Sendible also doesn't charge for every little extra you need. The amount of accounts I have connected to Sendible without being charged extra is truly fantastic. I so appreciate having a company that understands that freelancers like myself don't have as much money to spend, but to deliver high quality, competitive results, we need high level features. Thank you for being exactly what I needed when I needed it! Pros Realistic pricing and ease of use. I also like that you can tag other accounts with ease - unfortunately some other programs don't allow this for some platforms. Cons I think the reporting could be stepped up a bit. It's a little bit limiting for my taste, so I use an ancillary reporting software. That said, even with the extra software added, it's still not as expensive as having Sprout would be. It's easy to use, provides efficiency and helps improve the quality of posts. Cons I'd like it to include social media monitoring tools so we can see any time we are mentioned and easily re-share content. Founder Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Started at the Peak ended in the bottom of the well" July 22, 2025 1.0 Started off extremely excited, that I had someone looking out for my best interest and I didn't need to vet 10 tools to find the best one. But then plummeted off a cliff once they had my money and I opted out of the highest tier plan. Pros Sales team was engaged and cared about solving my problems. They were proactive and open to collaboration to secure my business. Cons Post sales support was probably the worst I've ever experienced. I love me a good help article just as much as the next guy but they'd prefer doing that over spending time with me to make sure problems were solved. Don't get me started on the billing before the actual renewal day and the 0 tolerance refund policy. That they site deep legal T's and C's that they claim are obvious on the site to get you to go away, they weren't. Its sad that as a customer i need to read through a 100 page legal doc just to do business with them. Also, side note they "cater" to agencies but the management of customers is completely different than any tool you use as an agency owner. To be honest I've been through a bunch of different similar software and services and it's hard to find the "right" or "perfect" app/service. If this could be solved I would definitely give Sendible another try. Pros Sendible was aa very user friendly program that was checking off all the boxes I needed. If you are using the middle or higher plan then it would have been 100% fine. Cons I could not figure out how to preschedule more then 10 posts in advance. It may not seem like a big deal for some but I like to have the whole month set up in the first few days of the month and this restriction kept it from happening. Maybe I was doing something wrong but I struggled with it. I think it’s fairly easy to use not too much of a learning curve if you have just started with them. Pros There are many pros with Sendible. First, I love that they are always evolving and introducing new features to the platform. It’s easy to schedule content on many platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Google my Business (yes, you should be posting there!). There’s a Canva integration which makes creating graphics much easier and efficient. Also, very easy to curate new content and add RSS feeds. Cons I would say their app - I am on the go a lot and to be able to post content via the app would be ideal. It’s not as intuitive as the desktop platform. Hopefully it’s in the works and it more than likely is. I found this unique from other products. Cons I don't like how you have to filter within the calendar view in order to see sent posts vs. scheduled posts. Set up was a breeze, and the personal helo I received from customer executives were greatly appreciated. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. Pros Sendible is one of the best platforms to get your message out esp. if you're sending RSS feed out to multiple social networks. Cons A couple of my agents mentioned they would like some other pricing options. In our work, we noticed positively that the implementation of the tool in our company was very easy. The team's familiarisation time with the tool was quick. Our workflows and work can be planned much better. The efficiency of our work has increased significantly. The software allows me to do that easily, including editing pending posts if I see something I've entered in error (typo typically). I'm a software developer by trade so when I find a bug I tend to give better than average bug descriptions. They're fairly responsive in fixing the issues I've addressed, with the exception of those problems specific to running on a touch-screen system. Pros I like the ability to schedule posts on most major social platforms. They're fairly responsive to changes made on respective platforms that affect ability to post. Can view "inbox" of platforms from Sendible instead of having to visit each. Cons They're typically quick to fix bugs I've reported. However, there are some interesting bugs on my touchscreen laptop that don't happen on a non-touchscreen system that they seem less interested in fixing. Plus, Sendible has remained constantly affordable, unlike many of their competitors. Pros Automation and additional social media features are fairly simple to use in Sendible. Plus, it’s extremely affordable if you’re managing multiple platforms. Also, their analytic report builder ROCKS! Cons It doesn’t feel very intuitive. There are certain features (for example: managing your media library) that should be a cinch, but you can only do it while you’re in post creation mode. Small things like that- so you’re still able to use the program for post scheduling and analytics, but I’d like to see a smoother platform. Pros The content management and posting is unbelievably intuitive and easy to use. It is better than any other social media content management platform I've used hands down! I wish we had Sendible when I worked at an agency. It would have made our lives SO much easier. Cons There are a couple of nitpicky items. One is the limited flexibility from a packaging standpoint. I work for a single company so I don't need a ton of profiles or users, but reports are vital and the reporting functionality is EXTREMELY limited without a much more expensive package. The measure features seem to grow in their usefulness as time progresses, really looking forward to getting more value out of discerning who the top engaged profiles are as the months progress. It also seems as though the business has a solid history with platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, meaning changes and updates should more readily be resolved to the end user (me). Cons It would be nice to do away with the 'Services' options and simply use full functionality of social media accounts. It is marketed as a means to better choose what matters most in your business, but it feels like a cash grab for any of us with more than a couple of social channels on the go, let alone if we open a second business or have groups of clients segmented for content in our social calendars. The system is easy to upgrade/downgrade whenever, so I can manage the ever-changing load of clients I have at a given time. I've been using Sendible for about 4 years now. Pros I love that Sendible is a one-stop-shop for all of your social media management needs. It also offers high-volume plans at much more reasonable prices than other social media tools. Cons The software can be glitchy (different browsers have different issues but I found Chrome to be the best). It also is missing a couple of features that I would like - such as adding a new post to the top of the queue, instead of the bottom. After testing it over several months, I can say that it is open to everyone, but mainly to professionals. These tools are really powerful, and for those who manage to use them correctly, their turnover will quickly increase Pros Sendible is a tool for much more professional management of your web presence. As soon as you open its dashboard, you can see that it was designed for agencies; using it just for social media posts is a real waste lol. My favorite part is that it integrates well with WordPress. With Sendible, you have pretty advanced CRM management. Another of its strong points is the statistical data. Features were easy to locate, and they actually did what they led you to believe it would instead of being something else entirely that made no sense to me. Cons I don't see where italics or bold print transfers over into the posts I schedule. If there is a way to fix this I just haven't found it yet. It enables the team to seamlessly create content and have it published across various social networks. They also updated their reporting which is a huge improvement. I'm very happy with how the new reports look. It's a good value for the number of networks they include and the reporting. Cons The approval process could be made quicker (similar to Buffer) because it adds in an extra click which I don't think is needed. The reports are a bit tricky to customize.
