It’s very easy to use and figure out once you get the hang of it. It’s so simple to sign digitally and adjust to your preference. Cons I don’t really have any issues with PandaDoc. It may be a little difficult to adjust the margins, etc. if you don’t know where to look. President Photography Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Not Bad Overall, but Needs Better Support and less Glitches" September 2, 2025 3.0 We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value. It has unfortunately not improved over time, but rather the glitchiness has gotten worse, and the support has really gone down in the past 1-2 years. Pros The platform gives lots of options for customization and template building. It generally meets all of our needs when it comes to proposal/contract writing. The value for cost seems pretty inline overall. Cons When it is working well, it is a great platform, but it is quite glitchy. You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit. Getting started was easy and it’s less expensive. There are some features and ease of use that are missing Pros We liked the ease of set up when switching over from a previous program. It was easy to bring in our current templates and begin using them right away. Price is competitive. Cons There are many features that don’t work as well as competitors like the search and check boxes and menu organization is not intuitive. Not as smoothly run as competitors. Pros Product was relatively easy to get started in its trial. I liked that I could send out professional looking proposals with more than just a line item and a price. Cons Once the trial is over, you find out that the features that are really handy cost are only available in their high-priced tiers. This software is NOT for a small business on a budget; it's only for big companies with unlimited marketing dollars. Furthermore, any support is NON-Existent. I was able to drop other services and save money. Pros PandaDoc can be used for e-signature, forms, contacts, notarization, payments and quotes just to name a few. Document templates are the fastest option however the smart editor is also available. Plans include free, starter, business, and enterprise. When billed annually a discount may be applied to some plans. There are many possible integrations including essential services and those I only use on occasion. PandaDoc is import-friendly (accepts multiple file types) and works on almost any device. PandaDoc will notify me when clients have viewed or signed a document and I can even see how long they looked at each page. Sometimes I get a client (buying or selling) who wants the process to be completed very quickly. In those cases, PandaDocs features are helpful. I like that I can set documents up so that clients can check optional lines (or not). I am thankful for the reminder and teamwork capability. I can also select a box to assign to a coworker. Customer service options include a learning center and chatting with a representative through email or instant messaging. PandaDoc is secure and legally binding just like a paper document. Contracts are automatically stored once signed. Cons I can only call customer service with a subscription to premium support. If this resulted in lower prices I would put it in the pro column, but PandaDoc costs about the same or more. As a marketer it's an absolute pain when your operations team asks you to help them make their legal or sales documents more pretty. PandaDoc makes my job easier. Pros After using Adobe Signature and DocuSign, PandaDoc is just simply better. The analytics, real-time feedback, and templates are fantastic. The UI is also very enjoyable to use. Cons It's quite pricey, but it's worth it if you need to send lots of contracts. I spend a good amount of my day drafting and sending proposals and pandadoc is a good help Pros pandadoc is a solid esignature tool. What I like the most is that it can help you quickly draft and send a contract while also being intuitive for the receiver. Cons not sure, there are some things they can improve though.
