Pros

You can customize the fields and make the project board in a way you want.I have also got a lot of use out the mobile views.Tracking time and login work that has been completed has been so much easy.

Nothing so far,Exploring its features and everything it offers has an interesting journey.

Pros

The support has been excellent. I haven't worked directly with the WorkOtter team, but our admin has and we're all quite pleased.

Cons

There's not a good planning strategy approach for integration and the documentation is not very good. It's somewhat disorganized and leaves me with a lot of questions.

Pros

WorkOtter provides the platform to communicate with peers who are running late on projects. There is a good reporting system for any type of project scope.

Cons

Sometimes WorkOtter appears to be slow. The app's internal efficiency can be faster as there seems to be lags which can slow down progress.

My experience with WorkOtter has been overwhelmingly positive. The software is intuitive, powerful, and the customer support is top-notch. They were transparent about pricing upfront and provided personalized training and implementation, which made the transition seamless. I'm particularly impressed with the AI features, which have significantly improved my productivity and project outcomes.

Pros

WorkOtter's AI integration is an absolute game-changer. Having a virtual PMO that helps me plan projects, identify risks, staff effectively, and even draft my weekly status reports has saved me countless hours and streamlined my workflow. Additionally, the interactive Gantt charts make visualizing and adjusting project timelines a breeze, which is a huge improvement over the static charts we used in our previous software.

Cons

The only real downside I've found so far is that the initial setup took a bit longer than I anticipated. However, the WorkOtter team was incredibly helpful throughout the process and ensured we got up and running smoothly.

My overall experience with WorkOtter has been wonderful. The support team was knowledgeable and assisted us every step of the way in setting up the system. They were readily available to answer our questions and made sure we knew how to use every feature effectively.

Pros

What I like most about WorkOtter are the Gantt charts and task management tools. They make planning super easy and user-friendly, allowing us to visualize timelines and dependencies without any hassle. The "building my team" feature is great for providing visibility on who is available to work on projects, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration. Overall, the workflow is seamless and can really enhance project management processes.

Cons

Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about WorkOtter so far. It’s very simple and easy to use, and it has all the features we need for effective project management. The Gantt charts, task management tools, and team visibility features all work great together, that can make our workflows smooth and efficient.
