I've found it very easy to use and the people at customer support are helpful when I can't figure out a tool / have tech issues. Pros I think it's easy to use, and I wish I would use it more; however, I don't set up the data rooms (the bankers send me links and I sign up for whatever one they choose) Cons N/A - it is my favorite VDR by miles.
