### "A Great Option for Digital Signatures"

January 5, 2026

4.0

Pros

I absolutely love PandaDoc! It’s very easy to use and figure out once you get the hang of it. It’s so simple to sign digitally and adjust to your preference.

Cons

I don’t really have any issues with PandaDoc. It may be a little difficult to adjust the margins, etc. if you don’t know where to look.

### "Poor customer service do not recommend "

November 19, 2025

1.0

Poor, disheartening - customer service or lack there of is disappointing and can not keep up to customer demand.

Pros

At the time support was great when we initially started - creating documents and having the ability to send documents in bulk

Cons

Overtime random charges are being added to our account and custoer service has gone down the his - if it is a browser issue - theyll charge you for it.

### "How to win our hospitality event contracts."

March 9, 2026

5.0

As a customer-service head, it is essential to complete group bookings as quickly as possible. I work with PandaDoc when managing contracts and proposals. It is very intuitive, yet it is quite costly to scale it to the whole staff of the hospitality.

Pros

The interface is extremely clean and the process of signing a document is painless to the corporate clients who reserve big hotel conference rooms.

Cons

The per-user licensing is a bad value-proposition to our customer-service team and customer support is too slow to fix image- and video-management errors on custom templates.

### "You get What you pay for "

December 28, 2025

4.0

We made the switch from Adobe to save money but continue using electronic documents. Getting started was easy and it’s less expensive. There are some features and ease of use that are missing

Pros

We liked the ease of set up when switching over from a previous program. It was easy to bring in our current templates and begin using them right away. Price is competitive.

Cons

There are many features that don’t work as well as competitors like the search and check boxes and menu organization is not intuitive. Not as smoothly run as competitors.

### "Intuitive, reliable, and perfect for startups"

September 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, PandaDoc has been an excellent tool for document management. It makes creating, sending, and managing documents simple and efficient, while still offering flexibility and customization. The improved pricing model makes it an even stronger choice for smaller teams. I can highly recommend it.

Pros

I like how intuitive and easy to use PandaDoc is. It’s reliable, integrates smoothly with Google Drive, and offers great customization options. The team really enjoys working with it, and their customer support has been consistently helpful.

Cons

Honestly, nothing stands out as a negative. In the past, the pricing was a bit high for startups, especially since we weren’t using all the features, but their new pricing is much more startup- and small team–friendly.

### "Overpriced, under-supported, but intuitive to use if you want to pay."

August 28, 2025

3.0

A decent product, but with no support and a ridiculously high price point for small companies, there are better options out there by far.

Pros

Product was relatively easy to get started in its trial. I liked that I could send out professional looking proposals with more than just a line item and a price.

Cons

Once the trial is over, you find out that the features that are really handy cost are only available in their high-priced tiers. This software is NOT for a small business on a budget; it's only for big companies with unlimited marketing dollars. Furthermore, any support is NON-Existent. If it's not a FAQ, then it's not important.

### "Great product, templates needs work and addons can get expensive."

March 1, 2025

Very good. Over the years, more and more standard features have become add-ons including scheduled send, expiration dates, auto-reminders.

Pros

Integrations and ability to edit .docs I. The app. The layout it also very customizable.

Cons

Add-on pricing. The cost gets as high as many competitors that include the addons which are charged separately. The templates feature is confusing and can be simplified

### "Clean and Easy"

July 12, 2025

Easy signing process when it comes to sending documents to others. It is even easier to mess up text boxes on a document on the iPad.

Pros

PandaDoc has a very professional design with an easy to use user interface and makes organization of contracts simple.

Cons

Text boxes may not be the most intuitive as it is very easy to move the text boxes around accidentally.

Creating forms is crucial part of my work and PandaDoc has helped me to streamline my form creating tasks. PandaDoc helps me to create beautiful forms that meets every need that i have.

Pros

Since no coding skills were needed, i had a very brief learning curve abd within a few hours, i had understood everything on how to use its features optimumly. PandaDoc has an in-built e-signature feature that makes my work easier to sign forms and authenticate documents before i share them. It also has a very secure storage vault that allows me to keep my forms well secured.

### "Pretty Good Signing Tool"

November 25, 2025

4.0

Overall, since it’s a free product and it gets the job done as well as it allows the certificate of authentication it’s a good product.

Pros

Would I like most about panda dock is it’s ease of use for us to be able to sign client contracts, especially purchasing sale agreements.

Cons

What I don’t like about panda Doki is there sometimes clients find the interface a bit difficult to use in comparison to DocuSign as far as the field arrangements as well as the walk-through screens.

### "Generally a Good Piece of Software"

June 21, 2025

4.0

Generally positive. Its as good as others but there are definitely some things that could be more intuitive

Pros

It uses a similar block system to wordpress for adding text or images. It is user friendly to a degree but to wordpress or canva users it will be much more familiar

Cons

The process of creating a document seems a bit like it is the wring way around. You need to create the recipients first which is annoying

Pros

Everything is easier, signatures, sending documents. All that ease made us switch to it, and since then, we’ve been satisfied.

Cons

I don’t see anything bad about it, it lets us easily track the different statuses of documents, sign them, send them, and stay up to date on the different approvals. And all that with the greatest ease.

### "PandaDoc excels at creating data-capturing documentation"

July 22, 2025

5.0

PandaDoc enables me to create standardized presentations for my Sales team that they can then modify with forms and personalization for specific clients. It's effective at both presenting and capturing information.

Pros

PandaDoc allows me to create standardized documents and presentations that can then be easily collaborated upon and edited to suit other teammates' needs.

Cons

I find that editing any documents with a combination of graphics and text can be a bit clunky. I end up having to export PDFs from another graphics editor and then import into PandaDoc in order for them to look on brand.

October 18, 2024

Having PandaDoc is an essential tool for our firm, and has become part of the foundation of our processes and communication with our clients.

Pros

The ability to use professional templates with ease and send out Client Agreements for review and completion has been extremely helpful. This has replaced a very clunky process of updating a word document and sending as PDF etc. Having a web based product, including an app has allowed our lawyers and sales team the ability to important and timely steps!

Cons

We have been quite happy with PandaDoc, including all of the regular product update sessions. They appear to listen to their clients and implement positive changes.

Pros

I've had a couple vendors used PandaDoc to send documents to sign. Every time I've used it, it has worked fine without any issues.

Cons

No cons as far as I can tell. It worked when I used it the times that I've needed to sign a document sent to me.
