It automatically combined my survey respondents information which was great. It also allowed me to send the responses to an excel spreadsheet that I used to further my research. Cons I wish there was some way to upload a file of questions for my survey. I already had them typed up and then had to retype them into Zoho's software. Cons It has all the basic functions there but the look is not great in my experience. I personally like using Survey Monkey better. Using it there would almost always be some mistake that had to be fixed or malfunction in coding. Annoying. Cons I didn't like the fact that it is very costly to make a survey and that you had to subscribe and pay money in order to use it after the free trial, even when you are not using it for business or other money making surveys. The responses were very well organized and easy to sift through. Multiple-choice responses were shown by raw number and percentage, and were organized in a pie-chart. Long-answer questions were easy to analyze and find patterns because you could search key-words that were used in several responses. Very insightful. Cons Not practical to use on a phone. They need to redesign their mobile site as I often like to work on my iPhone but I have to use my laptop when analyzing my survey responses. Review Source Abhishek S. Cons We already had a tool that allowed us to send the survey directly to our users within our application and we got more responses as the tool allowed us to pop-up the survey when any user logged into our application, wherein Zoho we had to send them to customer emails and do follow-ups via calls and emails to get more responses. I will definitely be recommending it to my classmates from here on out. Cons I really couldn't find anything that I really didn't like. Everything is very easy to navigate. Maybe to have more suggestions on what to include in surveys. I felt kind of silly with some of my rating questions and would have loved for some professional suggestions. Plus once they respond to the survey their responses are recorded directly in Zoho CRM which makes organizing customer data super easy.
