It’s a very capable, all-in-one platform, which is a big advantage. Pros I like that EventsAir have several customization options to help make our workflow more efficient. They provide reliable security for personal access, handling sensitive attendee data, and processing payments. They have a very solid Event Management system that provides all within one system, such as registration, abstract management, accommodation, and reporting. Automation is one of the areas where EventsAir really stands out. It allows you to automate a lot of processes like communications and workflow steps, which can save a significant amount of manual work. Cons New users may require time and training to fully understand its structure and capabilities. The web version still has a lot to improve in contrast with the reliable desktop version. The regular webinars keep you updated, and the improvements are incredible. From joining EA in 2022 to now, the updates have been excellent. Pros The flexibility of the system. Our events are international with various VAT scenarios, ticketing options and attendee types, each with different pathways. EventsAIR enables us to handle everything that is thrown at us. The new website editor is incredible, I love it, and we are now transitioning our websites back into EA after using a third party provider for the last 24 months. Cons The attendee app networking desperately needs a messaging inbox. We use third party apps for larger events and it creates me so much extra work. For smaller events we use the EventsAIR app, which is looking great, but management won't switch back to it for flagships until it has this feature. The customer service has also improved over the year and is reliable (although the product itself is sometimes not reliable). It's great that the product is slowly improving since 1.5 years ago which gives the feeling that the EA team is listening to the customer feedbacks and try to improve it. Pros 1\. I like how it has so many features which you need for executing your online and offline events. We use this product for most of our events from the beginning to the end (registration, attendee management, notification emails to attendees and speakers, virtual event platform, reporting, meeting-matching, etc). This all-in-one software is very versatile. 2. Reporting feature is great! (both on EA and Onair) Cons 1\. There are often some bugs, hiccups and lags which gets frustrating (Sometimes the loading screen takes so long, sometimes get kicked out of the system for no reason, saving doesn't work sometimes, difficulties for speakers to connect to Aircast compared to just using Zoom, frequent trouble for speaker/attendees to join onair sessions due to using mobile devices or other browser than google chrome, etc..) 2. They deliver great value for the investment made, and they are always willing to work with us on solutions to our use cases. Pros The product is clearly designed with event planners front of mind, and the team at EventsAir is continually updating and elevating elements of the product. There is always quick assistance to hand, and the team is available to help to use different approaches within the elements of the product to achieve your event goals. Cons Some of the workflows could use improvement. We would love to see the session and presenter management piece improved next. We do not always work to the abstract workflow that eventsair is designed around. The training provided when we first started using the platform was extremely helpful and made onboarding straightforward. The system is easy to use thanks to its user-friendly interface, and the recent website upgrade is set to make the platform even more intuitive and beneficial for our clients. Pros EventsAir has everything you need in one platform. The application is intuitive and user-friendly, with a clear, well-designed interface that works quickly and efficiently. It can be easily tailored to suit any type of event, and the ongoing updates ensure the system continues to improve and stay current. Cons The conference app still has room for improvement. While a recent user-interface update has made it more user-friendly for delegates, the staff-facing experience would benefit from further refinement. Reporting is another area that could be enhanced. Although there are many export options available, creating a generic, reusable custom report is quite difficult. Reporting is something every client and user relies on, so improving flexibility and ease of use in this area would make a significant difference. The interface is so easy to use, the support team are fast and so knowledgeable, our account manager is excellent, everything about it makes it easy to use. March 19, 2026 4.0 Ive been able to figure it out since this is our first time using it. The training materials and our main contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is great and experienced. Pros The UI is very clean and its easy to find what your looking for once you figure out where to look for it. The chatbot and assistance team is very useful Cons Parts of it are a bit too simplistic. The filter settings need to add some logic layers(besides a flat out show this/dont show this) system so i can customize my filters. See the reporting system in salesforce. Also the Group system in the interactive sites needs improvement. I shouldnt have to include instructions with a registration form. Also the "add logic" system needs to be more fleshed out with more layers. I also