### "A User‑Friendly ATS That Streamlines Interviews and Improves Hiring Efficiency"

February 18, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Workable has been very positive. It significantly streamlines the interview and hiring process, keeps all candidate information centralized, and makes collaboration between hiring managers extremely smooth. The platform provides a strong balance of ease of use, useful automation, reliable customer support, and solid value for money. The ability to collect structured feedback and reviews from interviewers helps improve the quality of hiring decisions, and features like scheduling, templates, and customizable stages save a lot of time. While a few advanced features could be more flexible, Workable remains a reliable, efficient, and user‑friendly ATS that supports a modern recruiting workflow from start to finish.

Pros

What I liked most about Workable is how easy and intuitive it is to use, even for teams that don’t have a dedicated recruitment specialist. The interface is clean, the workflows are straightforward, and the process from job posting to hiring feels efficient and well‑organized. The candidate interview features stand out — especially structured interview kits, built‑in evaluation forms, and the ability to gather feedback and reviews from multiple interviewers in one place. This makes collaboration smooth and ensures hiring decisions are consistent and fair. Its level of customization is another major advantage. From customizing pipeline stages to tailoring application forms, it allows the hiring process to adapt to each team’s needs. Finally, I found the customer support responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve questions, adding strong value for the money.

Cons

The area I liked least is that some of the more advanced customization options — such as deeper workflow automation or highly personalized reporting — can feel limited unless you're on a higher-tier plan. Additionally, while the platform is generally very easy to use, the reporting dashboard could be more intuitive, especially when exporting detailed hiring metrics or analyzing pipeline bottlenecks. For organizations with very large hiring volumes, the candidate search filters could also be more flexible.

### "Comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Process Management"

August 6, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Workable has been highly positive. It serves as a comprehensive recruitment solution by enabling efficient job postings to multiple career sites, maintaining a professional career page, streamlining candidate tracking throughout the hiring workflow, and seamlessly transferring successful hires to our HRMS. This integration has enhanced process efficiency, improved organization, and significantly reduced the time spent on recruitment activities.

Pros

What I value most about Workable is its ability to centralize the entire recruitment process—managing job postings, maintaining a professional career page, tracking candidates through each stage, and seamlessly transferring successful applicants to our HRMS

Cons

The primary drawback of Workable is its limited flexibility in tailoring recruitment workflows to specific organizational needs, along with the additional costs associated with certain advanced features and add‑ons.

### "A Streamlined, Stress-Free Hiring Experience"

July 31, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Workable has been really positive. It made our hiring process way more organized and efficient, especially when juggling multiple roles at once. The interface is super user-friendly, which made it easy to get the whole team on board. It helped us stay on top of candidates, communicate quickly, and keep everything in one place. Definitely made my life easier and saved a lot of back-and-forth.

Pros

What I liked most about Workable is how easy and efficient it makes the entire hiring process. The interface is incredibly intuitive, which made it simple to post jobs, track applicants, and collaborate with hiring managers. I especially appreciated the automation features—like email templates and interview scheduling—which saved us a lot of time. It truly felt like everything we needed was in one place, and it helped keep our team aligned and organized.

Cons

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, I’d say the reporting features could be a bit more customizable. The built-in reports are useful, but sometimes I wished I could tweak them more to fit exactly what I needed. Also, a couple of the integrations took a bit of effort to get set up just right. Nothing major—just a few things that could be a little smoother.

### "A Solid ATS That Grows With Your Organization"

August 7, 2025

5.0

Among all the CRMs we considered, Workable stood out for being cost-effective, scalable, and supported by excellent customer service. As our team grew, we upgraded to include HR functionalities — further proof of its flexibility and fit for lean or early-stage organizations like ours. Highly recommend for startups looking for an all-in-one, easy-to-implement talent platform.

Pros

I’ve been a fan of Workable since I first used it as a recruiter back in 2022. Even then, I felt it was one of the best ATS platforms on the market — intuitive, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly. When I stepped into my current role as Head of Talent, tasked with building our recruitment function from the ground up, proposing Workable was a no-brainer. From a leadership perspective, I now see the full picture — cost, features, and long-term value — and Workable continues to deliver. What I liked most about Workable is its balance of simplicity and power. As a recruiter, it was incredibly user-friendly and easy to adopt. As a Head of Talent, I appreciate its scalability, cost-effectiveness, and how well it integrates with lean processes. The customer support is also exceptional — responsive and proactive, which makes a big difference when you’re moving fast in a startup environment.

