So much better than previous ATS systems. Pros Very easy to use and a lot of key features that make my recruiting job so much easier. This helps speed up the Recruitment process. Cons You can't create more than one Talent Pool. I wish having Requisition numbers were an option for the Standard Recruiting plan. We were able to build large talent communities, keep in touch with them and structure and tag candidates as we needed for our very complex type of business. The hiring pipeline was very straightforward too, I like that we can communicate through the tool, send and sign documents through it and also keep a history of each candidate so we can be aware of past red flags. Integration with a bunch of online job board is great too Cons I think it would help if it featured some additional tools to manage temp workers and freelancers. I love that everything is easy to navigate. I still haven't used all the functions related to on boarding and HR but I do like the platform. I like that managers can include their interview feedback Cons the candidate search function which only searches the platform, and the amount and other users could be better. It’s user-friendly, keeps candidate information organized, and makes collaboration across the hiring team straightforward. While a few features like integrations and reporting could be improved, it has significantly streamlined our recruiting process. Pros Workable is very intuitive and easy to learn, even for people who don’t use recruiting software every day. I like how it centralizes all candidate information, communication, and scheduling in one place. The collaboration features make it simple to keep the hiring team aligned, and posting to multiple job boards with a single click saves a lot of time. Cons Some of the integrations and reporting features feel limited, and bulk actions can be a little slow. Able to create one posting and have it out everywhere, no repetitious posting or work. Pros Value for money. We are a small non-profit and funds are very tight. Workable allows us to post across many platforms for a standardized price Cons We are not a featured posting, so our posting drops don fast, I do go in and un-post repost to push us back up. We limit the amount of wasted phone calls and communicate primarily through the software. Pros I enjoy the user interface the most. It allows me to painlessly navigate through each applicant when reviewing resumes. Cons The workflow of moving the applicant to the stages can be tedious. We highly customized the look of the job feed and it was very easy to do so. Cons Some of the visual customizations weren't the most intuitive in terms of location. I also love how responsive their customer service team is. Pros Job Board Integration: We get tons of organic applicants just by posting jobs through Workable. It saves us time and means we don’t have to pay for extra job boards or sourcing tools. Self-Scheduling: For a team without recruitment coordinators, the self-scheduling tool is a lifesaver. It makes booking interviews so much easier. AI Sourcing: I’m using AI sourcing more and more. Sometimes the perfect candidate is already sitting in your ATS—you just need to find them! Cons I’d love the option to export reports in Excel. The current formats, PDF and CSV, aren’t great for analysis, so I end up having to convert them after downloading Review Source TP Tanya P.
