As long as you do your research when applying for positions, you do have a lot of opportunities to apply and get a job!! Pros I liked the base amount of job postings it had available for potential candidates. Cons I noticed some of the job postings, mainly work from home, weren’t legitimate which is disappointing because it takes away from the overall reliability of the site. When we set up our company's job postings a representative from Zip helped us through the process which was great! Pros Zip makes it really easy to post multiple job openings under the same company profile. Cons We don't get as many applications on Zip as we do with other platforms.
