As for your issue downloading files with a watermark, there could be a couple instances of why this is happening but without further details I can only speculate. For security reasons, only users themselves can download files with watermark as the watermark is specific to each user. However, if you don't see an option to download files outside of our view as feature, please ensure download is enabled as both office & PDF files can be downloaded with watermarks. I do think that your customer service is probably your greatest strength and the people who work in that space should be rewarded for their work. Pros Customer support is always available and helpful. I have never experienced an issue that customer support could not address in one phone call. Cons Perhaps the reporting could be a bit more robust. Not a huge complaint, though. There are simply times when a report request comes in from a client and I cannot find a suitable option within Firmex. Many banks and other financial institutions prohibit the use of Dropbox and Box. Pros I like how easy it is to share documents with our working group, which comprises of banks, lawyers and their client. Cons Honestly, we can do without the "No." column. I tried turning it off, but it would still be present in the dataroom. Our documents are named with numbers in front of them. So the extra No. column can be confusing. With excellent support from our CSM, implementation was quick and relatively straightforward. It has also been easy to use, maintain and to train new users on how to interface with the product. Cons We currently use a different platform for real-time document collaboration. If this feature were to be included Firmex, we could manage all of our ongoing document sharing in one platform - which would allow for easier integration and ongoing support.
