Value for money. It’s a reasonable price for what you get along with the portal access but it does have work that could be a little more user friendly.

Cons

Robust system, not that user friendly. It’s very systematic. It’s not that user friendly. Some reports are hard to find.

Lots of Recruiters,easiness to apply online, virtual contacts with companies, ability to upload the certifications and other documents

Recruiters use other platforms too, making it hard to apply on any one platform. Filter options should be more.

Zip recruiter is a great tool for our recruitment process. It was an easy platform to use when it came to employee recruiting and management. It was nice to be able to customize the posting how we wanted it to show up. Customer Service was easy to get a hold of and they were very responsive which made it even more of a value for the money paid.

Zip recruiter is a great tool for our recruitment process. It was an easy platform to use when it came to employee recruiting and management. It was nice to be able to customize the posting how we wanted it to show up. Customer Service was easy to get a hold of and they were very responsive which made it even more of a value for the money paid.

Cons

What I liked least was that we did not get as many candidates as we did on other recruiting platforms. Like maybe not as many people are looking on Zip Recruiter as we thought.

Overall experience I would still keep at a 4 star. With everything you can do with AI now, you can fully automate this process.

Pros

I still believe you can find the talent you’re looking for through this software. You will find and receive many applicants.

Cons

My original review I said what I liked least is that you receive many applicants and talent from unrelated jobs and fields that your searching for.

It has been a great hiring tool for our team. It's very user friendly, and I love how quickly we start receiving applications after posting a job. The candidate matching feature saves time and helps surface strong applicants early in the process.

Pros

I generally have positive experiences using ZipRecruiter. It's very easy to navigate and posting jobs is quick and efficient. I appreciate how widely job listings are distributed, which helps bring in a steady flow of candidates.

Cons

The quality of applicants can be a hit or miss. There are some great candidates, but I've had to sort through a number of unqualified applications. Pricing can feel a bit high depending on your hiring needs, but overall, it's a solid tool for reaching a broad audience.

No viable candidates were generated by ZipRecruiter so we have stopped using them in general. It seems they have diversified their service offerings recently, and we don't need that. We just want actual candidates.

Pros

Their platform is fairly easy to use and understand. It offers all the bells N whistles for a recruiting system.

Cons

The quality and number of viable candidates has not been worth the prices, which are quite high for recruiting ads. This may be an industry-specific problem.

Pros

I love the ease of use of this platform. I love how all options are easy to view and select. I love how easy it is to manage postings, messaging, and candidates.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about it is the amount of scams and fake people that message, otherwise it works perfectly.

To create a powerful sales team that is aggressive is my ultimate goal as a Commercial Director. I apply this to speed up our hiring process and screen resumes. It offers unbelievable potential in talent search, yet the very process of onboarding and employee management in the long term demands a completely new software solution.

Pros

The convenience in terms of the recruitment process is unbelievable and within no time we are able to get skilled B2B sales persons in our new ceramic and concrete divisions with automated email communication.

Cons

Its violent subscription rates do not give good value to a mid-size, 50-people manufacturer, and the customer service is not always helpful when we require customization of the system to do a niche glass industry job posting or built in personnel management software.

What I like most about ZipRecruiter now is how easy it is to quickly reach qualified candidates. The smart matching and candidate recommendations save time, and the platform is intuitive and efficient to use.

Cons

What I like least about ZipRecruiter now is the volume of unqualified or loosely matched applicants, which can make it time‑consuming to identify the best candidates despite the platform’s filtering tools.
