Since the program uses one code for everything, it's very streamline and intuitive. I've tried other payroll providers in the past that were difficult to navigate and each task involved opening multiple windows. We were able to replace several programs with only Paycom. The app is a great resource, and our managers can use it on the fly in the field. They also have amazing customer service, when I do need help they respond right away, and offer advice and guidance on how to use the tools. Cons There's honestly very little I don't like, but one that that was tricky is it's VERY customizable. There are features that I was slower to use because there was a bit of work up front to make them do what I wanted. Once you put the time in to set it up though, it save so much time in the long run having your processes automated.
