I like that the dates on each file is shown as it provides information to the administrator if the file is updated. As for your issue downloading files with a watermark, there could be a couple instances of why this is happening but without further details I can only speculate. For security reasons, only users themselves can download files with watermark as the watermark is specific to each user. However, if you don't see an option to download files outside of our view as feature, please ensure download is enabled as both office & PDF files can be downloaded with watermarks. There are simply times when a report request comes in from a client and I cannot find a suitable option within Firmex. Pros I like how easy it is to share documents with our working group, which comprises of banks, lawyers and their client. Cons Honestly, we can do without the "No." column. I tried turning it off, but it would still be present in the dataroom. Our documents are named with numbers in front of them. So the extra No. column can be confusing. Pros It is very efficient and I have never had an issue downloading files or accessing a data room. Cons I don't like the new interface as much as the previous one. The previous interface was a little easier to use and I didn't have any issue with functionality. I don't like that when you checkbox individual files, you don't have the option to download them with the folder path. You can only download with a folder path included if you click the "Download" button without checking any files, which can be a little cumbersome downloading unneeded files. We do have the ability to leave comments and tags which can be found on the right hand side of the documents tab.
