Pros ZipRecruiter stays on top of job openings that match the criteria you set up and your resume. They also keep a current and active list of openings. The ability to have a professional go over your resume is another option. Each post has the complete details about the positions including duties and requirements. Manager Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Zip recruiter app review " September 16, 2024 5.0 My overall experience regarding zip recruiter is fantastic and it helps me and many of my friends to find employees and employers as well Pros It's a very good option available for recruiting and when I started my long search for employment. I wanted to apply to as many positions I could that were within my area of interest in order to receive as many interviews as I could. During this process I discovered Ziprecruiter. Ziprecruiter made it fast and easy to apply to multiple positions within minutes. I applied to a couple of positions on the site and heard from a few of the employers. Whenever an employer contacted me to set up a phone screening or in person interview, I made an effort to read reviews of the company on sites like glassdoor and others that would come up when I googled “Company X reviews” before accepting the interview. I definitely do not think all companies that post jobs on Ziprecruiter have positive reviews and are for those types of positions, and I think there is a great number of companies on their that do. It’s a “resume scan and match” site. It really benefits employersas well as job candidates. You can“get hired through ZipRecruiter”. What happens is an employer posts a job posting through ZipRecruiter; ZipRecruiter acts as an intermediary, and posts the job posting to a lot of job sites. ZipRecruiter is best app for hiring? Zip Recruiter is good for posting positions, Cons "Less Reach for Certain Job Types  ZipRecruiter makes sense if you’re hiring for hourly positions or early career roles, but it doesn’t have the same reach for certain professional roles or higher-level professions. It was quick and easy and we did surface some great candidates. Pros Using Ziprecruiter made the process smoother than I expected/ It was super quick and it pushed to multiple job boards. Pros Simplifies the all kind of jobs searching in one place. Free trail to try and use it for new users. Finds right and suitable jobs which relevant to the candidates requirement and JD. Multiple job boards are available. Cons Due to subscription cost, the platform really doesn't help to non salary users. Does not have complete job or company's information. Due to small period of trial and high cost subscription leads to loss of users and clients. User interface is not good. Cons Some of the candidate matches felt random and not at all close to what we were looking for. Also got a lot of unqualified applications, which made it a bit hard to sort through at times.
