Overall, my Experience with Pandadoc has been positive. Pandadoc is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for electronic document management and e-signatures, and it has received high ratings and positive reviews from many users.

Pros

I can easily create professional-looking documents using customizable templates, and drag-and-drop editing. I can send documents for signature via email, SMS, or a direct link and track the document's status throughout the signing process.It provides a secure platform for e-signatures, including two-factor authentication and encryption, to ensure that electronic signatures are legally binding and tamper-proof.Also, I can track document activity and performance with real-time analytics and reporting, including open rates, time spent on each page, and completion rates.

Cons

The product is really good and suitable for a daily basis use. I have still some fears to move from pdf to 100% digital quotes in France because of spam barrier but I know this would open a 50% rise in customer experience with many other possibilities as videos in templates, directly chating with customer inside the doc, all status change...

Pros

The features are very well minded. It is very egronomic and efficient with pipedrive integration. I appreciate the posibilities to get folders, drag and drop, managing many templates with libraries is very useful to set up a new one as easy as a drag and drop. To be honest I would love to be able to use pandadoc using more features included in my package

Cons

definitively the 5 licences as a minimum. This is the second company I implement pandadoc for less users than 5 and I am not happy to pay for nothing. I am not happy with the date format with YYYY/MM/DD. As most of the european people we do use DD/MM/YYYY. So I have to select 2 date fields to get around this format in each document I edits from pipedrive (quotes with date of edition and date of expiration)

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

The pipedrive integration was more efficient. I had a prior experience admin and using pandadoc

As for the concern about spam barriers in France, we have a few solutions for dealing with that while maintaining the digital document experience (along with tracking, etc. for you). 1. You can generate a direct link for each recipient and email that directly to them. I use Pandadoc to create plans and contract agreements. It enables clients to sign digitally and immediately notify me when they see the proposal, which allows me to watch their level of engagement.

Pros

I appreciate the fact that Pandadoc notifies me as prospects see my proposals and enables them to sign digitally without scanning or printing. I like that it allows me to present a pick list to customers, from which they can choose which package or service they want, and it will instantly complete them.

Cons

I am unable to replicate whole sections, just some of the content parts. This is infuriating. That strikes me as a little clumsy from the developer side. The document didn't allow me to write in Landscape mode, so I've been drafting my proposals slides in InDesign and afterwards copying/pasting them as photographs into the document, and this has resulted in some duplication of effort on my side, which is inconvenient given that one of the reasons I choose this software because I need a system to help reduce time wasted on drafting proposals.

### "Extremely disappointing software"

This has been one of the worst experiences with a B2B software solution that I've ever experienced.

Pros

Thus far, nothing has delivered as per my expectations.

Cons

When I signed up for PandaDoc, I was assessing it against a range of competitors. I agreed with the sales rep that I would sign up on an annual plan, on the condition that he would organise an onboarding session (this was documented via email). Once I joined, I experienced a range of issues (which I'll explain) and in every email to the sales rep asking to do the onboarding he continued to avoid answering. He then advised that they do not offer onboarding and if I wanted it, I would need to pay extra. Issues that i have experienced so far: - Spent 6 hours building my first form, only for it to disappear. After speaking with customer support, they advised that there had been a tech issue that day and that the work could not be retrieved. - Uploading PDF documents to to create a new form, there were severe glitches for special characters like "", which made our legal terms in the pdf faulty. - Forms cannot be created with merged cells, or different columns for new rows (as would otherwise be very standard in a form). Tables must be the exact same number of columns for every row. - The overall UX is very glitchy. - When a customer receives a form, all the form fields that are to be completed are highlighted in red, even once they're filled in. This is extremely confusing UX, as it signals to the user that there is an error with a field that has been filled in correctly. - The software is currently 100% down for 5 hours while they do an upgrade.

This is a tool that all companies should use, especially in these times of pandemic. It has helped us enormously to sign agreements and close deals with our clients in other states and countries. You can also follow up on the documents. It is a software that I highly recommend, simply because it is the most efficient way to close contracts, sign agreements and generate more sales remotely. A very easy to use software, with all the tools you need to be a complete signature digitalization program and in this time of pandemic is the best option.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use software, even in its mobile version. The signature capture with mobile devices, makes it with precision and image quality and the electronic signature is also very clear. The integration with google applications makes it easier to use.

Cons

It does not have a good technical support, although they are really friendly, it responds very late to requests. When loading a document to send, I have had some problems, because the software becomes heavier, perhaps because of the size of the document. Some signatures suggested by the system were not accepted by the institutions when validating the document.

Ich hatte eine Software gesucht, mit der man Dokumente ganz einfach mit einem Finger oder mit einem Touchpen unterschreiben kann. Pandadoc unterstützt diese Funktion sowohl über Smartphone als auch über Tablet. Die Dokumente werden in einer redundaten Cloud abgelegt, worauf man jederzeit und quasi von überall drauf zugreifen kann.

