My overall experiance is good. I have Used ADP also for payroll but if I say for one stop usage is good at Paycom in check points.

Pros

Ask here feature where communication for queries in hasstle free. No need to reach at different station.

Cons

Releasing of rehire workers offer letter takes time. It has to be done by docu sign etc. In built auto is not proficient in handling this.

Pros

I appreciate our customer support rep who takes the time to hear us and answer all our questions with patience.

Cons

Sometimes I have a hard time trying to find the answer in the help topics and articles but our assigned support rep helps me find it and give tips on helping me be self sufficient.

Overall I am very satisfied with the platform. I have been in Human Resources for over 20 years and have worked in other de-centralized systems. I have a deep appreciation for Paycom and the ability to have everything I need in one system.

Pros

I love that every aspect of my employee data is at my fingertips. I also appreciate that Paycom is always trying to improve the platform to provide employers the best experience. I feel competent in Paycom, Paycom created a platform that makes it easy for me to ensure I am using all parts of the system!

Cons

The customer support has had high turnover. We have been fortunate with our current team, however that has not always been the case.

It has been very user friendly and payroll processing/set up is more streamlined than our previous HRIS. I feel that once we build out every detail we need in all of our modules, it will be much more efficient across all functions than what we had before.

Pros

The recruitment dashboard and having multiple items at my fingertips. The Help center is very efficient and able to find solutions quickly.

Cons

Sometimes it still requires too many "clicks" to get where I need to go. Also building out the disposition templates to attach to so many disposition options is very time consuming.

It's okay not the best. In the Recruiting side more automation is necessary. Information inputted in PAFs don't streamline directly to other fields such as accruals or labor allocations. Or certification management doesn't update on a certain employee field. Paycom learning is not user friendly.

Pros

It is intuitive for the most part. When I'm training new team members is always easy enough. I like the filters.

Cons

Access is limited. My screen is different from the trainings webinars. When I ran reports there are limitations on how to set up the data I want .

It has been great so far. I'm learning to process payroll in Paycom currently. I have yet to learn the Talent Acquisition part of it.

Pros

their customer support is superb. anytime I call with a ? they are quick to help and they even had scheduled weekly calls with our company for a while to assist with any issues we were having.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything as I am new to using Paycom in a HR fashion. I like the ease of using it as an employee and as HR

So far the communication with Paycom has been great. It has a lot more features than other programs I've used in the past.

Pros

Employees can update their own information from app and and allows employees to choose how to receive their W2s , which frees up time for Management

Cons

It does not recognize 2 different pay classes at the same time for an employee, If an employee works a 12 hour shift and 24 hour shift it does not calculate correctly.

10/10 I enjoy Paycom out of all other HRIS I've used (ADP, Paylocity, Paycor). They are more on the expensive side but super worth it.

Pros

Designated Paycom specialists: building a relationship, specialist understands wants/needs, etc. No bugs or issues I've seen so far. Communication: webinars are super useful.

Cons

Ease of use can be difficult to understand as many features tie into other areas of Paycom. This can cause confusion sometimes.

It is good. Most of the things are good but some issue can be fixed like if you are reentering the hours. Some comments will be deleted.

Pros

Ease of Use. Most of the bugs and issues are fixed. User access is friendly. Not too much to go here and thier.

Cons

Sometimes it takes time to update punch in and punch out and if you need to delete them, it takes too much time.

While implementation had its challenges, we are pleased with the process thus far. Paycom has shown a willingness to partner with us, listen to our needs, and find solutions. We feel confident that as we continue learning the system and complete implementation, our experience will only continue to improve.

Pros

Excellent implementation team collaboration: The Paycom team worked closely with us throughout implementation and communication was spot on. They remained engaged, responsive, and genuinely worked to understand our business needs. Strong problem-solving for unique setups: We are a very unique organization with many specialized payroll, HR, and timekeeping requirements. Although there were hiccups during implementation, the Paycom team stayed on top of our special requests and worked hard to find workable solutions. User-friendly platform: Ease of use has been a big plus. The IWant feature is especially helpful and makes navigating the system much easier for both employees and administrators. Continuous improvement mindset: Even when challenges came up, the implementation team stayed focused on getting issues resolved rather than letting things stall.

Cons

Implementation hiccups: As with any major system transition, there were bumps along the way. Some processes took extra time to configure due to our complex and unique business requirements. Learning curve: We are still learning the platform and finishing up a few items for full implementation, so there are areas we are still exploring and refining internally.
