Cons The tradeoff with security is speed and ease of access. Resetting passwords and two factor authentication are must haves for a secure environment but this can sometimes slow down the speed of access. It is also handy receiving email notifications when something has been uploaded to the site. Cons When a document has been uploaded, it takes a while to appear on the send data list.
