I appreciate having this app. PandaDoc is not as adorable than an actual panda, but it’s definitely more helpful! Pros PandaDoc is relatively easy to use. It is simple and gets the job done in a few pages of work. Cons It is a little bit basic compared to JotForm. It is a little glitchy or slow at times. Pros Pandadoc made it very easy to send forms to my providers. The best part was the amount of compliments I received from people saying how easy it was to use. I have used DocuSign and SignNow for similar jobs in the past- and PandaDoc is the easiest, most intuitive, and most cost-effective solution for digital signing. I use it to send job offers, HR documents, and to execute contracts with clients. I will always rave about PandaDoc! The best part? Clients find it easy to navigate- I get far fewer complaints using PandaDoc than I received with DocuSign or SignNow. Cons I have yet to find anything I do not like about PandaDoc. Reason for choosing PandaDoc Ease of use. We also had numerous complaints from clients about the difficulty of use for our former softwares. When comparing the three, PandaDoc was hands-down the easiest software for employees and clients. September 22, 2024 3.0 I tried PandaDoc for a while creating terms of agreement documents and sending them out for signatures. I had to watch a handful of tutorials to figure it all out and ultimately found a lighter weight and cheaper alternative. Pros The security that PandaDoc provides during the whole process of creating, storing, and then sending out and receiving signatures makes the process feel safe. I was overall very happy with the service. Once the plan changes came about though, it wasn't worth it since I only used it on rare occasion. Pros Very easy to use, free plan was great for the occasional need. Cons Could only reduce fields to a certain point, which made it difficult on "fill in the blank" contracts with short spaces. It provides functions for editing and formatting, which help maintain standards and alignments. I use it every week, and it is comparable to other platforms. It is a user-friendly tool that facilitates my work on project reports both internally and externally. Cons The system does not allow the shortcut function - Ctrl+V - for pasting as the standard format in the report. Instead, I have to right-click and select 'Paste in Plain Text' to achieve this. Some important features for me are the construction estimates and quoting, more than a half of my job is done with the help of PandaDoc. The possibility to get digital signatures on your contracts and docs is crucial for and offers the liberty to do the job on the go.
