### "Helps save time in diligence"

Pros

The diligence feature helps keep everything in one place for Q&A to stay easily organized, track outstanding items and coordinate across a large team. The features are easy to use and intuitive.

Cons

A lack of optionality on priority of requests or additional details we would often provide in an excel diligence tracker has led to some confusion with Q&A responders, so additional optionality on the labels that questions can have would be helpful.
