### "Not impressed and rather disappointed"

I landed on Sendible after recommendations from colleagues and after reading many reviews. From the time I read a review (published May 8) to the time I tested out the software (May 15) the trial changed from 30 days to 2 weeks. Okay no problem, I can roll with that. Android app worked great and I really liked the Canva integration, how easy it was to use, the different available planning calendars, the ability to include multiple images on an Instagram post, and that you could schedule the first comment for an Instagram post. Within the first day, the Android app stopped working (could not schedule a one image post let alone multiple images). There was no help available and the troubleshooting tips did not resolve my issue. An email request for assistance received a response after at least two days. The gist of it was "well those on a trial plan don't receive any assistance." Furthermore, the pricing plan I was considering had changed and was now less money but also had less features. Someone named \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] then emailed me stating she wanted to correct the situation and offered different alternatives. It's now going on a week with no response. One star for the attitude I perceive from them and one star for the overall experience.

Ease of use, pricing plan and associated features, calendar, Canva integration, Instagram first comment

Cons

Android version of app stopped working properly, no assistance for those on a trial plan, delayed email responses in excess of 2 days, change in plans, pricing, and features in the middle of the trial, change in trial from 30 days to 2 weeks

Able to post to multiple platforms. Able to send live reports to clients.

Pros

I like that the account can be white listed. I like that we can manage multiple clients social channels at once. I felt the best feature was the live reporting links you can send out.

Cons

This software is so glitchy. I often have to log out and back in to make features work. Sometimes the disappear altogether, or when I click them they don't fire. The users and accounts in the administration settings only work about 20% of the time. Literally every time I tried to change a user to a team member or anything with the user roles the changes never saved, wasting my time. We asked the sendible reps to make a custom service for us and their wesbite was unable to process our credit card, 3 separate times. After all this, the custom service they delivered was not what we needed. Linked in services have to be reconnected every 60 days requires some upkeep.

Cons

I wish it could connect to tiktok, but overall, every other platform is getting engagement and in our business, engagement can be the difference in getting a deal.

### "Not Bad, Not The Best"

It hasn't been a bad experience, I use Sendible every day (Mon-Fri) at work. I don't think I could even do my job without this software.

Pros

I liked that for the price there were a lot of very good features and they keep implementing new ones. I also like that I can get pretty accurate reports on all of my social channels and the fact that there's no limit on how many posts I can schedule at a time.

Cons

What would make this software a million times better would be to take one post, schedule it on multiple different channels, but at different times. I put the same posts on each of our channels, but some require a certain time to post. This would make things so much easier for me to schedule.

Overall the experience has been great. I'm a small one-person operation with a handful of clients, and Sendible is the perfect option. The price and features met all my needs.

Pros

Sendible was one of the easiest social media management systems to set up and get running quickly. The reliability of the software working consistently with little to no downtime.

Cons

The one downside is the inability to add logos for each profile to avoid confusing one profile to another. It's not a deal breaker and requires a little more attention on my part.

I wish I could scheduled TikToks and other short form videos. I also have trouble tagging accounts in this platform.

There is a workaround we have right now for tagging accounts in captions on Instagram, and you should be able to tag other businesses on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A TikTok integration is something many customers are eager to have on Sendible, so it's something the team is working towards as we speak. However, we can't give any definite information. Once we do, you'll hear all about it!

It's been great! We were able to get a good price that suits our company and is helping us be more productive!

Pros

I've used a few other posting platforms and after looking found Sendible! The support team is great! They answer your questions in a timely matter and email you to let you know that they got your info. Because they are still developing they let you know if something is going wrong and makes sure to let you know when it will be back up and working.

Cons

Sometimes you can't find a profile you are trying to connect. I had this happen two times and I've had a screenshare call with a support tech to get this fixed by the developers ASAP!

Honestly the best social management tool I've used in any position and the most affordable with the most features at its price point. Even with some hiccups as any software has it is still the closest to the tool I'd create in my perfect world!

Pros

Sendible makes it really easy to create profiles and assign accounts to employees and provide clients with direct oversight and review powers!

Cons

It was tough originally getting to grips with getting clients into the software. There's the option to have them login through a website plugin but when something breaks you have to go back to the client to ask them to log in again instead of just keeping the passwords yourself and fixing it yourself.