like the modular setup, which helps the learning experience of new users. Pros How it's an all-in-one system which allows all aspects of an event to cohesively come together. It's a one stop shop for setting up and managing both delegates and speakers. Events Air are innovative and always looking to improve the system. Cons The new training systems are not complete yet so while I am eager to learn about new features that Events AIR offer the learning components have not yet caught up. While the customer support is responsive and the chat feature is easy to use, I do enjoy the way the learning modules are set up to teach and them utilise the skills taught it is a good way to learn for me. I have worked in events for years but never used a platform which is tailored to events and it makes SUCH a difference. It makes event set up and comms so easy, especially being able to attach items to an automatic email which seems to be impossible with other programs! So simple but effective! I have not had to build websites before my current role and Events Air has made me feel like a tech wizard with what it can achieve. I am excited to use the latest edition of the website builder. Cons Having to update items in more than one place. e.g. you may have to update an email subject line in a few places before it updates on what is sent out. EventsAIR enables us to manage our clients events in the one system via the exhibitor and sponsorship portal, abstract and presentation management, agenda and accommodation which ultimately flows through to your onsite organiser apps and attendee mobile app. Throughout the whole process our clients can view reports and status updates via the client information portal, pulling real time data. Ultimately saving time for all in the long run. They truly are a "start-to-finish" technology. I am able to set up registration links for attendees to fill out that directly input into the software on our side once they are complete. I am able to make each event their own code to be accessed by attendees and employees including all of the event information, attendee information, and other details specific to each event. After the event is over, I am able to collect surveys that attendees fill out directly on the app!!! Again, a "start-to-finish" product. I love it. Not to mention, they build the product to suit your needs! Cons A few glitches here and there when we first introduced the software in app form at an event, but it was to be expected. These things happen and it was quickly resolved. Pros Their customer support team is genuinely outstanding as they are responsive, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The platform itself keeps getting better, especially with the recent Web Builder and app updates. Having every tool you need in one place is a huge positive. From hotel portals and ticket booking sites to abstract submissions and onsite management, it’s all integrated into a single, intuitive system. Payments are simple and efficient, as is website creation and interactive site building, which maximises the attendee experience too. Cons Some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex at first. Because the platform is so comprehensive, there’s a learning curve when you’re getting everything set up when you are not an experienced user. EventsAir is the only software that covers all moduls in one system. Their customer support is one of the best that we have worked with in many years. The guys in the support will go the extra mile to help and find solutions for our at times crazy ideas. EventsAir is very easy to use and the training program is one of the best I have seen. We are able to customize reports and setup so they suit us as users and as company. We also love the oppotunity to collaborate with other EventsAir users around the world and it is so great to meet up at the yearly Airtime event for EventsAir users. Most features are convenient and straightforward to explain to colleagues who would like to use them. Additionally, the support desk is usually available when questions or issues arise. Cons The only feature that is not very comprehensive is the exhibition and sponsorship tool. January 14, 2026 5.0 In the 3 years I've been using EventsAir, I've been continually learning and growing. It's a fantastic platform that just gets better and better. It provides so much in its basic usage and is easy to use and pick up. But it continues to expand with your skill level. The team also constantly make changes and improvements. My experience with the platform has been near perfect. Pros Hard to say as it's an amazing platform with an incredible amount of features, my that have so much customisation. The staff at EventsAir would have to be the thing I like most. They are incredible and so helpful, providing quick work arounds for issues, explaining things in depth and always generous with their time. Particular shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\], the entire customer support team and the Airbot (another great feature). Cons A few basic features can be very repetative, but there are only two or three of these. Main one is duplicate clensing which is essential but could certainly be improved. Cons Can be a bit overwhelming for new users and those that don't use regularly. The website builder is quite basic and in need for an upgrade to offer more options. Error reporting can be unclear at times "there has been an error" style messages without explaining to aid further investigation.
