We have been using this program for over 10 years and I am the one who uses this everyday. My experience is top notch

Pros

CA is an easy program to navigate when you have multiple pros and programs and court time. In my opinion it is state of the art program that all tennis clubs and fitness clubs that have tennis to use. I highly recommend this program

Cons

The only thing , which is minor , is that when they change something we are not notified that something different will be showing. For example, they changed the color on the court sheets, and we were not notified and they just did it. There were many complaints, and they changed it back.

My overall experience is positive. I would say that the value for the money of this platform is worth the cost. Our facility wouldn't operate with as smoothly without having this to streamline our process.

Pros

I like the ease of having everything that we need in one convenient location. We can book a tennis court in one moment & then register someone for a cooking class. Also, the ability to check eligibility status of a member is quick. This quick process helps us to support the client immediately & this way we can resolve an issue in real time opposed to waiting a week. The payment process is also simple to navigate, as well as sending emails to the member. The leaning curve is short & you can also customize the different department screens to fit your needs.

Cons

This is minor, but when booking court reservations the system reverts back to our 5am reservations after clicking on a current reservation. In a nut shell, it would be nice if the screen would stay at the hour that we're currently checking, instead of resetting back to the start of the day.

My overall experience with club automation has been grate for both me and my coworkers. We enjoy logging on and getting done what we need to everyday since it is easy to use.

Pros

I enjoy how simple it is to navigate in between tabs. This allows for organization in the workplace and with members.

Cons

The thing I like least would be the font size. I have to zoom in on my computer every time I open it up. If this is the only problem through, Ill take it!

Smooth transition from CSI. Training with a CA representative should be a little bit longer at launch and having one dedicated person to out club would help when needing assistance.

Pros

ease of use and data transfer. The customer service staff when calling in is kind and does their best to help. I also like the extensive reporting options

Cons

many tasks have a lot of steps and streamlining them would be helpful.

Always a positive experience when booking clients when I'm on the move through mobile. I can book a client in under 30 seconds and when I'm really busy it's so important.

Pros

The easiness of booking clients through mobile when I'm consistently on the move is essential. I can book a client in under 30 seconds and when I'm really busy it's so important.

Cons

Club Automation is a superior product in the health and fitness industry and is the gold standard. I love everything about Club Automation.

Overall, it's been pretty good. SOme bumps in the road but it is very user friendly. I can cancel or schedule patients with ease. I would just like to see an area for notes and by that, I mean writing documents about the visit.

Pros

I use this for scheduling massage patients. It's very easy to schedule or cancel or block out times.

Cons

It doesn't send the user a message if an appointment is cancelled so that we can fill it with wait-list patients.

no issues, wise it did more reports, dashboard style. i use it daily for reports, transactions, scheduling, booking and managing the pool and reservations - usage.

Pros

Schedules, updates on the system - looks great, user friendly, wish it allowed for more usage with reports financially that link to our dashboards.

Cons

Updates without notice, and restarting or resetting without knowing which email, may be user error.

Overall: glitchy and inconsistent. Once sessions are all in, it is great. Getting to that point is very time-consuming and cumbersome.

Pros

Enjoy the weekly schedule display and being able to predict weekly/monthly payroll.

Cons

Very glitchy. Recurrent appointments are difficult to create and recurrent same-client appointments on different days/times are not possible. This makes the sessions booking task very cumbersome.

It was scary to switch from a member management software we had been with for nearly 20 years but we needed to streamline our processes, away from using one software for EFT/member management and another for program registrations. The integration of these two under Club Automation has greatly enhanced our member, and staff, experience. We are glad we took the chance on CA.

Pros

The integration of club/member management software with program registration software is what got us to make the switch and our staff members have been very grateful ever since.

Cons

Length contract; Cost; still some features that are not quite where we'd like them to be (e.g., waiver and contract signing in online membership sales portal)

I often hear confusion from our users that their Username isn't their email address. Perhaps this can be considered.

Club Automation is a bit clunky in my particular experience.

Pros

I like the functionality of being able to access member profiles, statements and info from the member profile page.

Cons

I work in a cafe, and our usage of CA can be cumbersome when ringing up customer, i.e., to many buttons to press, from having to login pin number for every transaction, to having to answer a prompt every time that a credit card is used ingenico cardpointe that the transaction is not a debit, even if it is. In addition, our corporate office was told that when we use CA remotely on a tablet outside our cafe, for example at our pickleball courts, that there is no functionality to conduct Apple or Google pay transactions.

There are better features added in the last 6 months, but it's still not as seamless as it could be for our company

Pros

I like how it looks. It's aesthetically pleasing. I also like how we can now click and drag to make appointments.

Cons

I don't like that we can only schedule clients on the :15. Due to my class schedules, I often start clients at times like 1:10 or 2:05. But there's no way to enter that.

I've been using it off and on since it's inception at College Park. But even with my experience, when I started using it again recently, I had to re-familiarize myself with the operation. Somewhat of a frustrating process at first, but well worth it.

Pros

It can do everything: fully integrated...and once user is acclimated, makes job easier. The support team is great.

Cons

It takes some time to figure out, but you guys are always there for help. And cost: I have wanted to use CA at different facilities I've worked for and it's usually decided that it's too expensive. However, I personally think worth it.

My workplace switched from a different program to club automation a little over a year ago. The difference has been night and day; club automation is so much easier to use and so much more user friendly.

Pros

It's extremely user friendly. I love how I can customize and tailor my homepage to my specific needs.

Cons

I wish it was easier to delete accidentally created profiles.

The overall experience is good. When he have had some problems they try their best to get it fixed in a timely manner.

Pros

Their trainers did a very good job when we first started with CA.

Cons

They do not offer different sounds/word commands when people check in so it is hard for us to know if someone's membership has expired.

Overall it is a good experience. I understand how things are because of the automation of it. Whenever we run into an issue, the customer service people to the tech people help us solve the issues.

I wish when the automatic billing happens on the 2nd of the month that on the members statement it would give them an itemized list of the charges that just happened. I have suggested it several times.

overall easy to use, and user friendly. I have a hard time putting in lessons when I am doing it from my phone.

Very user friendly and easy to use on computer

Cons

Not very good while trying to use on the phone. Only on computer - I am not sure if there is a way to do this but i but in reoccurring lessons for a month and then it stops. so every month i have to re put in all my lessons instead of them staying truly reoccuring until i cancel them
