I got 3 of my jobs from searching this website and applying Pros It is easy to search for job's within my area. It breaks it down and will be specific in the job that i am looking for Cons Sometimes when you find a job that you want to apply for, when you select apply now, it will hesitate and when you get to the company website to apply, the job disappears and you have to search their site and it is frustrating. Pros The only thing I like about ZipRecruiter is the fact that I can st least search for jobs around my area. Cons I cannot stand how ZipRecruiter sends you dozens of emails that generally do not apply to you. If they apply to you, they already applied to your client. Pros Very easy to use and post your job to many job sites. You will get a lot of responses from a lot of candidates. Cons When I used ZipRecruiter I would get the same candidates applying for every job multiple times. It's a easy place to find jobs if looking for work. Pros I really liked that on the profile page you are able to add a lot of things like the basic information, adding websites to your account. Another thing that I enjoyed a lot is the salary tap where anyone can learn and see the salary of jobs. Cons If anything, the least thing that I didn't like was not having enough jobs on the site. Pros It was easy to find candidates but you often find resumes and not sure if they are looking or even interested. We reached out to some resumes that were a fit. But we only had two interviews amongst many "qualified applicants." The cost seemed to outweigh the benefit and we discontinued use. Cons The cost. Other job search applications charge per interview scheduled instead of monthly. I love it’s one click apply after it saves your information. Pros It saved my information while job searching so that I did not have to fill out the same thing multiple times. Cons There is not anything I did not like about the site. It had all pros in my book. Pros LOvE the interface. Ease of use. It stores all the data (resume, cover letter, applicant info) It stores user data long after I’ve made a hiring. Ability to download all user data for in person interviews. Number of applicants in the Los Angeles market is always very strong and much better than Indeed.com or Monster.com Cons Forcing me into a paid monthly plan just to store my applicants is not fair. That’s about it! I’d like to have the ability to set an admin and create separate user accounts so my co-workers could have their own portal that my HR manager oversees. Cons I din't like that there weren't a ton of options for the specific job I was looking for. When you go on sites like Indeeded, Monster, etc, it give you what you are looking for, as well as related jobs that you may be interested in. ZipRecruiter is a lot more specific w/ searches.