Cons

Es gibt Unternehmen, die akzeptieren das Unterschreiben mit dem Finger nicht. Vielleicht gibt es einen Weg, auch die letzten Unternehmen zu überzeugen. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln

The ease of use of the online document generation software is my favorite feature. PandaDoc's is quite intuitive once you learn the basics, thanks to its user-friendly layout. This software does not require substantial user training, which I appreciate as the PandaDoc administrator at my organization. This makes it easy to implement across the firm.

Cons

PandaDoc's price table can be inconvenient because it isn't designed to work as an Excel spreadsheet. Our sales representatives would voice their dissatisfaction with this regularly. In many circumstances, it restricts our capabilities or significantly increases the amount of time and work we must devote to certain documents, such as sales orders.

It's easy to use, has a lot of features, and is incredibly helpful for managing documents and contracts. It also allows me to easily collaborate with other people and make sure that everyone is on the same page. It's definitely improved my workflow and I'm very happy with it.

Pros

PandaDoc proved to be a great asset for me due to its user-friendly interface. I was able to craft documents that were both presentable and properly formatted in a short amount of time, thanks to the helpful templates available. Moreover, the platform allows me to store my documents securely and monitor their progress, giving me a sense of security.

At this point, I have not found anything that I dislike.

Its reach has been significant for the records we maintain. This program is highly suggested as it is crucial for legalizing your business paperwork. The automated price estimates met my expectations, and you'll find them helpful.

Pros

Using PandaDoc, I don't have to worry about designating an employee to generate quotations and distribute them to potential hires. Having a database of electronic signatures is helpful because of my prior company. My team and I use the same library and templates to assure any client that we provide the same service level.

Cons

As a user, I would like the option of creating separate folders for different types of documents, inside which I might arrange things like price quotes by creation date.

### "Zoho Notebook is really the best"

Pros

Using Zoho Notebook on my desktop pc or on my mobile device, I can easily take notes or save my thoughts. Not only written material but also music and pictures can be added to the note. However, the file size is limited. Using a digital notebook to save my notes is more safer than using a real notepad.

Cons

It does not allow an offline setting since it requires constant internet connections to view my notes in the software. If the note may be saved on my desktops as a backup option, it will greatly assist me in recovering my note if I lose internet access. Overall, most of the feature is really useful for me as i really in needs for a good digital notepad

PandaDoc is mainly focused on preparing business paperwork, such as invoice documents or documents that require signatures, because it has a function that allows you to add an e-signature field. It will enable the paperwork to be totally digital, eliminating any need to print the document. This program is accessible from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection, making it ideal for people who alternate between working remotely and from the workplace.

Cons

The new upgrades were a little challenging to adjust to. With the previous version, we could attach PDF files straight into the contract and have them seem like part of a contract. As a result, they can only be uploaded as an attachment, which means they're more likely to be overlooked in the process. This situation has resulted in additional methods for us, lengthening the time required to provide them to our clients.

Pros

I like that you can transition between work-spaces. PandaDoc offers a simple to measure document return rates but also how much my team accomplishes. Moreover, it is quick to track paperwork and follow it up. It's easy to put up papers and templates, and it looks nice, is simple to use, and can be personalized. This application is available as long as it is connected to the internet, making things a lot easier if you work remotely and in the office.

Cons

Adding custom typefaces and expanding the font collection might be difficult. There should be more layout templates to choose from. We needed more integration option because our CRM didn't operate with PandaDoc. This didn't create any significant complications, but it would have made the process go more smoothly.

PandaDoc has become an integral part of our business operations. The technological features, continual upgrades and enthusiasm are all reasons why we continue to support and use the service. Since this is a "review" that hopefully someone will read and acknowledge, I want to make clear that we are very happy with PandaDoc.. but since you are requesting feedback, I hope the following is taken into consideration. Please note that these are all points that have been previously expressed to PandaDoc/QuoteRoller staff: 1) Dashboard: Show us how we are doing. What % are we closing, simple reporting and graphs, etc. This is simple stuff most of your competitors are doing. 2) Win/Loss (In relation to #1): We NEED a button to track LOST proposals... along with a text/dropdown box to document the reason for "failure". Similarly, we need a WIN button. We have a TON of customers that either (a) refuse to e-sign or (b) can't for whatever reason. 3) Proposal Follow ups: Thank you for the recent upgrade to add this functionality. But it is very generic. There needs to be a sense of customization for the customer. 4) Email hosting: This is one of the biggest complaints I receive from customers. The typical scenario is: We have an email conversation ongoing about a project.. then a random PandaDoc email/proposal off-thread is sent (even with forewarning to expect said random email).. and then it's difficult for the customer to search for said random email down the line because it's not from "me". I understand you want to control email opens, etc. But, a link to the page where the proposal is hosted (as an alternative to the current process) would be a hugely effective sales tool to allow the sales team to stay "in thread" and continue the conversation organically. PS. We've been using your service for about a year and a half. We have sent approximately 2,500 proposals. I can probably count on 2 hands that number of customers that have used the "comments" functionality. 99.9% of customers simply reply to the email.. which then creates a disjointed conversation since inevitably people are not CC'd and I return to the point I started to make at the beginning of this paragraph. 5) Sales Team Control: Related to a few points above. Reporting, reminders, etc can be useful per employee. If you've made it this far, thank you again for reading. I hope you consider these integrations. I am available to discuss/clarify at any time.

