I began using the CRM tool to reduce cost from a pushy competitor and I could not believe how many tools were available. Great for any small to medium business. Cons I wish I had discovered this sooner. Before Zoho survey, and CRM, I used various software and had to keep track across multiple platforms that were not communicating with each other. The ease of use to integrate surveys into the CRM and create workflows makes a lot easier for us to process our daily jobs. Cons There are some apps that are not still integrated into the Suite, such as the Meeting Lab or eMail. On the survey side, I would like to have the ability to integrate matrixes that my clients could fill out. Cons What I like least about this software is that I cannot create unlimited questions in one survey. Additionally, there is a limit to the number of responses I can get per survey. I woul like to reccomend as all features are there which were desired by myself for my survey till now. I had prepared my survey easily with diffrent options. Cons The problem that i faced was in changing the question type in editing option. I had to delete the question and then to insert new question as desired type. star rating in row with different ranking was not able to locate. Pros The variety of types of questions and responses was very useful. Also, being able to use multiple languages was a huge reason we chose this product over the others. We love the smiley faces that adds color to the survey. Cons It was not easy at first. You really should look at the videos to get started. If you change your mind about the layout or choice of responses, you are limited and you may need to toss that question and do it again which is time consuming.
