I'd say the only con for us personally is that we have utilized Skillsoft courses in the past, and wish we had other content, but I don't think this is a detriment to us. It has been a goal of KBE's for over 10 years to roll out KBEYOU and Travitor made it a reality! We officially rolled out the LMS KBEYOU in January 2023, and it has been a great experience so far. Being new to KBE and the HR field, I am learning the importance of continuing education. I am happy to be a part of something that promotes personal and professional growth/development. Pros I really liked the sales demos showing the versatility of the software and the commitment to support. Tier 1 support was actually good. The technician, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], seemed to always be available. Unfortunately, the real issues were never resolved because no one ever got back to us. Cons 1) Very poor customer service. For escalated issues, I can't recall even one time that an issue was ever resolved. 2) I've never seen such limited reporting functions. 3) The lack of versatility.
