Es stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Benutzerkonten, die seit 2022 vorhanden waren, durch eine Systemaktualisierung dann einzeln berechnet wurden, statt inklusive in einem Paket. Diese Preiserhöhung erfolgte ohne unsere Zustimmung. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme und klarer Kommunikation verweigerte PandaDoc eine vollständige Rückerstattung der unberechtigten erheblichen Zusatzkosten. Der Kundenservice bot nur teilweise Rückerstattungen und keine zufriedenstellende Lösung an. Diese Erfahrung war äußerst frustrierend und hat unser Vertrauen stark beeinträchtigt. Cons The thing I liked the least about PandaDoc is the limitations on the roles I can assign to users. I'd like for certain users to only view certain documents but, at least for now, couldn't find a way to do so. I would highly recommend and would probably be using it soon. Pros I recently had to do a proposal and after weeks of procrastinating, I finally went on to the internet and searched for proposal templates I could use. Thats when I met PendaDoc and immediately clicked the link to see what I could get. I got a nicely done template that needed me to only change a few things like the logo, and my company name to get the proposal ready. After like one hour of making the necessary edits, my proposal was ready. I believe that PandaDoc was quite easy and straightforward to use. I can't remember needing to use any article or video to learn how to use it. I only needed to input my credit card details to get to use the premium version of PandaDoc. I got like a month of free premium trial to test out PandaDoc. I like this. You get to try premium PandDoc for free for the first month. Cons Panda is quite expensive. After my free trial, I got a bill of about 200 dollars, which is quite expensive for me. It is a must have tool for dynamic sales teams that want to make their contracts far more powerful and visually appealing to customers. Pros PandaDoc enables you to create visually appealing beautiful contracts that make a huge difference when it comes to signing. Previously, we used Docusign and the contracts were incredibly boring and now compelling. With Panda, we have beautiful images that enhance the experience and increase the close rate. The integration with Hubspot is fantastic and the workflow automation is powerful. The ability to create templates has saved countless hours and can easily be adapted without needing prior training. Cons The challenge with PandaDocs is the limitations not having a native integration with Hubspot. Ideally, you want to have a contract tool built by the CRM but in this case, it relies on an API which does have certain limitations. Pros Panda doc is super easy to set up and customise. The template creation process is also simple and they have lots of ready-to-use templates too. It makes getting signatures from multiple stakeholders easy and the integrations we’ve set up mean we can very quickly generate contracts from our Deals in Pipedrive Cons I’ve not seen anything I don’t like or any limitations of PandaDoc compared to other digital signature/document management tools I’ve used. Cons Although PandaDoc is integrated into our system, there may be a learning curve for new users, particularly those who are unfamiliar with document management software.
