The capability to export to Excel is great and the software itself offers a lot of great graphics of the data. The design is intuitive and user-friendly. Quality software without a huge price tag. Cons I would have liked the name of my survey to be the graphic attached to the link rather than the Zoho logo. This didn't have a huge impact, but might have made my objective more clear when sharing the link. I haven't had much time to assess the reporting but I have confidence it is excellent as well. Cons So far, I have no complaints. I would have liked the trial period to be a little longer as I haven't been able to gain much buy in to date. The survey design is not as good as SurveyMonkey but we have continued to use ZohoSurvey given its relative ease of use and the integration with ZohoCRM. Cons The survey design feature is not as 'pretty' as SurveyMonkey's. In addition, support is not as responsive. Even I started making survey but it was quite easy to make questionnaire. Cons The trial period is too short to really know the application but I am sure everyone will like it after using the survey. Being in sales, it's important for me to get feedback from my customers and I need the right tool to do it and from what I have experienced, this one just is not it! Pros Having used a major competitor of this software, I will only say that it can do basic surveys. The form builder is easy to use and it integrates well with other Zoho apps. Cons The cons go on and on. I am not trying to be overly negative here, but let's be honest. You can't send out reminders, you can't customize the look very much, the reporting is definitely lacking, etc. For BASIC surveys where you don't wish to have open-ended questions, this will work for you. It's been a huge asset. Pros I love the survey integration with the Zoho CRM. I can attach a survey link directly in an email from a contact or lead which has really helped us onboard clients more efficiently.
