We are pleased we made the decision to go with . It's a solid platform with more features and a large install base of automotive parts delivery companies like APH. The implementation and training team were very helpful getting us live at so many stores in such a short period of time, they were great to work with.

Pros

The product is robust, feature-rich and an excellent fit to the automotive parts delivery business. The staff at Elite EXTRA also know our business inside and out and were very helpful in showing us proven best-practices for getting the most out of the service.

Cons

We have not been able to deploy the "Driver Self-Dispatching" feature yet because it requires our paper invoices to have bar codes on them which we are waiting on our software development team to implement.

Reason for choosing Elite EXTRA

Both products were a good fit based on our evaluations and extensive field testing but in the end we chose because our staff had more familiarity with it at other companies and the Admin reporting is very robust.

I recommend this to all my other dealer friends. The number of times we have gone back and looked at photos, have saved us a ton of headaches

Pros

Easy to use, once you are shown the ropes Once we got the barcodes on our invoices, it's super-fast for my driver to create a route and hit the road.

Cons

Reports are not customizable, and have issues with auto generation Admin users used to be able to create driver templates, but that privilege was removed by Elite, not sure why?

Difficult. It seems like we have to do work arounds to do the simple tasks that we like to do, like combining a few orders on a truck and sending it out.

Pros

logging out at the end of the day. The driver's app seems to be the best part of the whole platform.

Cons

It rearranges things we put in there. Time slots are difficult to work with. combining orders in time slots can be challenging.The online pages aren't very intuitive.

I have been very happy with and constantly tell other people about it. I won't ever go back to not using this platform in the wholesale business. It is a huge gamer changer and even with a smaller store like us it helps us tremendously. For bigger stores that have multiple drivers I can see it being a huge benefit that would cut down on overhead costs.

Pros

Extra elite has been a game changer in the wholesale delivery business. I love being able to gather our deliveries and make routes easily on one dashboard. They are constantly updating and making the platform better and more efficient. It has improved our delivery times, increased transparency, and given our customers an easy way to track their deliveries and returns. The returns process is very easy to use and saves a lot of time going back and forth between customers. Customers are also given a dashboard where they can pull invoices, credits, and set up alerts for ETA and follow the driver on the route.

Cons

The only thing I find a little hard to use is the driver app. It can be a little confusing for new drivers. This may also be just user issue.

I had a great experience with . It really enhanced our accountability and performance. Ultimately, it helped us provide our customers with a better experience and the logistic and customer service team with up-to-minute knowledge on where and what the customer orders were doing.

Pros

I really liked how adaptable it is and we could integrate into most of our operational processes and software.

Cons

Training staff to be knowledgeable and operate the phone software was a challenge. It definitely had more to do with the personnel learning than it did the software, but some phones did prove to resist the integration.

Our experience has been great! has a great product, and a great support team, they are ALWAYS available and willing to help. \[sensitive content hidden\] is great, \[sensitive content hidden\] really understands our business and the challenges we have, he is always open to listen and work with us to find the best solution.

Pros

really helps our customers track their returns and see the progress from pick up to receiving their credits. It also allows us as a Dealer to set the parameters that our customers must follow regrading when they can and cannot return parts based on the purchase date.

Cons

is a great tool! The ONLY negative about having hundreds of customers using Elite Extra is the turnover in the Body Shops, causing us to spend time getting new users set up at existing customer locations.

I enjoy real time tracking. Also to go back and show customer where there truck was with copies of maps.

Cons

Can take awhile to upload pictures. Would love it if you could turn down resolution to make picture upload faster.

While the onboarding process has been very well received, we have run into the issue of trying to hot shot parts and being unable to appropriately dispatch from the road. If that issue was alleviated, I would have no complaints!

Pros

From the start of the process, all the representatives from have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative. The app is very easy to use for our drivers and the web based site is great for our dispatcher.

Cons

The one area that I find lacking is the ability to dispatch from a mobile device. I understand most companies do not have a dispatcher that will work mobile, but we often have to use our dispatcher for "Hot Shot" deliveries and she struggles to dispatch from a phone.

Coming from not having any system, it did take some time to adapt to all the tools available through .

solved our issues organizing and optimizing our parts delivery process. We are able to be much more efficient and now have easy access to proof of delivery and reporting metrics that allows us to do more with less manpower and overhead from miles driven. Our customers experience and delivery times has also significantly improved.

Pros

Easy to build routes and optimize deliveries, very simple to run and has completely changed and improved our delivery process.

Cons

Scheduled routes are difficult to build and manage, I would really prefer a version that would build live as orders come in that is visible on the dispatch screen as it builds. This way you could choose to dispatch it early or have a cut time where it would automatically dispatch.

By far, the best and most accurate tracking system out there! It is so easy to use and find invoices. Customer portal has had nothing but good feedback for our customers to use. It makes their returns a lot easier for them to find invoices, which is what we require to send a part back.

Pros

It is fast, accurate, and easy to use. The quick information that you get from "toggle driver tracks" is excellent! The search feature is outstanding and the customer portal is extremely user friendly. Most of our shops that sign up on there, love the ease of it!

