiled down to SignNow or PandaDoc. When I saw PandaDocs free tier, I made the jump and haven't looked back. We did lose the automation functionality in the process, but the $600/yr savings makes up for it. We simply uploaded the NDA and Agreements we use and we "duplicate" them when we need to send a new one. The process takes 3 minutes at the most to setup, send and sign. If you're a small business getting started and need free e-Signing, PandaDoc is a winner.

Pros

They provide a free tier for smaller companies to fulfill their e-signing requirements. If that wasn't enough, their free tier does not have any major, missing components that would cripple the software. It just works beautifully at the wonderful cost of "zero".

Cons

I'm not in a place to complain when I'm using e-Signature software for free. However, it would be really, really nice if they could provide some limited API or Zapier functionality with the free tier. I don't expect that to happen, but it would be lovely if they did it.

### "We like PandaDoc but not the name"

The product has served us well but I do not like the editing feature and our templates were a mess. The e-sign is great. We have a new version and the team at PandaDoc helped us with our proposal template and it is looking much better.

Pros

PandaDoc has served us well for several years as our system for creating proposals and contracts / LOAs.

Cons

We dislike the name. We work with large financial institutions, manufacturers and seveal companies in the life sciences space and it sounds rinky dink to say "look for something from PandaDoc" in your inbox. (plus it sometimes ends up in Spam)

Pandadoc streamlines the process of documents saving a lot of time, is not too expensive and has an excellent platform that provides security to the company and customers ... definitely Pandadoc is here to stay.

Pros

Pandadoc saves a lot of time in the process of creating documents. It also eliminates the manual task of e-mailing a document for review and approval. Pandadoc is an incredible solution for organizations of any size. I like this product a lot because of how safe it is to use it; generating great confidence for us and for our customers. I'm happy with the quality of this product and how comfortable it is to sign documents ... no matter the size of the company, this product is ideal to streamline all types of business processes .... It adapts to all companies , it's reliable ... it's simply the best.

Cons

I do not like that emails are sent from pandadoc, it would be better if they were generated from the company email ... there is a risk of spam, although we have never had that problem.

Pros

This is a system that allows you to create documents without problems and that are more oriented to give better impressions. It is a system that avoids errors and even has pre-designed systems to make it a little easier to create more functional and professional proposals, without problems. of complexities and that do not adapt to the type of company in which they work

Cons

I have no problems because in general this is a tool that when used can be managed without complexities or without being expensive either, it is a good tool and I could even recommend it

We use PandaDoc for sending contracts and proposals, as well as informational documents. The platform works as well as any, but doesn't really exceed the cheaper options and doesn't achieve parity with similarly priced services.

Pros

Digital signatures, easy to use, basic content library, simple templating

Cons

No export options, limited video use, billing issues, price per user is excessive Beware of autorenewal - even if they invoice you net 30 they will still run your card without warning. Beware of any platform with no capability to export your content and data. Beware of the pricing tiers if you plan to add more users in the future. There is no discounted rate for additional users.

While we have always allowed our users to access their documents even if their subscription expires, we now have a "bulk export" function so you can download all of your documents into a zip file should you need to have those files on hand. Pros

PandaDoc is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward. After trying out a few different document signing platforms, I found that PandaDoc was far and away the most enjoyable to work with. Building documents is a breeze and the final product looks incredibly professional. The templates and tokens are a real time-saver and the signing process is a breeze. I also appreciate the activity feed, which lets me know if a document has been seen.

I have no complaints; everything is excellent and amazing.

It's a great piece of software that perfectly does the job as long as you don't require too much graphic customization.

Pros

It's relatively easy to configure and to use. We've used Pandadoc to generate quotes directly from our Pipedrive (CRM) deals, with their native integration. It works perfectly, all the information goes from one soft to the other. Also, the support is really reactive if you need them. We've also integrated it with Hubspot. It works perfectly as well.

Cons

The only drawback I found was the designs of the templates: it's not that easy to have something really sexy. Plus, the pagebreaks are complicated to handle when you generate a PDF file from your Pandadoc document. That's not exactly what we hoped for with our proposals.

Pros

PandaDoc is more focus on creating a business documentation like invoice document or document that need signature, as PandaDoc has a feature that can add a field for a e-signature. It let the documentation is fully digital and no need to print the document anymore.

Cons

I would love if they can constantly adding a new feature or tools, as the pricing scheme for using the premium plan is quite high and the adding values will justifying the price tag. Converting the document to other document format is not available in here.

Pros

Pandadoc has become central to our business. We utilize it to create custom proposals and for all information forms, contracts, invoicing and more. We love the flexibility of designing each template and then being able to personalize it. It's central to our sales process in creating a proposal that helps close the deal as much as anything else. It's robust, beautiful and easy. It's a fantastic solution for what we do. They also provide zippy customer service. We also dig how it tracks everything. Very useful in our communication. I can't say enough about it... Love, Love, Love it!

Cons

Seriously, there isn't anything about this product that I don't just love. It's cost effective. It looks very professional. One or two things though... 1. I wish we could customize how the email looked that that potential client received. It's the least attractive piece and not reflective of what the person is getting. 2. And this is a big one... a few emails have ended up in a spam folder... which is really really bad when people are waiting on the proposal. So that's a hickey for sure. But it's so worth it, and we just follow up with a call or email "sent the proposal, let me know what you think"...

### "Great product for sales teams - Some key features still missing though"

The one thing we are solving is the way we are building and sending out comercial proposals. With Pandadoc we have everything organized and all the documents in the proper folders, so you can go back to them easily and see what's happing with the document. Also all the different templates already built in makes it very easy for the sales reps to build proposals in no-time. Additionally the Human Resources Department is using Pandadoc for employee documentation. We've been using it as the formal company's employee documentation platform and it's been great.

Pros

What I like best is the document builder features. The structure they gave to the product with the Templates and the content library I think is very useful because it lets you slightly change each document on specific sections which is something that happens a lot. I mean, templates work as a baseline document and then you can have multiple content library items that you pull in when needed.

Cons

There are key features that I feel are missing. Nonetheless I have spoken to them several times and they've said to me that all of the features I mentioned are already on the roadmap of the product, in fact they delivered one of those in the last update. Things like document signature deadline, live collaborative document editing, task/comment assignment to other team members when building a document. Those three are the key missing features.

Pandadoc has allowed us to automate our entire proposal process, saving hours per work

Pros

The best thing about PandaDoc is connecting it to Zapier and automatically creating customized proposals without lifting a finger. Tracking when recipients view documents, and how long they spend viewing each page are great metrics to have for sales.

Cons

There are a few things I would like to be available with automation through Zapier, although they are possible with API.

We really like PandaDoc and once we tried another software but came back to this because we realised it had more to offer. We were able to edit documents simultaneously with others, comments, remarks, building, saving... the entire process of signing, its all great!

Pros

We initially got it for signatures. We realised the tool is flexible enough to get several things done. Very soon we were building proposals, using their templates, building contracts and policies as well.

At the moment i cannot think of anything

Per me PandaDoc rappresenta il software definitivo: contiene tutte le opzioni base proposte nei soliti programmi di questo genere, e grazie ad opzioni aggiuntive e alla sua interfaccia user-friendly riesce ad essere alla portata di tutti, persino di chi non ha troppa dimestichezza con il computer. La firma digitale è veramente semplice e pulita.

Onestamente mi sono sempre trovata bene, ritengo (in base alla mia esperienza) sia un software ben fatto.