Cons

What I liked least about Workable is the limited customizability in its time tracking feature. It would be more efficient if we could assign specific activity types directly within the platform, rather than manually typing them into notes. Currently, all time entries appear as generic "time entry" labels, and we need to extract reports in Excel or CSV just to review the team’s activity blocks. A more streamlined, customizable time tracking interface would really enhance visibility and reporting.

### "Evaluation of the Workable Platform for Talent Acquisition"

August 7, 2025

4.0

Overall, my experience with Workable has been positive, especially considering our need for a more structured and internationally integrated recruitment platform. Workable offers a robust system for active sourcing, with AI-driven candidate suggestions and seamless integration with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. One of the key advantages is the ability to standardize hiring processes across different teams, which is crucial when managing multiple regions or business units. The collaboration features between recruiters and hiring managers have also proven to be effective, allowing real-time feedback, candidate tracking, and decision-making within the platform. In terms of screening and interview scheduling, Workable brings clear efficiency gains, automating key steps and saving time for recruiters. While there are still areas for improvement – such as more advanced filtering options within job postings – the platform as a whole has elevated the professionalism and agility of our recruitment processes.

Pros

Ease of use of the tool Integration with Linkedin More robust system for active sourcing System of Employee Referral Program

Cons

Not very intuitive for teams that only speak Portuguese The platform does not allow the creation of confidential job openings or postings restricted to a specific region, institution, or target audience. For instance, it is not possible to generate an exclusive link for a specific school or partner to submit candidates without the job being publicly visible on the careers site Lack of advanced filtering within job openings

### "Workable was the Solution for our Talent Management needs."

August 1, 2025

5.0

We chose Workable because it offered the perfect balance of functionality, ease of use, and scalability. Compared to other platforms, Workable stood out with its clean interface, built-in sourcing tools, and strong applicant tracking features without being overly complicated. It was also easy to onboard our team, and the customer support has been responsive and helpful. Overall, it gave us everything we needed to streamline hiring while being flexible enough to grow with our recruitment needs.

Pros

What I like best about Workable is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It streamlines the entire recruitment process—from posting jobs to tracking applicants and communicating with candidates—all in one place. The collaborative features also make it easy for our hiring team to stay aligned and move quickly. It has definitely helped us save time, stay organized, and make better hiring decisions.

Cons

None really, I find it really helpful in so many ways with our day to day operations. We love using workable.

### "A very likeable ATS system, I would recommend it to others"

July 28, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Workable has been extremely positive. As a Senior Resourcing Manager, I rely on tools that are both powerful and easy to use—and Workable delivers on both fronts. From job posting to candidate onboarding, the platform offers a seamless, end-to-end recruitment solution that supports every stage of the hiring process.

Pros

As a Senior Resourcing Manager, what I appreciate most about Workable is how seamlessly it streamlines the entire recruitment process. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to post jobs, manage candidates, and collaborate with hiring teams—all in one place. One standout feature is the customizable pipeline, which allows us to tailor each stage of the hiring journey to fit different roles and departments. This flexibility has significantly improved our efficiency and candidate experience. I also value the automated communication tools, which help maintain consistent and timely engagement with applicants without adding to our workload.

Cons

While Workable offers a strong suite of features, there are a few areas where it could improve. One of the main drawbacks is the limited customisation of reporting dashboards. Although the platform provides useful analytics, it can be challenging to tailor reports to specific stakeholder needs without exporting data and manipulating it externally. Integrations available make up for this, and it working with Indeed.

### "Hiring for Consulting firms"

August 3, 2025

5.0

Workable has significantly streamlined our consulting firm’s hiring process, making it faster, smarter, and more collaborative. We especially appreciate how the AI tools reduce manual work and help us focus on candidates who are the best fit for dynamic, project-based roles. The platform strikes a great balance between automation and human oversight, making it easy for recruiters and hiring managers alike to make informed decisions. It’s been a solid investment for our team’s growth and hiring maturity.

Pros

\- The AI-powered profile summaries save hours in candidate screening. - It’s excellent for collaborative hiring, especially across consulting teams and multiple stakeholders. - The user interface is intuitive, making onboarding for new recruiters or managers seamless. - Notifications and status tracking keep the entire team aligned in real time.

