Pros

Simple to use and Hashtags are great to pick out a few words here and there to categorize them. I also think the LinkedIn sync is nice and the connected job boards to Indeed, monster, and etc.

Cons

Limited on data analytic and reporting capabilities.

It's very user friendly. I have been interviewing a lot of candidates recently and this has helped me stay organized.

Cons

I am still learning the software, but so far there aren't any suggestions for change.

Pros

The software itself is easy to use and you learn quickly where everything is and where to find it, it is a feature-rich software and everything you need exists. It's accurate and simple wort the money.

Cons

There is not a lot of cons but it can be hard to navigate at first but as I said you learn quickly. Some packages is more expensive and the basic package lack some important features.
