But I wouldn't recommend if you have to customize your recruitment process per client. I would recommend if you're hiring internally. Pros I like how the app looks. Easy to the eyes which i find really valuable. I think it takes around 2 days to get the hang of it, super positive aspect. Cons The automations, I don't like the way they're set up. They're not easy to customize to each role and sometimes they'll break and the setup takes time. It's not that easy to figure out. Review Source ES Effie S. Many capabilities, including referral program, video interviews, psychometrics and various integrations. Definitely recommend Pros Very user-friendly, straight forward for Hiring Managers to use, helps to streamline the process. Love the self-scheduling capabilities, and clear breakdown of the recruitment funnel. Cons The reporting capabilities are somewhat limited, although for a small to mid-sized company they are more than enough. Pros Workable integrates very well with our current HR system. It is easy to set up and the integrations with systems like LinkedIn and other job sites reduce the workload for our recruitment team greatly. There is a host of features, but the one I like most is that contracts and documents can be issued to candidates and will all transfer into the HR system, avoiding rework and saving time in finding the right candidates. Recruiters seemlessly hand over to the HR team. Cons There is nothing that I don't like about this product. It provides for every scenario that we have been able to conceive. Review Source Maša B. I think the product is great especially coming from no ATS to having an ATS. Pros It does have all the core functions that the team needs. I love the bulk selection when it comes to declining candidates and moving all candidates from one bucket to another Cons I would prefer a change of colour since it is black and grey (majority). Cons I don't understand its pricing structure, seems expensive, especially for our smaller businesses. Pros Workable has features to allow candidates to book themselves in for interview which saves the team valuable time Cons We found that to integrate with our HR system, we couldn't get certain aspect to work they way we wanted (eg hire date/start date was pulled as the date they were offered). It seems there are times when the offer letter is sent out hours after we have approved - this is not a great candidate experience.