Cons

\- Pipeline customization can feel rigid for firms with non-linear or project-specific hiring flows. - Reporting features, while good, could benefit from more custom filters or time-based segmentation.

### "Overall a good tool"

August 7, 2025

3.0

Pros

What I appreciate most about Workable is its user-friendly interface and the way it streamlines the entire recruitment process. It makes collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers smooth and transparent. I also really value the customizable pipeline stages and the ability to automate communication with candidates — it saves time without compromising on candidate experience. Lastly, the integration with job boards and the analytics features help ensure our hiring efforts are both efficient and data-driven.

Cons

While Workable is generally efficient and intuitive, I find its reporting and analytics capabilities somewhat limited for more complex, strategic analysis. For example, filtering data by recruiter, time frame, or specific stages in the pipeline isn’t always straightforward, and some key metrics require manual extraction. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more flexibility in customizing candidate feedback forms and tracking interview cancellations or no-shows separately from rejections.

### "Talent Business Partner"

July 28, 2025

5.0

Pros

I appreciate Workable for its intuitive design and user-friendly interface. As an ATS, it offers all the essential features a recruiter needs without being overly complex. The platform enables a smooth, efficient experience for both the hiring team and candidates. I regularly use it for job postings, interview scheduling, scorecards, templates, background checks, and more. Overall, Workable has exceeded my expectations and delivers strong value for its cost.

Cons

"I do wish Workable’s AI-powered Screening Assistant offered more customization based on the specific attributes I prioritize in a candidate profile. At times, it highlights elements from the job description that aren’t top priorities, which can lead to less accurate rankings. This limits the feature’s effectiveness and reduces its potential to save time during the initial screening process.

### "HR Experience Using Workable"

October 21, 2025

4.0

Overall, the software delivers a good recruitment experience - intuitive, secure, and adaptable to a variety of hiring needs. With continuous improvements to its AI and cross-functional capabilities, it’s well on its way to becoming a truly all-in-one recruitment solution.

Pros

One of the standout qualities is its adaptability - the platform easily adjusts to our evolving recruitment needs, whether we’re scaling up hiring efforts or fine-tuning specific workflows. The new features being rolled out regularly show a real commitment to innovation. The system is incredibly easy to use, from posting job ads to managing candidate pipelines, everything feels seamless and well-organized. Security is another major strength. The platform gives us full confidence when handling sensitive candidate information. The interview scheduling is quick, efficient, and helps our team coordinate meetings effortlessly, even across different time zones. Customer support handles the inquiries in a reasonable time.

Cons

The recently introduced AI-driven features show a lot of potential, but they could benefit from further development to enhance accuracy and contextual understanding - especially in candidate matching and automated recommendations. A bit more customization in how the AI adapts to different hiring styles or roles would make it even more powerful. Another opportunity lies in offering more cross-functional capabilities. At the moment, pipelines work well within individual departments, but having the option to integrate or share candidates and data across multiple pipelines would be a huge advantage for organizations with overlapping recruitment needs. This kind of flexibility would help teams collaborate more effectively and ensure talent isn’t siloed within one workflow.

### "Best recruitment software"

August 20, 2025

5.0

Workable helps save valuable time by letting you create and publish a single job posting that is automatically distributed across multiple platforms. Candidate CVs are neatly organized under each role, and the pipeline feature makes application management clear and efficient. The shared job dashboard ensures smooth communication and collaboration among team members. Ready-to-use job descriptions simplify the creation of new roles, while the AI-powered CV screening tool speeds up shortlisting by showing a match percentage between the job requirements and each candidate’s CV.

Pros

Workable is an intuitive and user-friendly recruitment software that simplifies the entire hiring process, from posting a job to making the final hire. Creating a job announcement is quick and easy, and the platform automatically reposts it across multiple free job boards—such as NewJobs, LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, Talent.com, Indeed, Careerjet, and Jooble—as well as premium boards. All candidate applications are collected under the relevant job posting, with clear tracking of which job board they came from. The clean, easy-to-navigate interface makes it accessible even for occasional users. Each job can be linked to a Hiring Manager and selected team members, enabling seamless collaboration. Communication with candidates is straightforward, whether through bulk emails or individual messages, and scheduling interviews is equally simple. The platform keeps everything well organized, saving valuable time. The implementation of AI tool is very useful for CVs screening. Finally, Workable stands out for its excellent customer support, which responds quickly and efficiently.

