Overall my experience has been a 10 out of 10 from the set up to using and sharing with others. It has saved me time especially with generating reports. The automatons have also saved me time as well. It has really leveled up my recruitment game.

Pros

It is so user friendly from sent up to using to sharing candidates with other team members and only sharing the jobs relevant to them. How easy it is to generate reports, the automatons, saving and snoozing candidates, how easy it is to manually upload a candidate and the system pulls everything from the resume to create the profile. The interviews run smoothly and if using assessments it add the assessment questions to your scorecard so helpful! The Ai profile overview, being able to ask the system questions and it will point you to multiple resources, our account manager has been super helpful and the set up process was very smooth. Cost is also very affordable compared to other competitors.

Cons

One thing that I wish I could do was schedule rejections letters if I cancel the automated one. Sometimes that automated message take to long to send due to why its set up and weekends so I wish I could still send the rejection earlier then the system will but not at the second I generate it. Not sure if that makes sense.. The other thing that was odd was I could not add applicants in the system to the talent pool only new people so I created my own talent pool so I could track applicants I wanted to reach back out to.

I use to effectively manage recruitment by tracking candidates and ensuring no one is forgotten, streamlining our hiring process. I switched from Greenhouse to Workable. We also considered a couple of other tools before deciding on Workable, although I don't remember their names. I use Workable for recruitment purposes, including tracking candidates and managing them through different stages. I find the requisitions and hiring plan features beneficial, and the reports are helpful despite some inaccuracies. Guided onboarding also made the setup process smoother.

Been with for 2 years and find better quality candidates than I have with ZipRecruiter. Overall it is one of the best platforms I have used.

Pros

Functional and User-friendly. The database is set for multiple job orders. Easy job posting capabilities. The dashboard is clean, and it's easy to track candidates at every stage. Better quality candidate pool than most larger highly advertised recruitment platforms. The yearly subscription price is a steal.

Cons

I have had no issues or problems with since I started with them two years ago. Customer support is great as well. Always on top.

I also looked into Resume Library. Both Breezy and Resume Library had low cost but I went on a trial basis and Resume Library had almost zero candidate for 10 job openings. I think I got one during the trial period and Breezy did not produce enough candidates to make it worth while.

has been a lifesaver for our org! We are a human services nonprofit with hard to fill roles and a very small recruitment team. Workable has allowed our structure to be successful and sustainable by allowing hiring managers to be easily trained and have tools for communication with candidates at their fingertips. It also allows us to see what they are / aren't doing and help guide them along!

Pros

Very easy to learn, the system feels intuitive to use even for our hiring managers who have not used an ATS. It provides a lot of transparency and collaboration.

Cons

Something small, yet annoying, that I dislike about of visibility on open and closed dates of archived jobs.

Really positive. was instrumental in hiring the initial team. It's really good. I've been renewing it for the last three years. Would definitely recommend for startups.

Pros

is a really complete ATS that you can easily customize. Its automation and its integrations work great. Apart from Google Calendar, it really is a huge time saver for managing a lot of interviews that are at the startups. I think it's really customizable which is appreciated and the pricing is reasonable for startups.

Cons

Most of the integrations are really good, apart from the Google calendar. Generating calendar links for multiple people is possible, but really, really hard to do and not very stable. That's the only pretty negative thing I have to say. All the rest was really good.

The customer support. The post-integration support is essentially non-existant, and I've had to escalate multiple times via the main ticketing system as my account manager would disappear on me. The AI function needs tweaking

Very positive. A fantastic system for the price, and one which has already reduced our TTF by over 9 days.

Customization options make the system very user-friendly, albeit quite time-consuming to set up. The hiring manager and recruiter experience is excellent. The team at are extremely responsive to queries, meaning any issues are rectified quickly.

is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, making the hiring process smooth for both recruiters and candidates. Another valuable aspect is the ability to see the complete history of candidate movements, allowing for quick tracking and improved collaboration within the hiring team.

Cons

One drawback is how jobs are automatically archived when not in use, which can make them less accessible when you want to quickly reference past postings. Overall, we are very happy with . We have been using it for 3 years now and aren't thinking about leaving anytime soon. It's exciting to see the improvements of the product year by year and how quickly it adapts to our daily needs. We highly recommend it!

Pros

1\. I love how easy it is to navigate for everyone. Our onboardings take little time as everyone gets the hang of it quite quickly. 2. The resources, such as content and webinars, are valuable. 3. Customer service is second to none. 4. AI Integration. 5. All the info in one place makes team collaboration a piece of cake. 6. Automated features are the best, they save us a lot of time. 7. Both candidate interview and applicant tracking features are getting better by the day, easy and comfy for everyone in the process.