Very good. Always great to talk to with customer service. Good email tips to.

Pros

Very easy to use and easy to learn. I also love the customer service. I have never had any issues but something things I didn't understand, I always got a response within hours and it was very helpful. Lovely team.

Cons

I wish I could schedule PDFs on LinkedIn. I would also like a cleaner view for all posts scheduled on a particular day.

### "Great tool for businesses on a budget"

I can plan way ahead of time on social without an issue - less work, one platform instead of posting to like 5 separate ones.

Pros

I like the ease of use of Sendible, it makes training other people who may not be great with the computer super easy. I love the calendar integration and being able to post to even Google Business. It's a great software to use for businesses who don't have a ton of money but still want to get a hold on their social media planning.

Cons

The calendar view can be confusing and crowded when there are multiple posts a day, I wish that there was another easier way to view what is scheduled without having to click through everything. Being able to color code my own stuff would be beneficial too, instead of having default color coding depending on the platform.

It just works.

Pros

Very easy to use, posts to all the social networks that we require. Social monitoring and inbox reply is very useful and seamless. Has been a key part of the toolkit for several years now.

Cons

Can become costly to manage multiple google my business locations and social media monitoring for multiple keywords can become less affordable.

has made sharing an easier task saves so much time!

Pros

I love that I can set up one post and schedule it to post at the time and date I want, now or in the future. I like that I can have it repeat on an hourly, daily, weekly or more time frame. Being able to add my own images in place of auto link. I also like that it uses a link shorten-er. Over all its a HUGE time saver

Cons

The only thing I do not like is having to redo my site links, especially linked in.

Was a subscriber to Fanbooster, which I really liked, but Fanbooster shuttered and redirected to Sendible. Functionality of Sendible for monitoring is less than what Fanbooster offered.

Pros

It is a good platform for social media management. Easy to create content for multiple platforms and schedule. Reports are customizable and comprehensive.

Cons

Monitoring only covers Twitter for social media.

Went with Sendible in hopes that we wouldn't lose any ground in our social media listening.

Pros

I love the reporting features they offer. Not only can we post content to our clients Facebook, Twitter, G+, and Instagram accounts, but we can offer in-depth reports on how well their social media pages are performing. I like that our clients can actually see what an impact we are having on their social media presence.

Cons

Only 1 user at a time can be logged in to our main account, which makes for some issues when multiple people need to work on something at the same time. The customer support team was very helpful with creating a work-around for us, but it still isn't as efficient as I would like it to be.

Overall experience is amazing with Sendible. Have has no issues with them at all. Very pleased

Pros

Before coming into my position we did not have a Social Media Scheduler. We purchased Sendible from the gecko and have not once regretted our decision. We haven't ran into a single issue with the third-party and look forward to retaining our relationship with them!

Cons

The analytics can somewhat be confusing/misleading. I never really use their analysis that the pertain from our post. I usually use the original source which is Facebook Business Manager since the data is more updated and accurate.

Pros

Easy to navigate dashboard. Publishing and scheduling tools easy to use. I'm very happy with how the new reports look. It's a good value for the number of networks they include and the reporting. I like that the account can be white listed. I like that we can manage multiple clients social channels at once. I felt the best feature was the live reporting links you can send out.

Cons

The software is complicated at times. I definitely spent a lot of time looking through their tutorial to figure out how to do what should be easy things.

We switched from SproutSocial to Sendible when our online team became large enough that we needed to be able to easily centralize not just content but responses. Sendible creates accountability for social media content and responses that has been really instrumental in allowing us to become more responsive.

Pros

Allows you to easily plan content across multiple social media platforms, and creates a system of accountability and signoff/approvals for posts before they are scheduled. It also allows for feedback and resubmission if there are problems with a piece of content, and creates a centralized way to see, assign, and respond to incoming contacts/messages from social media.

Cons

The learning process is a little slower than some of its competitors, but it has a lot more functionality than most of them.

Pros

I love the interface and the scheduling - it's brilliantly designed. Simple, but still giving lots of scope of use. The scheduling and the image editing is also very good.

Cons

It's a shame that you can't manage Instagram followers through the software and also preview eachpost of how it would look when going live.