Cons

It does not support Greek language when exporting a csv report. The AI tool for CVs screening is not always accurate, a second look is always needed.

### "Efficient and User-Friendly Hiring Platform"

August 18, 2025

5.0

Workable is intuitive and time-saving, with strong features like multi-board posting, resume parsing, and customizable workflows. The platform keeps improving and genuinely listens to customer feedback.

Pros

Workable has a very user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate for both recruiters and hiring managers. It allows job posting to multiple boards, resume parsing, email templates, and interview scheduling, saving us a lot of time Their customizable workflows helped us portray our complex structure.

Cons

Pricing can be high for smaller businesses or startups. Limited customization compared to more enterprise-level ATS options. However, they keep enhancing the product, and they always take the customer feedback seriously.

### "Very simple and ux friendly"

August 20, 2025

4.0

When we started using Workable, our recruitment processes were completely disorganized. Each country managed its own vacancies using Excel and email, and from HQ we had no real visibility of what was going on. Once we implemented Workable, we began posting all job openings from a single place and sharing the processes between the local teams and the corporate team. That allowed us to define a unified workflow and, for the first time, have real-time visibility of all open positions across the group. What I noticed the most was the improvement in coordination: before, it could take us weeks to schedule interviews or share feedback, and now hiring managers receive automatic notifications, rate candidates directly on the platform and we avoid endless back-and-forth emails. Another thing we really valued were the reports. Thanks to them we clearly identified which job boards performed best in each country and optimized the money we were spending on posting offers. Overall, the experience has been very positive: it saves us time, brings transparency to the entire process and allows all countries to work under the same standard without losing flexibility.

Pros

Really easy to use. The tool is pretty intuitive. Even people outside HR can follow the process without getting lost.

Cons

No onboarding module. It’s very focused on recruitment. For onboarding, you need to rely on other tools.

### "Best ATS on the market!"

August 13, 2025

5.0

Workable is fantastic. I used it previously with a separate employer and had such a positive experience that when I got to my most recent employer and we started on an ATS search, I knew exactly where to go. Workable is user friendly, modern and turns complex processes into an efficient streamline.

Pros

Workable is a very easy system to navigate from a candidates perspective and hiring manager. The features, such as the ability to schedule interviews, the communication and the careers page, are excellent in helping keep candidates engaged throughout the process. The customer support is immediate, and it helps streamline our recruitment process so we can focus on the big things, like making the hire!

Cons

There's not much to say for this one - Workable is great! I wish that it had a background check service built in, but not many ATS's offer that yet!

### "Good platform and constant improvements"

August 8, 2025

4.0

My experience with Workable started atleast 3 years ago and Workable had good features and a good platform from the start. Made a lot of improvements over the years, bringing in AI wherever needed and making it more user friendly. I did face issues with automation not going right but over time, it was fixed and improvements were made. Overall, I had a positive and growing experience with Workable, and I'm still using Workable.

Pros

Workable has a good platform, dashboard and reporting features. The job posting was made really easy, integrating AI into this made it easier to catch mistakes and create JDs. The use of AI to find the right candidates is helpful; we can judge based on it and review it better. We could bring in any team member to review profiles and add their reviews. So communication was made simpler. The job ads can be shared or used internally so everything was very secure and no data was lost or shared unnecessarily. The candidates' interviews were smooth with feedback internally and communication with the candidates externally was done on the same platform. Workable is connected to right external job platforms so we get the right candidates and a lot of them as well. The automations gave us more time to spend elsewhere. I did interact with customer support but not very often, which goes to say that their product is really good. But everytime I did have a problem, it was resolved quickly with good follow ups so customer support was really good. Overall for any company, Workable is a good value for money

Cons

I faced some issues with automation and integration not working according to our requirements but they were fixed or made it more easier to access and create. I feel that the number of options for disqualification is a lot and we have to select everytime individually. If it could be made more generalized or in a different way, it would be better.

### "Great great great!"

July 31, 2025

4.0

Honestly, it's been great. I like the tool a whole lot more than any of the other ATS I've used. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Workable.

Pros

We used another ATS for a year before onboarding Workable. Our previous ATS was not user friendly and we needed a tool that would be easy to use and train hiring managers on. From my first call with the Workable team, I knew this was the tool for us. Workable allows for a seamless collaboration between the recruiters and team leads. So many of the features built in are incredibly useful and allow for a great candidate experience. We are excited to see the new features that Workable brings to the platform as they are always trying to improve the tool.

