It's great if you want something easy that just works, but not if you need a lot of advanced features. Pros I really like that Reservio is very easy to use and doesn't require much time to set up. The calendar is clear and simple, which makes bookings much easier. It's a great choice for small businesses and also quite affordable. Cons One downside of Reservio is that customization options are quite limited, so you can't adjust everything the way you might want. It's also not ideal for restaurant reservations, and it lacks some advanced features that bigger businesses might need. Security features feel more basic rather than advanced. Ormai sono anni che utilizzo Reservio per il mio lavoro e non ho mai riscontrato problemi, se non di piccola entità, i quali comunque sono stati prontamente risolti dallo staff sempre attento e disponibile. Vorrei inoltre dire che a mio parere Reservio è tra i migliori nel settore, ben fatto e ben funzionante. Each time I have let them know that patients are not being sent SMS reminders of their appointments they have a different excuse for why that is. They are knowingly and fraudulently charging for a service that is not being provided. They freely admit this. Pros It does a good job in terms of scheduling appointments. It is relatively easy to use. The site is mostly functional with respect to its core function of appointment scheduling. Cons The SMS reminder add-on is not at all functional. We are truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with SMS reminders. However, we want to be clear that Reservio never knowingly charges for services not provided. After your report, we immediately investigated with our SMS provider and confirmed that the undelivered messages were scheduled during federally mandated “quiet hours” in the US. In those hours, SMS cannot legally be sent, yet our provider mistakenly billed us for them. As soon as we discovered this, we analyzed all affected messages, offered you a refund, and stayed in daily contact to resolve the issue transparently. We are committed to fairness and integrity, and while technical issues with third-party providers can sometimes occur, accusing us of knowingly fraudulent behavior is not accurate. Il suffit pour répondre à mes besoins et le tarif est très abordable. Cons On peut limiter la réservation d'un service à aux clients existants mais cette fonctionnalité est générale et ce serait utile de pouvoir limiter un seul service aux clients existants en laissant d'autres ouverts à tout le monde. Gain de temps assuré. Cons Les noms des clients qu'on ne peut pas modifier nous-même. Quand le client crée son compte, il met forcément son nom. Ça serait pratique qu'on puisse le modifier.