Cons

All of the reports are great, however, none of them are very accurate when you want to look back at a driver's tracks and see their route from previous days. Also, I have messed around with the geofencing a few times and still haven't had it work correctly for auto-generating route territories.

The system has been seamless! When issues do come up the team is quick to respond and take care of the problem.

Pros

Trackability, easy to set routes and see where our deliveries are at anytime from any of our team members!

Cons

The driver should be able to change the route on the fly when obstacles arise, allowing them to make the best real time solutions without having to get dispatch involved.

I've been over getting set up for our location since day 1, and can honestly say, its been easy, and overall great for our location. It helps new employees with their routes and getting them familiar with it much faster.

Pros

was very simple to initially set up and get rolling. It gives the company and customers a real time of when our driver will be delivering parts to them. Overall I feel it has grown our business some with setting up our routes in the best way.

Cons

I haven't found a Con of yet. Customer service has bent over backwards to ensure their product runs smoothly and meets all our needs.

Pros

I enjoy tracking my driver and getting an eta of when the parts are going to be delivered as well as knowing when he will be back to the shop.

Cons

I feel like it could be more user friendly it took me about 3 months to get comfortable using the system.

Overall, the experience has been generally positive, though there are still areas that continue to evolve. Integration with CDK is essential to ensure access to all pertinent information and to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of this tool.

Pros

\-The level of information provided through Returns Automation is a significant time-saver. -It is user friendly and easy for the Parts Department sales team to navigate.

Cons

\-The returns automation currently does not capture the customer's email address within the order file. -During our use of the delivery service, the pickup response time was noticeably longer compared to our alternative provider.

Cons

Searching for the right report, sometimes the words we use doesn't match the name of the report, but we've worked around that and figured out what we need to know monthly.

Pros

I like everything about Elite. We have been using it for a very long time and it's growth/evolution over the years has been just amazing. Just when you think it's as good a product as it can be they come up with something else. Truely a product that is growing and evolving wit the times at hand.

Cons

We have issue occasionally where Elite and our in house system don't communicate very well together. This is probably more of an issue with our in house (MAM) system, but never the less is one of the few issues we have..

Pros

It helps us keep up with orders better and the drivers. I like that we can control the screen. It also helps us send messages to drivers when they can't answer the phone.

Cons

There is nothing really not to like about it. I would love for it to have a way to send the customers a copy of the returns and core returns.

Easy to navigate and find information to run/improve the business. Easy reports built in to the system. New features such as automated returns.

Cons

Not much works well for me and what I do. The on line tech manuals are not always that helpful. They sometimes do describe the steps clearly.

We have been able to control our vehicle expenses by using the most effective routing for our deliveries. There is no more wondering where the drivers are at or why it is taking so long to complete a run, and the customers, and customer know within a few minutes of receiving their parts.

Pros

Allowing us to quickly and accurately track our deliveries and making everyone more productive. Our drivers seem to like it because it is easy to use, and it helps them be more efficient by organizing their routes to deliver to our customers, and if any problems arise, we can look back on history and photos to verify they did or did not receive. Customer support has been extra helpful when needed.

Cons

The only thing I can think of it takes 5-7 minutes to get from Dealertrack to our screen to dispatch.

It's been perfect now that we're accustomed to how to use it. The route tracking is helpful, the white board is nice. The pictures make it easy to contradict disputes by customers.

Pros

The setup and everything is nice, being able to use the photo's for evidence is also helpful. I like using the whiteboard on the screen.

Cons

It took me a while to learn the ins and outs of the best way to utilize it. But after going through it day after day with our dock guy I find it to be pretty easy.

overall, a good system but could be a little more user friendly from the admin side (reports, adding/removing drivers, etc.)

Pros

Real time tracking and estimated arrival timing is great. It helps a lot with planning driver dispatching.

Cons

Reports... There are a lot of reports but I can not seem to get them to populate the requested data correctly or you get a generic summery and not details i.e. voided/ marked delivered orders. App issues.... App on iPhone will get stuck refreshing on waiting for order. clearing cache or restarting app does not fix this. reinstalling app fixes it but is hard being we have MDM. just frustrating.

Real easy to set up. The responds that the customer hs after they learn hiw it works they say that it will help them with their credits.

Pros

Real easy to use plus the access of looking up your credit. The availability of looking where's my order and checking what ti.e it will get to my shop.

Cons

I personally don't have any dislikes. Some customers think that there's to many steps to ho through but when they see how it works they hange their minds.

I've been using Elite over 10 years now and the experience has been top notch. Through multiple changes in inventory systems, fleet systems and other systems, Elite has always stayed the one constant as there is no need to change from it. Truly a top-of-the-line system with good people running it.

Pros

The system itself is really well designed. Every tool you need to be successful dispatching and then some. Always adding and improving, the system itself is very reliable and if any issue arises, usually very minor and often not even an Elite issue at the core, the team at Elite is on it immediately! Can't say enough about how good is.

Cons

Really can't say I have any cons to list. The system is that good.