Cons

I still miss a good translation to Spanish and a more customizable job offer setup, as well as an integration to our HR platform. Also, the reports section could be more user friendly with more customizable data.

When we started using , our recruitment processes were completely disorganized. Each country managed its own vacancies using Excel and email, and from HQ we had no real visibility of what was going on. Once we implemented Workable, we began posting all job openings from a single place and sharing the processes between the local teams and the corporate team. That allowed us to define a unified workflow and, for the first time, have real-time visibility of all open positions across the group. What I noticed the most was the improvement in coordination: before, it could take us weeks to schedule interviews or share feedback, and now hiring managers receive automatic notifications, rate candidates directly on the platform and we avoid endless back-and-forth emails. Another thing we really valued were the reports. Thanks to them we clearly identified which job boards performed best in each country and optimized the money we were spending on posting offers. Overall, the experience has been very positive: it saves us time, brings transparency to the entire process and allows all countries to work under the same standard without losing flexibility.

Pros

Really easy to use. The tool is pretty intuitive. Even people outside HR can follow the process without getting lost.

Cons

No onboarding module. It’s very focused on recruitment. For onboarding, you need to rely on other tools.

Of all of the software our business leans on, is the most user friendly and intuitive. It truly makes a difference in our company's recruiting, vetting, and onboarding process making it standardized and more efficient.

Pros

is user friendly and intuitive. I really like the layout of job pipelines, the ability to customize and standardize vetting score cards at each stage, and it is a centralized workspace that all areas of the business touch in some capacity.

Cons

While I think the reporting features are headed in the right direction, I think there is room for improvement. For example, there is some grayness in the definitions of metrics like time to hire and time to fill. With clearer definitions and transparency around all of the influencing variables, these metrics will be more useful to the end user.

is great overall, easily one of the better ATS systems I have used, only let down by speed issues on occasion, though that doesn't affect everyone in my team.

Pros

Intuitive - it only take a couple of minutes to teach new managers how to use and what they should be doing. Everything is easy to find and is where it should be thanks to the tabs. Any issues, the support is great and they do try to accommodate things that suit your business. Integrates well with other apps and software. As a recruiter, has all the features I would like such as keywords, multiple locations, job categorisation, reasons for disqualifying and more.

Cons

Speed. There are certain screens where it respond noticably more slowly. It seems like it takes up a lot of RAM on the computer, though some of my colleagues don't report this issue so may be my computer but it doesn't do this with other sites/tabs. When typing, it almost freezes and takes a long time for the information to appear and so to limit mistakes, it is best to type on Notepad and then copy and paste it in later.

I really like its ease of use for our organization's recruitment team as well as for the whole company as well. Its features are very straightforward and the automations are quite a big help to a growing team. We decided to use for its integrations with our existing tools.

Cons

As we are a fast growing company, there's a lot of information stored in the system which might contribute to it slowing down. Resumes and profiles take some time to load which contributes to screening taking longer than it should be. I would have also preferred that there were more screening question options and easier filtering during screening as well.

if there is a feature to use AI for editing onboarding documents or forms would be good. It would be easier if AI identifies all possible editable sections which could be later manually changed by users (Recruiter) if required.

Pros

I've worked in recruitment for several years and have used multiple applicant tracking systems. stands out as the most effective by far. Its interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for new users. The system is fast, reliable, and supports a smooth hiring workflow from start to finish.

Cons

To be totally honest, nothing about feels groundbreaking—but it does everything it’s supposed to, and it does it well. Maybe the IA integration to filter CVs could be more precise.

### "Great ATS with Metrics that are Improving"

is a great tool that we use across the company to recruit, vet, and track all out candidates. I have not used many ATS systems, but of all the business operations systems we use throughout the company, Workable is one of the easiest and most used systems.

Pros

is very user friendly with clean project management board-like layout. It is a great space to collaborate across our company with multiple users, and it has solid integrations to MS Outlook that make scheduling calls and interviews simple and streamlined,

Cons

The metrics to track things like time to hire and time to fill still need some work. While the reporting features are easy to use, the definitions and calculations are a little gray making it hard to lean into their quality across many jobs. The beta AI features also needs some additional development to increase accuracy.

Overall it was a very good and seamless experience using . One of the best tools in my recruiting experience in 6 years

Pros

\- easy to use and intuitive - it is connected to a lot of different recruiting platform - posting of position with 1 click at so many other hiring platforms - guiding candidates through the recruiting process from the very beginning until the end

Cons

\- there was a time, like a year ago, when interface was completely changes, and it took some time to get use to the new design