Cons

I Think the AI candidate scoring needs some work. I know this feature is rather new and AI is improving everyday, but this is the one thing I think needs more work. The AI scoring on most candidates is off and not relevant.

### "Happy Workable Customer"

August 14, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with Workable has been very positive. The platform is easy to navigate, user-friendly, and makes the hiring process run smoothly for both my team and our hiring managers. They have been a great partner to work with and are always looking ahead. I like that they are constantly innovating, adding new features, and improving functionality. It shows me they are growing, listening to their customers, and investing in ways that make the product stronger over time.

Pros

Workable is simple to learn and easy to navigate. Both my recruiters and hiring managers picked it up quickly without any hand-holding. Implementation was fast, with no need for IT involvement, so our HR and recruitment teams could get moving right away. The automation is strong too, with features like interview scheduling and email templates that take a lot off our plate. The ability to collaborate directly in the hiring plan keeps decisions moving without scheduling more meetings. From my perspective as a leader, the monthly spotlight recaps are valuable. They surface the right information at a glance, user permissions that may need updating, candidate pipeline stats, time-to-fill, without me having to dig through reports.

Cons

It would be great if we could create custom candidate assessments directly in Workable so everything lives in one place. Reporting could also be easier to work with and offer more real-time triggers, like flagging when a candidate has been sitting in one stage for too long. The interview assessment section could use some upgrades. Without scoring or qualification options, it’s harder to compare candidates side-by-side. And in the archived jobs area, being limited to alphabetical sorting is frustrating. Having filters for date posted, department, or location would make it much faster to find past roles.

### "Decent ATS with lots of potential."

August 1, 2025

4.0

Overall it's a great ATS, although they seem to be moving more towards becoming a HR platform. They have an AI assistant and if that doesn't help, they send an email on your behalf to CS - usually takes a day or two for them to come back to you. No proactive account management or asking for user feedback.

Pros

Logical UI, easy to use. Great for internal recruitment processes with customisable workflows. I use it daily to manage several roles and all the candidate applications. The AI feature that scores candidate applications is becoming better and better and more accurate. The self-scheduling link for candidates saves a lot of time. We like the rating scores. AI search is improving.

Cons

I don't like that the social media links are at the bottom of the profile page; if you have a cover letter and additional fields, you have to scroll several times to get to it, then scroll back up. The automated ingestion of the resume isn't very accurate so again, lots of scrolling past it on the profile page, then scrolling back up. You have duplicate applicants for different roles, which is tricky they do attach them together in the corner so you have to remember to check. If you're searching passive candidates, you cannot add notes unless you add them to a live job, which makes no sense at all. The candidate search function needs some work. Can be buggy when adding scorecard templates. The UI for workflow changes can be confusing.

### "Workable Keeps Getting Better"

August 1, 2025

4.0

Pros

We recently implemented Workable as our ATS at snuggs and are happy with the experience so far. What really stands out is the excellent support from their customer success team - always responsive and helpful. I used Workable a few years ago at a previous company, and I was positively surprised by how much the platform has evolved since then. A wide range of new features were added - that truly enhance the recruitment process: more automation options, detailed reportings, and video interviews. Overall, a great solution for fast-scaling teams. Highly recommend!

Cons

There’s not much to dislike. One issue we had was that some system settings seemed to change without us realizing, which led to situations where candidates who withdrawn from the process still received automated rejection emails. However, once we flagged it, the customer support team was quick to help us resolve it. Aside from that, everything has been working really well.

It’s an improvement and has made our recruitment process more efficient.

### "Efficient and User-Friendly Recruitment Platform"

August 11, 2025

4.0

Overall, Workable has significantly streamlined our recruitment process by centralizing candidate management, improving communication, and making applicant tracking much more efficient. While there are some limitations around job archiving and system integration, the ease of use, transparency, and time-saving features make it a valuable tool for our hiring needs.

Pros

Workable is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, making the hiring process smooth for both recruiters and candidates. I particularly appreciate the automatic email feature, which saves time and ensures consistent communication. Another valuable aspect is the ability to see the complete history of candidate movements, allowing for quick tracking and improved collaboration within the hiring team.

