### "PandaDocs removes key feature unannounced "

February 9, 2026

3.0

Usually pretty good service, but now just getting "I understand the frustration about losing the feature you previously used." Not good just pulling the rug out from under us with no advance notice.

Pros

We have used PandaDocs for about 6 years and it has been incredibly helpful in sending and signing contracts. Allows you to copy and download the files, and allows you a lot of creative ability to design and customize the contracts. Good integration with other apps.

Cons

PandaDocs removed a key feature that is essential in our business without any warning, which now creates additional time and effort to reenter all the same information that PandaDocs ALREADY has in it's system. We paid for an annual license and with the understanding that the features we pay for and use will be available. The TRANSFER DATA feature, would allow you to send the information in the contract to different templates. We do live events so that was very helpful in creating gig sheets for warehouse staff and event managers with all the key elements: Client, Contact name, phone, venue, date, timeline, what they have confirmed, etc. Now, we have to manually re-enter over 30 data fields that were in the original contract. Also, we used that to send invoices for payments. Once again creating more work for the office staff.

Good Shuffle was more of inventory control with contracting features. I didn't need inventory control. Also it didn't have ability to just use links, each proposal has to be send in a separate email, which is challenging if you are sending multiple quotes to a client.

### "Pandadoc review"

December 10, 2025

5.0

Very positive, seamless transition from the competition. We have implemented company wide 4 years ago and and has been positive.

Pros

Pandadoc has proven to be cost efficient and very easy to use. The ability to incorporate it with other programs is a definite plus.

Cons

There have been no negatives in the use of Pandadoc since switching from a well recognized provider, with the only exception being that many people are not familiar with the name. Easily overcame that with messaging to clients spelling out the name.

### "A Great Option for Digital Signatures"

Pros

I absolutely love PandaDoc! It’s very easy to use and figure out once you get the hang of it. It’s so simple to sign digitally and adjust to your preference.

Cons

I don’t really have any issues with PandaDoc. It may be a little difficult to adjust the margins, etc. if you don’t know where to look.

### "PandaDoc for Easy Contracts"

October 23, 2025

5.0

Overall, I like uskng PandaDoc. It makes my job much essier and is easily understood by our customers.

Pros

PandaDoc is a handy product that allows us to have electronically signed contracts we used for contract work as well as submitting to financial institutions for lending purposes. I like the remote signatures that means we aren't driving across the state to get the signatures we need.

Cons

There are a lot of layout options for PandaDoc, but it doesn’t have ultimate freedom with layout and design so for some of our documents as we tailor them for customers I feel like I have to find workarounds.

### "How to win our hospitality event contracts."

March 9, 2026

5.0

As a customer-service head, it is essential to complete group bookings as quickly as possible. I work with PandaDoc when managing contracts and proposals. It is very intuitive, yet it is quite costly to scale it to the whole staff of the hospitality.

Pros

The interface is extremely clean and the process of signing a document is painless to the corporate clients who reserve big hotel conference rooms.

Cons

The per-user licensing is a bad value-proposition to our customer-service team and customer support is too slow to fix image- and video-management errors on custom templates.

### "Obtaining patient consent and hospital accords."

February 23, 2026

5.0

Medical evacuations are a legal issue that should be handled strictly. I employ this in management of contracts. It also simplifies the management of documents to a great extent but is very costly.

Pros

The interface is also very clean and therefore the signing of the documents by the patients who have to sign the forms of transporting them by an emergency vehicle is so easy when under stress.

Cons

The per-user charges are not very lucrative since our medical coordination team will expand, and customer support is too long to fix the errors of the custom templates.

### "Pandadoc is a good option for some "

March 15, 2026

Good experience. The cost outweighed the convenience, especially when you have a multi page document. Good product for simple documents.

Pros

PandaDoc is a fairly low cost and easy to use platform. I was able to upload my documents and navigate the platform quickly.

Cons

Not as intuit as some other sites. For instance, I have check boxes and had to add the boxes to each line. A little labor intensive.

### "A Seamless Tool For Getting Documents Signed"

January 12, 2026

It's made the sale closing process very simple for our team and taken away a lot of technical headaches that we used to deal with when it came to getting signatures needed to close a deal.

