### "A Seamless Tool For Getting Documents Signed"

January 12, 2026

5.0

It's made the sale closing process very simple for our team and taken away a lot of technical headaches that we used to deal with when it came to getting signatures needed to close a deal.

Pros

makes our contract closing process straightforward and simple, while helping our team keep momentum and get to a running start with new contracts.

Cons

It's hard to beat the value provides compared to other alternatives for signing and sending contracts. All of our clients, from tech savvy to non-tech savvy have been able to use it with ease.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

seemed to have less friction for our clients.

### "A Great Option for Digital Signatures"

January 5, 2026

Pros

I absolutely love ! It’s very easy to use and figure out once you get the hang of it. It’s so simple to sign digitally and adjust to your preference.

Cons

I don’t really have any issues with . It may be a little difficult to adjust the margins, etc. if you don’t know where to look.

### "Not Bad Overall, but Needs Better Support and less Glitches"

September 2, 2025

3.0

We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value. It has unfortunately not improved over time, but rather the glitchiness has gotten worse, and the support has really gone down in the past 1-2 years.

Pros

The platform gives lots of options for customization and template building. It generally meets all of our needs when it comes to proposal/contract writing. The value for cost seems pretty inline overall.

Cons

When it is working well, it is a great platform, but it is quite glitchy. You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit.

Reason for choosing PandaDoc

We were already quite integrated into and Proposify seemed to be far less user friendly when we did the trial.

### "Best Alternative to E-signing platforms"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Excellent. It was very easy to use, easy to upload. It was satisfying to myself and my clients. There was no confusion.

Pros

It is a great alternative to DocuSign. I do not use e-signing very often for my business and is very user friendly for my clients as well as flexible to my budget.

Cons

There was not anything I didn't like about . I've never had a problem with the program or their customer service.

### "You get What you pay for "

December 28, 2025

4.0

We made the switch from Adobe to save money but continue using electronic documents. Getting started was easy and it’s less expensive. There are some features and ease of use that are missing

Pros

We liked the ease of set up when switching over from a previous program. It was easy to bring in our current templates and begin using them right away. Price is competitive.

Cons

There are many features that don’t work as well as competitors like the search and check boxes and menu organization is not intuitive. Not as smoothly run as competitors.

### "Intuitive, reliable, and perfect for startups"

September 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, has been an excellent tool for document management. It makes creating, sending, and managing documents simple and efficient, while still offering flexibility and customization. The improved pricing model makes it an even stronger choice for smaller teams. I can highly recommend it.

Pros

I like how intuitive and easy to use is. It’s reliable, integrates smoothly with Google Drive, and offers great customization options. The team really enjoys working with it, and their customer support has been consistently helpful.

Cons

Honestly, nothing stands out as a negative. In the past, the pricing was a bit high for startups, especially since we weren’t using all the features, but their new pricing is much more startup- and small team–friendly.

### "Overpriced, under-supported, but intuitive to use if you want to pay."

August 28, 2025

3.0

A decent product, but with no support and a ridiculously high price point for small companies, there are better options out there by far.

Pros

Product was relatively easy to get started in its trial. I liked that I could send out professional looking proposals with more than just a line item and a price.

Cons

Once the trial is over, you find out that the features that are really handy cost are only available in their high-priced tiers. This software is NOT for a small business on a budget; it's only for big companies with unlimited marketing dollars. Furthermore, any support is NON-Existent. If it's not a FAQ, then it's not important.

### "Great product, templates needs work and addons can get expensive."

March 1, 2025

Very good. Over the years, more and more standard features have become add-ons including scheduled send, expiration dates, auto-reminders.

Pros

Integrations and ability to edit .docs I. The app. The layout it also very customizable.

Cons

Add-on pricing. The cost gets as high as many competitors that include the addons which are charged separately. The templates feature is confusing and can be simplified

Overall, since it’s a free product and it gets the job done as well as it allows the certificate of authentication it’s a good product.

Pros

Would I like most about panda dock is it’s ease of use for us to be able to sign client contracts, especially purchasing sale agreements.

Cons

What I don’t like about panda Doki is there sometimes clients find the interface a bit difficult to use in comparison to DocuSign as far as the field arrangements as well as the walk-through screens.

### "Pandadoc is a flexible signing tool"

December 21, 2024

4.0

We used it as a way to present our proposals. It was synced with HubSpot and for 95% of the time it worked very well.

Pros

It is a very flexible product, not unlike Word, it is very easy to adjust and you can add people for signatures. It is quite easy to learn too.

Cons

Legal documents with their various clauses and punctuation are not easy to bring into as the formatting gets lost during the cutover if you are bring Word docs into Pandadoc. I had to change them to PDFs before bringing in, otherwise I would lose the punctuation.

Service requests were answered slowly. did not have the functionality that we required. Pandadocs cancelation poilicy was rigid and unfair.

Pros