### "If only it integrated with other products!"

Excellent overall - form creation, editing, distribution, and management were all very easy.

Pros

We used this software to process employment related forms for contractors and employees at the college and it was mostly great. The text boxes could be a little simpler for editing (you can't highlight text and change it, you have to use arrow keys to move to the text like you're working at a DOS prompt). But for document tracking, signatures, and security it's fantastic. If you don't have the need to integrate with enterprise systems you can't find a better document/workflow management software.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with much in the way of enterprise software. As time passed and our other software was updated it became more difficult to track some things because Panda didn't integrate with any of our critical systems. As a result we used Panda less because most of the new ERP systems (and HRIS, and Finance) include workflows, forms, and signatures today.

### "Super slow recently - impossible to do simple tasks in PandaDoc"

Every week PandaDoc gives us a disclaimer that their service will be down to make it run faster. But really, it feels like every week PandaDoc gets slower and slower. Recently I spent 30 minutes just trying to duplicate one document and change a name of the recipient. The main reason why we decided for PandaDoc was efficiency - but recently it's actually making our jobs more difficult, not easier. Please fix this ASAP, turn off freemium accounts if you have to, but if we pay thousands of USD a year, we want the service to work smoothly.

Pros

Pretty much has all you need + HubSpot integration + document analytics are nice. But recently it's been lagging and simple tasks take forever to perform. It's frustrating.

Cons

Speed. Super slow to do anything. Also with more features, they keep adding, the product is becoming more complex to use and it's harder to find anything. We were forced to migrate to Editor 2.0. which was super painful as we had to redo all our templates and everything is more complicated in new editor.

Pros

After trying a number of tools to streamline my onboarding process I was feeling at a loss. They were all so difficult to set up and couldn’t be customised in the way I required. PandaDoc solved this problem allowing me to send my proposals, contracts and gather an initial payment from clients in one go! It has saved me so much time and makes my onboarding process look so professional.

Cons

There are some features only available on the paid plan which does limit what you’re able to do with some documents but there are often workarounds for this.

Overall, I like PandaDoc much better than other electronic document signature applications I have used. Their pricing is very competitive, especially considering the features offered. This will be a product we continue to use, as it takes the hassle out of the physical signature process and saves our sales team substantial time and effort. I would definitely recommend this product to any business that is heavily reliant on any form of signed documentation.

Pros

The PandaDoc user interface is very intuitive. The Dashboard display gives you an excellent breakdown of your outgoing documents, include Sent, Viewed, and Completed categorized. This feature helps our organized keep track of the current state of our contracts, and essentially lets us know which documents require reminders or further attention. Uploading a document to the application for signature is as simple as drag and drop, and the application is set up to send out notifications when the recipient has viewed the document, as well as signed the document.

Cons

Unfortunately, Panda Doc does not work well with non-PDF uploads, particularly MS Words documents. Uploading such formats often changes the layout or configuration of the document, causing extra work to adjust or simply redo. The admin panel is also challenging to navigate. Finding the correct path to adjust our company billing took some time; much longer than it should have. The template feature is nice to have, but if you need to make any adjustments, you essentially need to discard your entire template and re-upload, which is time consuming to a point where the feature is almost not worth using. It would also be beneficial to have automated reminders for unsigned documents, as opposed to having to complete this task manually.

Pros

I absolutely love the esthetic layout of Pandadoc's entire appearance for the end user, but especially the receiver's presentation and from what I've seen also lacks the "bugginess" which can be rather common place with other providers in this space. Pandadoc is incredibly professional looking and polished, which I strongly believe will ultimately translate those same attributes to your customer and their sense of your business and the offering or transaction being facilitated via Pandadoc

Cons

The pricing needs work along with their customer service response methods.

Pros

The automation of creation of proposals saves time and minimizes mistakes. Also, the beauty of the outcome; I love the Tables for Pricing, and the possibility of including high quality images for cover page, videos, and for the content in general. I also love the content library, the fillable fields, and the templates management.

Cons

The edition of texts lack of formatting (inhering properties). Also the Bulleting does not work very well. Finally, I would like to have the possibility of duplicating a document from the document I want to duplicate itself. Nowadays this is not possible, and we need to go to the folder and duplicate from there.

I use PandaDoc for creating business proposals for my clients. I like that my proposal documents look professional and are full of interesting and clickable content such as Youtube videos, external links, etc.

Pros

The integration of PandaDoc with Hubspot is fantastic in my opinion. Because this integration pulls data from all of my customers' Hubspot accounts onto the document that I'm working on, I can quickly and easily customize the client contracts that I use. It significantly simplifies the process of sending files.

Cons

I do not like the restricted methods in which you can design a personalized proposal document. I find this to be very frustrating. In point of fact, they assert that you may import a Word document, and the software will immediately convert it into a PandaDoc document for you. I gave it a shot, and unfortunately, it did not work in the least. Both the written content and the visuals were jumbled up. In addition to this, you are unable to add custom HTML code, which, in my opinion, should be a feature that they offer.