Pros

PandaDoc makes our contract closing process straightforward and simple, while helping our team keep momentum and get to a running start with new contracts.

Cons

It's hard to beat the value PandaDoc provides compared to other alternatives for signing and sending contracts. All of our clients, from tech savvy to non-tech savvy have been able to use it with ease.

### "Pandadoc for clients contracts"

We used to use Pandadoc at my company for signing contracts with our clients and for storing them there.

Pros

Easy for signing contracts with our clients with an electronic signature. We also stored all our contracts in Pandadoc.

Cons

The software is not necessary available in all countries (that's a case for a lot of software nowadays though). Some countries that are under sanctions cannot use Pandadoc without VPN.

### "Much more than just document editor"

April 13, 2025

4.0

PandaDoc automation has save time by automating most of the task for a sales process. Smart document generation make our business proposal more alive with its stunning design option and interactive design element.

Pros

PandaDoc has make it easy to create agreement document and to create CPQ business document. Sales processes is now faster as the CPQ tools let me to automating the sales quote document in a minute. I only need to fill the information like customer email, product and price, after hitting the generate button, the document is automatically created and ready to be sent over to customer. Most important thing, it can integrate with Hubscpot CRM to share data between the two software and reduce the issue of mistyping customer information details.

Cons

To learn about how the CPQ functionality is taking time and lengthy learning curves. It is quite complex at first, but I manage to learn and understand it by following the demos and user guideline. It is okay now, but would be better if the tools can be simpler and more user-friendly and take less time to learn.

Pros

Would I like most about panda dock is it’s ease of use for us to be able to sign client contracts, especially purchasing sale agreements.

Cons

What I don’t like about panda Doki is there sometimes clients find the interface a bit difficult to use in comparison to DocuSign as far as the field arrangements as well as the walk-through screens.

### "PandaDoc an easier way to create and manage documents."

It has a document tracking function that allow us to monitor how and where each and every document we have is being used. ### "So much better than the big incumbents you'd all think of!"

October 24, 2024

5.0

Our teams love it. It's really well designed to help us get the right documents built from clear and easy to maintain templates. Smart content is so powerful and they've helped us no end get up and running. Really impressed.

Pros

Robust and well thought through product. Really understood the needs of companies and are well equipped to delight them.

Cons

Reporting needs work. There's a lot of data missing from their reports and it is impossible to identify the difference between documents created in our production environment and our sandbox account. All shows up together.

Switched from

[Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/)

They were utterly terrible in every possible way. They charged us for every feature separately. Never knew which features we could use because they were all enabled in sandbox but then not in production. Cost an absolute fortune and still it didn't work. No template management at all. No scalable way to export documents except for some disastrous piece of Windows app rubbish they wanted to charge a fortune for. They corrupted multiple documents and never told us or offered any compensation. Their account management team told us one thing then their senior management would contradict and over rule them. Their support was nonexistent and when you could get hold of them they were poorly informed about how the product actually works. Their API documentation was always either out of date, incorrect or inaccurate.

### "Greedy Corporation"

January 21, 2025

2.0

Services are functional but if you have any issues with billing, it will be the customer's fault, ALWAYS

Pros

Their billing methods are intentionally misleading. They will not refund you even if the error is on their end, and you are required to pay for the error until your next annual billing cycle. If you forget to remove a license before your annual due date, they charge you for the entire year. Customer service is like talking to a robot, no matter what the situation the CUSTOMER is wrong. Getting blood out of a turnup would be easier than getting a refund from this company.

Cons

Predatory billing, intentionally misleading, terrible customer service.

### "Pandadoc is a flexible signing tool"

December 21, 2024

4.0

We used it as a way to present our proposals. It was synced with HubSpot and for 95% of the time it worked very well.

Pros

It is a very flexible product, not unlike Word, it is very easy to adjust and you can add people for signatures. It is quite easy to learn too.

Cons

Legal documents with their various clauses and punctuation are not easy to bring into Pandadoc as the formatting gets lost during the cutover if you are bring Word docs into Pandadoc. I had to change them to PDFs before bringing in, otherwise I would lose the punctuation.

Overall, I loved it. It really separated my company from the others at the time. The speed in which you can produce a very professional proposal was great!

Pros

At the time it was pretty much cutting edge software. CRMS have now made it pretty much obsolete.

Cons
