Of course, there's always room for improvement nevertheless, we've been able to grow our team with the help of Workable. Pros I really like its ease of use for our organization's recruitment team as well as for the whole company as well. Its features are very straightforward and the automations are quite a big help to a growing team. We decided to use Workable for its integrations with our existing tools. Cons As we are a fast growing company, there's a lot of information stored in the system which might contribute to it slowing down. Resumes and profiles take some time to load which contributes to screening taking longer than it should be. The website works well, mostly without any bugs, the user interface is clean, and it makes it relatively easy for our team to manage our applicants, even for those of us who are not tech-savvy. We have never had any issues with the safety of our data, as the website gives us varied security features to grant different privilege levels to our team members, and as far as we're informed, there have never been any leaks. The features for team collaboration are decent enough to support most of our needs, though they don't fully cover all of our needs. Cons When it comes to the value for the money we invest in the website, I'd say we're considerably disappointed. Workable has introduced many new features, none of which have had any utility for the work we do. When we contacted the customer support, they tend to be friendly and reply quickly, but many of our requests have not been solved, and some of them have been flat-out denied – disappointing considering the high the high investment in terms of money. They've stated that our team's traffic on their website is unlike any of their other clients, and yet, they haven't made any effort to implement very simple features that we requested, such as making a form mandatory. Definitely good value for money and provides ample customer support. Pros Easy to understand and use the interface and good functionality. The ability to make any actions visible and collaborate with the team is great. It is quite easy to integrate outlook and schedule phone screens and candidate interviews. I like that as Super Admins it is easy to control the user access & permissions to this platform thereby enhancing security. Definitely good value for money and provides ample customer support. Cons if there is a feature to use AI for editing onboarding documents or forms would be good. From employer perspective, super easy to track the status and talent pool for each role/channel. Pros The easiness to search within the platform by key words (candidate name, role, etc.) and followup directly within the platofrm and via integration with outside platform e.g. G-suite. Cons none. But i do hope that in the near future they could come up with an advanced feature to produce all Workable records re a certain candidate into a separate folder for the purpose of record keeping. However, its limitations become more obvious at scale or when trying to move toward a more proactive, data-driven, or automated recruitment model. Reporting is only powerful when paired with BI tools, and it lacks flexibility for talent pooling, CRM-style outreach, and custom workflows per region. This creates manual workarounds and slows down strategic initiatives like internal mobility, long-term candidate engagement, or region-specific hiring processes. Pros Clean, intuitive UI for both recruiters and hiring managers. Visual hiring stages help you track progress easily. Email and texting features allow you to message candidates directly in-platform. Templates save time and ensure consistency across outreach. Cons Limited Reporting Functionality (Without BI Add-On) Native reports are quite basic and not very flexible. We rely on the BI data link + Power BI to get deeper insights, which adds complexity and cost. Interview scheduling, especially for multi-stage panels or group interviews, can be clunky. It provides different reports, and you can also customize it connecting the database to a reporting tool you use. Easy to track the progress of the candidates, sharing information with the hiring team, it\`s an everyday tool that helps us in recruiting to keep track of our processes and pipelines. When I needed help to get access to the database, the customer support team helped in an efficient and fast way. Cons Even though there's some customization on the reports, the reporting features could be still more advanced. Pros Workable is very user friendly with clean project management board-like layout. It is a great space to collaborate across our company with multiple users, and it has solid integrations to MS Outlook that make scheduling calls and interviews simple and streamlined, Cons The metrics to track things like time to hire and time to fill still need some work. While the reporting features are easy to use, the definitions and calculations are a little gray making it hard to lean into their quality across many jobs. August 19, 2025 4.0 It's easy to move candidates though the process, schedule interviews and attract candidates. This has made it so much easier for our company of 100+ employees to find the right talent. Pros I love the customer support, easy implementation, AI tools, scheduling and easy communication tools with candidates and hiring managers. Cons The AI rating of candidates could be better. Currently it will rate a candidate but doesn't take into account everything in the job description.
