Pros It's easy to handle, it provides a very good reporting feature, the job posting options and the integration with the free job portals in each country. It's obe software that you can literally start using the day you order it. It's so intuitive and easy to use. It's also like dirt cheap. The price is so low that I was a little hesitant to try it thinking that it couldn't possibly be a good as it is. I recommend Workable to everyone that will listen and have yet to have anyone be disappointed (I'm an HR consultant so I recommend it a lot). I actually get excited if I'm applying for a job and I can tell they use workable. Pros Workable is visually appealing, user friendly and so easy to manage. Cons It's such a good system with such amazing customer support that honestly I just wish that it was a full HRIS system instead of just an ATS. I guess if I was being nitpicky I'd make a more robust custom application but honestly it's pretty darn good. February 11, 2025 5.0 Prompt Customer Support Iterative and progressive mindset Pros The support, engineering and product team have an iterative mindset which is needed in product/ SaaS business. In my 18 years of recruitment experience both in house and agencies, i have done more than 20 ATS demo - i really think Workable is great tool! Cons Its designed for in-house but they are several ways/ alternatives to make it work effectively for agencies. Mobile recruiting is not 100% there. I now run my own recruitment firm - I am always on the go, I need the full version of workable browser on my mobile. Their browser is slightly laggy even though my wifi is at a very fast speed. I can always count on their team to respond quickly and resolve issues promptly, which is incredibly important given how time-sensitive recruiting can be. I also appreciate how receptive they are to feedback—my input has directly contributed to feature improvements. On top of that, their pricing is very competitive and aligned with others in the market. Pros Workable's customer service is incredible. They are always quick to respond and follow through on my needs. I also appreciate that they stay up to date with trends and constantly upgrade their features. Cons Overall, the pros outweigh the cons. While I appreciate the platform’s versatility, I do wish there were more options for customizing certain structures and features. I understand the need to serve a wide range of businesses, but this sometimes makes it challenging to tailor the system to fit the specific reporting and operational needs of my company. Pros Workable has a great user interface and working in the program is very intuitive. It's links to free job board advertising and rankings in SEO. It's integration with Google suite. They are continuously developing new features for enhanced customer experience and functionality. Very reliable uptime. Cons Hmm, not much I can think of, but I have noticed that when a job is unarchived for cloning purposes, it appears on the internal referral platform even though it is not published. It can only be removed if the job is archived. This also applies to all other jobs that are unarchived and not published. It is suitable for a business of our size. Pros Relatively simple onboarding. Initial customer service support was quick and helpful, which helped us get started just in time. Cons The platform doesn't accommodate the full pre-boarding process. We've needed manual workarounds, which produce extra admin. We hoped this would be fully automated within the platform. It's also very friendly for team collaboration, as it's easy to share candidates and leave evaluations for them in the different stages of the process. The customer support is always very helpful and fast when it comes to solve incidents. Cons If I have to say something, it would be probably the AI for CV filtering. I don't find it very useful and accurate. Cons One limitation is that scheduling links can’t be changed afterwards. It would also be great to have a feature to rank or rate candidates (e.g., with stars) in the applied stage. April 1, 2025 4.0 Overall it's a great system but I would love updates to the offer letters. Pros Easy to use. I also like the automatic email feature while moving candidates through the process. Saves time! Cons The offer letters! Our old system had great features for the offer letters. We could keep an offer in "draft" until we were ready to send. We could see when a candidate opened the offer letter. It's very time consuming and tedious when you need to make edits to an offer letter. Offer letters aren't always cut and dry. Some offers need to have additional information added so it would be nice to be able to add information without having to download the template each time. The only thing is they should post the positions on the job relevant sites Pros 1\. Use of AI to filter candidates 2. The way categories are created from sources to hired 3. Video Assessments are a plus 4. User friendly Cons 1\. There should be a way to repost or refresh the postings that are 2 weeks old 2. In the filter option, they should add a section to choose the day, week, or month the candidate applied. This helps to pull out a report to know that in a specific week how many total candidates applied. 3. They should allow to bulk move candidates from one job to the other.