Cons

One drawback is how jobs are automatically archived when not in use, which can make them less accessible when you want to quickly reference past postings. Additionally, the lack of integration that would allow Workable to directly feed data into our ATS system is a limitation, as it requires extra steps for data transfer and record-keeping.

### "Very intuitive, only let down slightly by possible speed/RAM issues."

July 31, 2025

4.0

Workable is great overall, easily one of the better ATS systems I have used, only let down by speed issues on occasion, though that doesn't affect everyone in my team.

Pros

Intuitive - it only take a couple of minutes to teach new managers how to use and what they should be doing. Everything is easy to find and is where it should be thanks to the tabs. Any issues, the support is great and they do try to accommodate things that suit your business. Integrates well with other apps and software. As a recruiter, has all the features I would like such as keywords, multiple locations, job categorisation, reasons for disqualifying and more.

Cons

Speed. There are certain screens where it respond noticably more slowly. It seems like it takes up a lot of RAM on the computer, though some of my colleagues don't report this issue so may be my computer but it doesn't do this with other sites/tabs. When typing, it almost freezes and takes a long time for the information to appear and so to limit mistakes, it is best to type on Notepad and then copy and paste it in later.

### "Workable Has been a game changer "

August 4, 2025

5.0

Overall my experience has been a 10 out of 10 from the set up to using and sharing with others. It has saved me time especially with generating reports. The automatons have also saved me time as well. It has really leveled up my recruitment game.

Pros

It is so user friendly from sent up to using to sharing candidates with other team members and only sharing the jobs relevant to them. How easy it is to generate reports, the automatons, saving and snoozing candidates, how easy it is to manually upload a candidate and the system pulls everything from the resume to create the profile. The interviews run smoothly and if using assessments it add the assessment questions to your scorecard so helpful! The Ai profile overview, being able to ask the system questions and it will point you to multiple resources, our account manager has been super helpful and the set up process was very smooth. Cost is also very affordable compared to other competitors.

Cons

One thing that I wish I could do was schedule rejections letters if I cancel the automated one. Sometimes that automated message take to long to send due to why its set up and weekends so I wish I could still send the rejection earlier then the system will but not at the second I generate it. Not sure if that makes sense.. The other thing that was odd was I could not add applicants in the system to the talent pool only new people so I created my own talent pool so I could track applicants I wanted to reach back out to.

Reason for choosing Workable

Features and cost, workable had everything we were looking for and the price was right.

Because it was not efficient and slowing me down reporting was also a struggle as well

### "Streamlined, Intuitive system that makes recruiting much easier"

July 30, 2025

5.0

Overall, Workable is a solid choice for companies looking to improve the structure and visibility of their recruitment process. It's done a great job of streamlining the process, especially when needing to coordinate amongst HR, hiring managers, and other members of the hiring process. I do think organizations should assess whether they will fully utilize the platform’s features to justify the cost, particularly as a smaller company, but the pros certainly outweigh the cons of not using a centralized platform like Workable.

Pros

Workable is a very straightforward and intuitive tool that significantly simplifies the recruiting process. From posting job openings to managing candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews, everything is centralized and easy to navigate. The interface is user-friendly, which reduces the learning curve for new team members and allows us to collaborate efficiently across teams. It’s especially helpful for maintaining a clear overview of where each candidate stands in the process.

Cons

While the platform is undeniably helpful, the pricing is relatively high—especially considering that we don’t use all of the available features. For smaller teams or companies with a more streamlined hiring process, it may feel like you're paying for more than you need. It would be great to have more flexible pricing based on actual usage or modular features.

### "Excellent ATS"

August 7, 2025

4.0

Pros

Workable is an excellent ATS that stands out for its ease of use and user-friendly interface. I love how simple it is to track both jobs and candidates in one place, it really streamlines the hiring process. Rating candidates and leaving notes is straightforward, which helps keep all feedback organized. The internal communication feature with hiring managers makes collaboration smooth and efficient. Plus, the interview scheduling tool integrates seamlessly with Outlook, making calendar management hassle-free. Overall, Workable makes recruitment easy and well integrated with the tools we already use. Highly recommended!

Cons

One limitation with Workable is the lack of customization when it comes to certain settings. For example, I can't pre-set the self-scheduling link duration for a specific job stage. I'd like all phone screening interviews to automatically be 45 minutes, but Workable defaults to 30 minutes unless I manually adjust it for each candidate. This adds unnecessary steps and can be time consuming when managing multiple interviews.
