As long as you do your research when applying for positions, you do have a lot of opportunities to apply and get a job!! Pros I liked the base amount of job postings it had available for potential candidates. Cons I noticed some of the job postings, mainly work from home, weren’t legitimate which is disappointing because it takes away from the overall reliability of the site. November 14, 2024 5.0 Since 2018, I have posted job openings on the Ziprecruiter website, and we are quite pleased with the quality of applicants we have discovered. With Ziprecruiter, the hiring procedure was quite easy. This platform makes it simple to classify the prospects for a more thorough assessment and decision-making process, and it allows you to arrange and conduct interviews. Set assessment test. Pros You can go through the recruitment process on this platform. It is user-friendly. Cons Sometimes candidates are not online for a quick response. March 23, 2025 3.0 I have received notification emails for ziprecruiter since applying once for a job on the site, but I usually do not respond to the sight of desireable jobs through the email notifications because I am expecting it to be spam. I downloaded the application from the App Store on my iPhone. I followed the prompts and got nothing done. Not a friendly user platform. Pros I thought I was gonna like this platform in terms of seeking good employers. Couldn’t download my resume or reach out to prospective employers once the app was downloaded into my phone.
