It allows use to showcase professional contracts/agreements, as well as help with branding many areas of our business. Cons I worked for 3 hours to get my contract in, figure out how to use everything, etc. Then I was out of free contract sends (because I was a new user testing everything to make sure it would work went I need to close). I contacted, support but they weren't not able to reset my trial even through I was communicating with them for an hour as I figured out how to use the platform. So it was a waste of my time. I switched to digisigner, and was able to do what I needed and have upgraded to digisigner pro since. Review Source BF Barbara F. Pros I have been using PandaDoc for a few years now, but it still didn't have the whole "glow-up" of their website. It is fast, reliable, and a great way to ensure that contracts run smoothly between the parts. Cons I never had a single issue with it. I would add some tools to make it more accessible. No issues experienced when using it. Pros I've had a couple vendors used PandaDoc to send documents to sign. Every time I've used it, it has worked fine without any issues. Signings are typically received through email, where there is a button to complete the signing through PandaDoc. Each field is clearly highlighted, and the user is prompted if there are every any missing fields. Extremely straight forward system. Pros How you can read through the document, while seeing the areas that need to be completed, and how quick and easy it is to use. Cons I cannot think of any cons for PandaDoc. It was very basic but it worked. Pros It was fairly easy to use and you can send pretty much any documents for signature. Cons It didn't integrate with our system and reps had too much flexibility. It has contributed to increasing transparency in all our dealings. Pros PandaDoc is designed in a way that allows us to deal with all digital documents seamlessly. I liked the simplicity of designing the different forms and the automatic insertion of the names of companies or individuals to whom the form is intended to be sent independently so that we can send it to all of them at the same time. It is great that everything is done on the same page, and you can also request approval or review from the officials directly and document their responses before completing the work. It is great that we get immediate notifications of receipt of the document from the other party. PandaDoc helps us send quotes and other requests officially to provide confidence and documentation for all procedures. I liked the ease of requesting the addition of a digital signature as it is done securely and easily and without the need for the other party to have an account on PandaDoc. Cons There are no negatives, PandaDoc is very practical and rich in tools that give various documents a unique organization and maintain our brand. I rely on the multitude of customer fields and flexibility of the platform. Pros Easy to adopt and start using. The interface is simple and intuitive. Updates and enhancement are always being implemented. Being able to convert a pdf or word doc to a PandaDoc template is really slick. Easy to add placeholders and template creation speeds up the document creation process. Being able to handle a variety of document types from contracts, proposals and invoices makes it a one stop solution. Cons There's no way to edit a document if it's not in a PandaDoc template format. I really like the ease of it being emailed to me and being able to sign automatically without having to print. Pros I like the ease of opening the file and being able to view it and electronically sign it. I had no issues with signing or it being received on my mobile device. Pros To be straightforward PandaDoc is easy to use due to its nice and intuitive design and makes all my document easy to manage. I really like it the options to integrate with a lot of payments gateway and CRM. Another thing I want to mention is the responsives and very helpful support team. The inability to make edits after sending and the learning curve for certain features can slow you down occasionally. Pros PandaDoc offers an intuitive and organized interface, making it easy to create and manage documents. Users with a background in user experience design have praised its well-structured layout. Cons Once a document is sent, you’re kind of stuck with it. If you need to make changes or add someone to the recipient list, you have to start over and resend the entire document. This can be a headache if you notice an error after hitting send. Also PandaDoc isn’t the cheapest option out there.
